Hi guys! Remember I told you guys that I ordered a laptop from Dell a week ago? Well, last afternoon/evening, it came in!!! YAY!!! I think I messed up my new laptop (on the first day?!) at first, but now I fixed it! Now...something weird's happened.
Ugh, what's with me and these computer problems...?
And this laptop's keyboard hurts... I think it's too small...
Yesterday/Monday
UGH. All I wanted to do in the morning was sleep! SLEEP! Now now, I wasn't late for my bus, but it was raining pretty bad. So my mom offered to drive me to the stop. After finishing breakfast really fast, we drove to the bus stop.
Dominique and Brad were the only people standing outside in the rain...with an umbrella. I wanted to go stand out in the rain with my umbrella, but my mom complained about how I would rather go outside and standing in the rain than to stay in the van where it's dry.
When I did get out, both were happy because "I wasn't a punk". You see, both of them were standing in the pouring rain with their umbrellas, and there were the other people--staying in their vehicles, waiting for the bus to come. They had umbrellas, but didn't wait in the rain. That's what Dominique and Brad call "punks". *laughs*
Lots and lots of sleeping in the morning... We all looked sleepy, really. And Kai looked pink. Not PINK, but more pale than he usually was...
In IPC, we had...oh shoot. I forgot to do the essay for IPC! It's due tomorrow!!! WAHHH.
In Transition, I spent the whole time on the computer, doing PowerPoint for the Geometry project with Thi. She sent me a PowerPoint file through e-mail. Bad thing was, you couldn't download anything from e-mails. UGHHH. I needed that to finish my work!
Well, after finishing all that, our teacher and some other students were grading papers, and I decided to help. Our poor teacher... She's been stressed so much lately...
In World Geography, we took a week's worth of notes. Our teacher's been summoned for trial duty, and who knows how long he'll be there... OH! We have another Geography project... Shoot. I need to finish those soon.
In Lunch, I sat with Chi and Jonathan and we just ate. We met two new people from our table: Raina and...Amy, was it? Or was it Rachel? Or Robin...? (No, Robyn's another person... SHOOT. Was was HER name...?)
In Fitness, we played kickball! Kai just looked kinda laughy/giggly when hitting the ball. And watching other people play. It was kinda...different. Yet kinda funny. (I'm confusing ya, eh?) Kinda a relief. Yah, we'll say that.
Ohh...Kenny bent Raul's girlfriend's Ayashi no Ceres: Volume 11 book... Lauren gave it to Raul to give to his girlfriend, and Kenny skimmed through it, tried to throw it to Raul, and it bent... UGH.
I stayed after school today, and we spent the whole time talking to Melissa about the rules and stuff of Robotics Club. (Kathy was pretending to be foreign exchange student from Venezuela who didn't know English very well. I asked her to do it! Problem: A lot of people already knew her.) Aaron came a bit later too...
And so, we planned out mascots for our club. A kraken? An octopus? A shark? A metal shark? A cyborg teddy bear? Zach dressed up as Jack Sparrow?
(Everyone--especially me--just bursted out LAUGHING from Zach's picture. He had claws, razor sharp teeth, and had the body of a gingerbread man. And oh--he was riding on a tornado. Yes. A tornado.)
After the club, I headed to the bus, but Aaron dragged me to Chi's van! I wouldn't say "dragged", but he did PUSH ME all the way until we got to Aaron's van.
OH! I forgot to mention! Homecoming dance! Kathy and I were gonna register as the beau and sweetheart, but only seniors can do it. Shoot. Well, it looks like I might take Kathy to the dance.
...
Eh?
On the van ride, there was a part when we were on the highway, in a traffic jam, and I was drinking some grape juice I bought at school. Then, Chi's mom just stepped on the break suddenly, and a bunch of grape juice went all over my shirt. Good thing: You can't see the stains. Bad thing: It felt...sticky. Aaron said I smelled like candy. (EH?)
Well, we both stopped by Aaron's house, and we got off. Then, Aaron wanted to walk to my house with me, so he could remember where I lived and stalk me! Of course, we live at least a 20-minute walk from each other.
