Episode 13, Part 2
Crystal petted Sam laying next to her s she laid on hr bed. It was so quiet. So peaceful. So boring that she couldn’t take it anymore Being under room arrest was to much especially for the small place they called her room. This was driving her insane little by little. Second upon second. She couldn’t even take Sam out, so military dude took him out instead. She needed fresh air Since of course, the had nailed her windows shut. She need to stretch, and to talk to her friends again without feeling like she was in a prison. If they came ti visit, they only had five minutes with her, then was kicked out for the of the day. This was impossible.
Then crystal sat up quickly, making Sam jump up from laying on is back and also sat up. Crystal suddenly remembered something. Then she at the edge of her bed , which made Sam jump from laying on his back to sitting straight up. Then Crystal slowly stood up from her bed and Sam jumped onto her shoulder. This kitten was going to follow her everywhere, wasn’t it? Crystal smirked and look down at the ground. Good thing the girl living below her loved plants.
“I wonder how Crystal is holding up,” Ritisa said taking a sip of her afternoon coffee. Also studying Ed at the corner of her eye as he ate. He could probably eat the whole damn building.
“Oh, I bet she’s okay. Crystal can handle stuff like that,” Cinnamon said taking a bite of her toast,” it’s just that she probably want s to see you, Ritisa.She’s probabaly worried to death too, you even still have that broken arm.”
Ritisa smiled and then stared blanky at te window at the end of the cafeteria. Crystal couldn’t stand being alone for 2 minutes, even if she would resort to being in the company of an enemy. Crystal hated to be alone, but never said anything about it. That’s how her little sister was, always keeping secrets.
“Hey, Al will you be my brother-in-law, because you would be a nice brother.” Cinnamon said out of no where.
Al blushed, “ Umm, Cinnamon-“
“ You dumbass, you don’t ask people questions like,” Tifa said giving Cinnamon a hard stare.
“Why not?” Cinnamon said looking worried.
“Because it puts pressure on people and people don’t like pressure.”
“Why not?”
“Because people usually have a enough pressure already.”
“Why.”
“If you say one more sentence, word, or paragraph with ‘Why?’ in it I will skin you alive.”
Cinnamon sank in her chair then smirked, “You can’t make me, want to know why, because you like-“ at this Tifa jumped across the table (she was sitting right across from Cinnamon) and tried to choke her.
“WHAAAA I didn’t do anything ” Cinnamon said running away from Tifa..
“You said why, I told you not to didn’t I ” Tifa said chasing after Cinnamon. Ritisa shook her head. If you she joined in the wild goose chase like she usually did, she would break even more bones. Then she stared at Henry who had been quiet for most of the time, he was staring into his cereal as if to see something in it. And was stirring it repeatedly. This wasn’t the Henry she use to know, No, he was more outgoing, a little on the pervert side, and never left anyone sad. Ritisa jumped as she felt a tap on her back a when she turned around in her seat saw a face she hadn’t seen in years. “Crystal ....?Crystal ”Ritisa said jumping out of her seat and hugging her sister with her one arm. Crystal hugged her back., and then pushed her away after a long embrace. Crystal took a seat next to Ritisa , which use to be Tifa’s seat but she had jumped up to kill Cinnamon.
“Hey Al, Hey Ed, Hey Henry.” Crystal said smiling, Al waved, Ed made a muffled sound that was supposed to be a “Hey” and Henry just turned his head the opposite way.
“Aren’t you supposed to be on room arrest,” AL said titling his head.
“Yeah, I snuck out, it was easy actually. Hey, can you pass me a glass of milk Ed?” Ed , cringed at the word but passed it to her anyway. Crystal acted as calm as ever, as if she didn’t just sneak out of a locked room, with nailed windows, and 26 soilders surrounding it every possible way. “ I don’t now what they make such a big deal of, if I can sneak pass all those guards, I basically don’t need them.” Al, just stared with amazment, and Ritits acountinued to drink her coffe.
“So your saying you snuck out of you room to visit us?” Ritisa said.
“Yeah, basically, and I also want to know why everyone is eating breakfast food, except Ed, and it’s mid afternoon.” Crystal said looking at half eaten toast, waffles, and eggs.
“Oh, I don’t know, I just got some coffee and everyone start to get breakfast. Though Tifa just woke up, she said it was to early, you know she’s a night person.”
“Yeah, it’s weird that she can create fire and not even like the day.”
“You cant really create fire,” Ed said done with is food.
“ Who says, element children are much to difficult for science to comprehend.” Crystal said.
“Well-“ Ed began only to be cut off by Al.
“ What are element children?” AL asked with shinning eyes.
“Well,” Ritisa decided to explain, “ there children who at birth were given a element to control. I’m sure you’ve seen Crystal’s before. I doubt it’s really an element, but that’s what makes her’s so special. The reason why she was given the power to create a Philosopher Stone. We are all given a mark to show what element we have. Cinnamon uses wind, Tifa uses fire, Henry uses earth, Crystal uses plants, and I use water.” Rititsa took a sip of her coffee.
“Ugh, this coffee is getting cold. Anyway, that’;s basically what element children are if you make it the short story. I rather give you the long detailed story of it all. Ed would just complain his head off about science this and theory that. Or equivalent exchange., or something. Crystal must know a little alchemy, but never actually follows the rules of it. She can make a Philospher sStone, so alchemy would help sooner or later. Oh, here I go jabbering off again.” Ritisa said looking into her mug to find all her coffee gone.
Al still stared still expecting something, Ed looked blank as if he had been proven wrong about something, Henry seemed to not really care, and Crystal was to burst into giggles.
“You know, you went into you british mode there at the end. But you can never perfect your accent.” Crystal started to laugh and then they heard someone yelling.
“The person in her room is gone ” Crystal stopped laughing and then got out of her seat waved to them and ran. As Ritisa chuckled glad to have seen her sister again.
Daniel: I am really speical cuz ther’s only one of me