There was one time where I was looking for a public trash can, and when I saw one, I just started running towards it, in a happy-like way, and threw away my grape juice bottle. Yes, I'm weird, neh?
Practically, he was the most psycho-est the whole time. All I wanted to do was get home.
3/4 of the way there, Aaron said he needed to use the restroom, and started walking down towards the bayou to...yeah. In my head, I was thinking, This is my chance. RUN TRAVIS. RUN HOME. I did, and he said that my house was too far, so he gave up and walked home.
When I got home, I found out my Dell laptop had arrived! I was so happy! But I was sweaty and sticky, so after a quick shower, I started to open it. Really, I wasn't all that enthusiastic... I had to delete a bunch of pre-installed stuff, and I messed up setting something up. OY.
But it was fun after a while! I stayed on the computer in the second living room, then walked upstairs to the computer room, where my sister was, and started working on the PowerPoint that Thi gave me... UGH. So tiring...
Somewhen before 11, I went downstairs, ate canh chua, stayed on the computer until midnight (in my room this time) and headed to bed.
Today/Tuesday
When I got to school today, I rushed to finish all my Geometry homework (with the help of Geoffrey!) while eating a cookie that Kai bought for Vy.
In P.E., I went to the weight room with Travis and Hung, and basically, I was half-asleep there the whole time.
In Digital Graphics, we went around the school and the teacher took pictures of us in different lightning! I was in full sun (which was an UGLY picture, by the way), Richelle in soft light, Jacob was in soft light (directional), and another student was in spot light. Jessica and her friends kept playing with our faces on Photoshop, zooming in to look at people's pores, zits, and basically, their skin and laughing at it. *sweats*
Oh, Richelle's birthday was today! She told me before Digital Graphics started, and I saw that she was holding a tuppenware (plastic!) bowl with a lid, and the cake had candles, with the numbers 9 and an upside-down 1. I asked, "You turned 91?" (Yes, I actually thought that!) She said (sarcastically, but I didn't know it at the time), "Yes, that's EXACTLY what I am."
Later I realized she turned 16. The 9 was actually a 6. (Man, am I slow...)
In Advisory, I was late!!! Ugh... I had to go put up my books, and because of that, I was late. Our teacher brought doughnuts! But because me and a group of people were tardy, we were almost last. I took three. *laughs* Yes, there was a lot. We talked basically. Ashley kept asking everyone to guess her name. "What's my name?" she would ask someone. And I would reply "Ashley!", and then she would say "Don't ruin it for them!" She also made me feel like eating candy. (You're sitting in a room surrounded by lollipops, hard candy, chocolate truffles, and doughnuts. You just finished eating the doughnuts. Except for the doughnuts, you can't eat anything else. Yet you're surrounded by food... Hmmm...)
In English, we had a sub. After doing questions, we had to do a timed essay. The time? One hour. Sounds not that bad, right? It took me LONNGGG.
Oh! The sub didn't know when to let us out, so he let us out early (people took advantage of him...), but we had to stand outside until the commons opened up.
I waved "hi" to Geraldine in lunch today! She has this adorable bow when she waves "hello"... *laughs*
I sat with Tien today. When she saw my food, she was kinda digusted. I was too. It was all...brown... EW. They were also selling restaurant-made pizza, but I forgot about that...
Tien got promoted in ROTC today! She has one star on her military uniform now. So do Eric and Ronita!
In Geometry, we did lots and lots of work. I sat by Thi, and we discussed the project. It was confusing, really. We both made separate projects for the same project, and it just got...blah.
More homework, yay. And in our homework check, I thought I would get a VERY low grade, and I guessed! Guess what? I GOT a 100! FROM GUESSING. EH?! (Actually, I just memorized some of that work. *sweats*)
After that, Thi gave me one of her cube-like tuppenware cases and tells me to hold it for her (and to wash it) and give it back to her next week. WEIRD. We also walked around the band area, and I played a bit of piano (until Thi told me to leave when her strict teacher came in) and we parted.
It was so quiet during Robotics...
Until I realized everyone was in another room! Ashley started playing Techno...something music. (I can't think of the artist! But the style was technopop with trance and techno...and some new age.)
Then we heard DDR music playing! It was from Ahkil's project. Oh! Mariah invited me to her birthday party! She's having it an anime/arcade area, I think...
Bi Ling was talking about French homework, and I said, "I need to learn more French..." She thought I said, "I need to get more friends!" *bursts out laughing* If I DID say that, her reply would be, "Hey, don't look at me." Not exactly that, but like a pity thing.
We went over robot schematics, and then we went to the buses! I sat with Ahkil, in front of Michelle and Nicole! We all played BC, and it was pretty fun!
Michelle thought someone was gonna get off in the middle of a bridge/highway... (Eh...?)
Eric and Ronita talked about ROTC, and Dominique's interested about the sabres... But he doesn't know what a beret is... *sweats*
I also talked to Ronita a little bit. She's been hanging with Paulisha a lot, but not since school started...
Well, after everyone got off, I finally got off...a little bit before 8 PM. The people at the elementary school were having an Open House thing!
I woke up...at 7:30 AM... I guess I just stayed in my room and read The Miracle Worker... Then, around...11-1 AM, my mom drove me to Wal-Mart. I decided to return two of my hats. A green newsboy hat and a black ivy hat.
I asked my sister this:
Me: What do you think of this hat? *holds up green newsboy hat*
Diana: I don't care...
Me: I'm gonna go return it, okay?
And so, after returning those hats, getting my money back (the person doing that was kinda...tempered then, I think...), and shopping for a long time (walking around was confusing! Especially staying in the greenhouse...) all hot and sweaty...
Well, I thought I could get another black ivy hat and soak it in water, then stretch it out, but my mom said that wouldn't help... And basically, we got into a little "fight" about the hats...
Oh! I bought green neon poster board and a cardboard board.
Anyways, when I got home, I told my sister that I returned the hat.
Me: I went to return the hats... The green one.
Diana: Aww, I wanted that hat.
At this time, I got so angry, I took my soda can (empty) and flung it into the floor, screaming at her. (I was still angry about that hat fight with my mom.)
Well, after cooling off, my mom taught me how to sew! YAY! Remember I was telling you guys about how I wanted to learn, but my mom wouldn't teach me because I was a boy? Well, after asking her while shopping, she decided to! But it took SO LONG... The drawing, the measurements (lots of dividing and adding!), and whatnot, I decided to take a break...around 7-something PM.
My mom says it's tiring to teach me this stuff. Then again, it's ALWAYS tiring to teach ANYONE anything...
So anyways, after that, I went on the computer after 7, spent my whole time playing Gunbound (with a group of people who used to live in Houston, but moved to the Orange County area in California! Oh, I didn't know them in real life.) and I got off the computer at 11 PM.
Then I ate a bit...and went to sleep at midnight.
Sunday/Today
I woke up, still guilty about that hat thing. GRR, why am I worrying?! Those hats didn't even FIT my hat! (Except the ivy one, but that was tacky...kinda. It was still small on the top, even though it fit around the bottom.)
Well, I spent the whole morning doing my Geography project!!! UGHHH... It's so TOUGH to cut CARDBOARD!!! *screams* I think I broke my scissors too... Huh.
I went down to eat (stir-fried noodles!), when all of a sudden, the phone called, and I picked it up! It was HONG!!! I hadn't talked to her in a long time! She was at the church, with Andy, and she wanted me to come down! I said, "Maybe" and "I'll be there in a little bit", but I never went down. My mom wouldn't drive me...
It wasn't until around the middle-end of the conversation that I realized it was LAC HONG, not HONG!!! (They're two different people!)
It's weird. You think you're talking to someone, and then you realize it's another person...
Well, it rained pretty bad today. And around 2 PM, I got ready for school... After changing, I went off! Oh, I bought Cinnamoroll again today.
When I came to the church, Andy told me that Lac Hong was crying because I didn't come. WAH. I FEEL SO GUILTY. (I hadn't seen her in 5 months, and a chance where we could meet, I blew it.) He replied, "Well, you should feel guilty." *sniffs*
Well, Vy, Trang, and Chi brought their stuffed animals! Vy brought a brown teddy, sitting on all four legs, Trang brought a white teddy, on its two legs, with a red ribbon, and Chi brought her FLU. (Yes, she has a stuffed animal flu. Go figure.)
It actually looks like a jellybean... A green one... With two eyes.
And I finally saw Tung wearing his "I cheated on my husband with my cousin" shirt! YAY!!!
Well, with the stuffed animal, we used one of Na Nhi's plushies, a white mouse to throw around, and we made a game of it. Na Nhi was just angry because we kept dropping it on the ground. (We were outside too.)
Oh! We have two new students. They're both from Florida, and they're brothers... I think.
Well, we had Praise & Worship, and after that, mass! Natalie sat between Chi and I.
So after mass, we all signed in, and talked. Oh! I finally saw Diana (friend) and Dalena! Dalena forgot my name... SHOOT.
After that, we went to get our water refilled. Of course, I got this grass stain from holding the water-drenched cardboard to my white shirt... *sweats*
After that, we went home. I got on the computer, but I ate dinner between that (a LOT), and I went back on the computer...
And here I am!
Question: Oh, does anyone know where I can buy berets or ivy hats? Thank you!
Well, today, in IPC, we had a sub. Mr. Grisham, I thinks. It was kinda hectic in our class today. He didn't really stop all the talking, but then again, we had a lab, so there needed to be talking. Lots of measuring volume with cylinders, and metric conversions... And we had a test.
OH! I had to turn in the tests today, but as I was putting all the work into the area, K.K. pulled his head and it slammed into mines. OWWW!!!
And...there was a fight in the room. Well, not a fight, but there was threatening. *sweats*
OH! Our teacher wasn't here, so she kept running back and forth from the meeting back to her classing. Sending one of her students up to get him a bagel, and she thinks this'll burn off her baby fat that's she accumulated from having her child. *sweats*
In Transition, I just spent the whole time reading The Miracle Worker. Yah.
In World Geography, we still have to make that project thing and turn it in next week!
Umm, I sat with Chi, Jonathan, and Thi today! It was Thi's birthday! After singing her "Happy Birthday", we all cut her cake (which was a cookie cake with Spongebob iced on it) and we had some! Of course, I had to eat fast, since the bell already rung.
OH! On Wednesday, Chi said on the bus, a guy had called me a "sissy". After me trying to guess what he looked like, I assumed it was Paul. Yah... Also, I checked later and he rides Chi's bus, so...
OH! Chi kept hiding this from me, but Janice asked this: Do you think Travis likes Kai?
She kept hiding that from me! Really... It's no big deal... She thought it would hurt me or something... *sweats*
Dai thinks I secretly like Kai. WHAT THE HECK?!
In Fitness, after attendance check, Kai, Kenny, and Raul went to the weight room. Of course, I ddin't know where they had gone, so I stood there for a while, until I went over to Nicole and started playing volleyball with her! It was fun, really! But I kept serving the ball either leaning to the left or right a LOT (I can't keep my shot straight!) and it kept hitting this group of girls sitting on the bleachers. So one of the girls started yelling to me, saying, "Boy, if you hit it here one more time..." But she was joking, her friends said.
One of her friends started whispering and called me "cute", and during the game, she asked me if I would go out with her. My reply was "No," but I should've added "I don't date." Since I didn't add that, she thought I rejected her, and she walked across the gym to the other side of the bleachers and sat there because I said "no" to her...
I kept giggling after I said "no". Actually, it was more of smirking. It wasn't that I thought rejecting her was funny, but it was the thought of someone actually thinking I was cute or whatever. Personally, I think I'm ugly. *sweats*
So, Kenny and Kai left a little bit early before school started. And the girl's P.E. coach started running after them, yelling "COME BACK HERE!" She caught Kenny, but not Kai. (He always goes the other way anyways. *laughs*) Weird... The girl's P.E. coach was so HAPPY today... In her rolling chair, spinning around, giggling. (And she's usually not like that...)
Well, I didn't stay on the bus today. There were no activity buses, but Janice and Chi stayed anyways...
OH! When I checked my front door, I saw that my keyboard had arrived! YAY!!! I immediately cut off the keyboard, then waited for my computer time (about an hour later?) and plugged it in! It's so brand new! The keys are harder, but Alaina says I just need to "break it in" (not LITERALLY!) to make it softer. Which I'm doing now...typing this GIANT post. *laughs*
From now on, no more eating in the computer room!
Today/Friday
Well, I woke up, biked to school--it was humid today!!! But I got the greatest idea for a new theme! When you looked up into the sky, it looked like a dome. Like, there was a circle of stars with the moon, then as you went down the dome, it went to a layer of whispy and soft clouds, then to a layer of orange light... C'mon, you can't say that wouldn't make a good theme, right?
Well, I sat with Anita, Danny, and Madiha today. Danny kept messing around with Anita, while I tried to study Danny's homework. Madiha has a glowing Nemo light. It has a purple transparent body, with red eyes. IT LOOKS CREEPY, I TELL YA. Danny says it looks like it wants to eat him. *laughs*
After that, I went to Aaron's table, walked around, then went to go get ice cream. But the ice cream I wanted was sold out!!! GARGGHHH... Kathy, Janice, and Chi came later, and we just talked.
After following my wife, Kathy the whale... I thought about it. Here's what/why:
Me: CORRE!!!
Kathy: What???
Me: RUN MY WHALE!!!
*lots of running*
Me: ...Wait. If you're a whale, how can you run?
Kathy: Huh?
Me: You're a WHALE. Whales don't have legs!
Kathy: But an orca can beach itself on the beach and move around!
Me: But there's no beach! And whales don't have legs!!!
Oh! From Ahkil, I found out Zack and Aaron are married... We're getting them plastic rings. Ya know those rings you get from Wal-Mart where you put in 25 cents, turn it, and out comes a capsule with a ring? YUP. *laughs*
In Digital Graphics, we had to take a LONG TEST. Richelle asked if I studied, and I replied "no". She said, "But you're supposed to KNOW these things!" *laughs* The test was 25 questions long... UGH.
So, we're doing a video where we're placing ourselves in a movie! I looked up Pirates of the Caribbean, Happy Feet (I was gonna cut off my head and stick it on a penguin via Photoshop, but we can't do animated videos!), The Grudge (why do I wanna be the girl from the Grudge?!), and I finally came on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and decided...
Could you imagine that? MY HEAD on that girl's (from The Grudge) body? SCARY.
For PotC, I was gonna be Jack Sparrow... *laughs*
But for HP, I'm gonna be Harry! (People DO say I look like the Asian Harry Potter... *laughs*)
In English, we had to be handicapped! I couldn't use my right hand!! GRR... Lillian couldn't talk, and Anna was allergic to school supplies.
*bursts out laughing* Allergic to school supplies... *still laughs hard*
In Geometry, I sat by Thi and we studied! We talked about our language, wearing ao dai for Tet (she wants me to wear her mom's!), and so forth!!!
We also didn't know the translation for the word "dieu"... It means "fashionable", or "girly"... But we didn't know the EXACT Viet word, so we asked Danny. He didn't understand either.
We were gonna go buy ice cream, but since I was afraid the buses would leave, we parted each other...
OH! She still has that Spongebob part of that cake! She says she's gonna save it when she's 30 and then eat it! (WHAT THE HECK?!) She says it's like a wedding, when a married couple takes down the top part of a cake, saves it for one year, and eats it on their anniversary.
I met up with Shanna, Vy, and Kai. I walked with Vy and Kai to the buses, and met up with Kathy, then met up with Janice and Chi!
Lots of sleeping on the bus... Lots of time, I fell asleep on the bus, and I kept moving, and it kept falling onto Eileen's shoulder... She woke me up to get up, and I apologized, and it happened again... *sweats*
If you don't know, Eileen is Nam's sister. She said she went to HBMS last year, but I didn't see her...
So I biked back home... And Anita waited for Destiney. SHE WAS SO QUIET TODAY. Anita. On the bus.
OH!!! When I got on the computer, I showed Enin the video of the Medical Academy thing! He thought it was amateur, but funny.
I showed Hong. She said the video was stupid, but she thought the commercial boy (Kai) was HOT.
ME: HUH...?!
I just laughed and she thought she said something wrong... But really, Kai's a confusing/mean guy, so it's kinda weird to think that about Kai...
Then she started having FANTASIES about him...
Me: o_O;;
And then she asked for a picture for him, to show off to her friends! Of course, I don't have a recent one, and I'm looking for it currently.
Not really... *laughs*
But it's CREEPY. Dai thinks she's wrong and that's he's "FREAKING UGLY", in those exact words.
Then Aaron wanted Hong to like him (Hong doesn't know Aaron), so he said he could look like Kai. Then I said I just imagined Kai's body, but when he talked, Aaron's voice was coming out... And it had Aaron's personality.
Then Chi said, "If it was Kai's body and Aaron's personality, he would be a hearthrob."
Me: *BURSTS OUT LAUGHING*
But she said it herself. If he were more social, girls would like him more. *laughs*
So Aaron says, "A hearthrob, huh?" He wants plastic surgery now... *laughs*
And if you don't know what Kai looks like, watch this video!!!
You'll come to a part of a video where you see an Asian guy on a treadmill. That's Kai, the guy that Hong thinks is hot. *laughs*
OH! And Hong is coming to Houston next Saturday! She has an orthodontist appointment.
I can't remember what else to type about...
Bye guys!
End: 7:02 PM CST
Aaron: Travis, what's your preference?
Me: What's that?
Aaron: It's something you want your boyfriend/girlfriend to have. For example, for Chi, it's height. For me, it's roundness.
Me: ROUNDNESS?!
Aaron: I like my chicks to be fat. And yes, I have dated a fat chick before. Never again...
Me: HOW DARE YOU CALL HEIDI FAT!!!
Aaron and Chi: Who's Heidi?
Me: I can't spell her name!
Aaron: Whose name?
Me: Aaron's current girlfriend!
Aaron: It's HILDA.
Me: *gives Aaron plastic surgery*
Aaron: Damn, he made me look like...King Tut's mummy...
Diana: HERE, LET ME HELP YOU! *takes out chainsaw*
Aaron: OH MY GOD! SHE'S GOT A CHAINSAW!!!
As most of you might've remembered, 9/11 was the day when four planes were hijacked by terrorists and crashed into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and an area in Pennsylvania. It was a tragic day for our country, and for the rest of the months that follow. But the people that were really affected were the people who lost loved ones on that day. They are the remnants of the people who gave their lives to try to save other people, and others lost their lives innocently.
It's been five years since that tragic day, and this is their story.
At school today, our ROTC members did a little presentation to remember that day. A guy with a trombone was playing "Taps" (a bit off-key, I might add) and the members were saluting to the flag, which other members were holding.
(P.S. If you don't already know, ROTC is a class in our school that teaches military things. The military pays for it. Even the guns. Yes--there are guns in the school. The military pays for them. I don't think they're loaded though.)
All throughout the day was there something about 9/11. In Digital Graphics, with the news being broadcasted from our school (it's the first day!), they showed a video a guy made five years ago...
Oh! And in Digital Graphics, we had to draw another person's face! So I was trying to draw Geraldine's, and I kept laughing because I think I messed up on it. (Even though Richelle said it was good... *sweats*)
In English, we read "The Interlopers", and we paired off into groups...in which I got lost for which group I was supposed to be in... (So I just got into a group and pretended I was supposed to be there.)
Uhh...I remember in lunch, after sitting with Angelie and Tien, roaming the soda machines, trying to put my dollar in them, but none would accept it. (All the machines here are faulty!!!) And I bought a giant strawberry popsicle RIGHT when the bell to dismiss from lunch rang... And so I was quickly eating the ice cream...trying not to get a brain freeze. (And you'd be surprised that I didn't get one!)
Um, in Geometry, I sat with Emily and I just did work. I had this feeling that Tara and the person she was sitting with were watching me for some reason...
Tuesday
OH! We had an essay due in IPC today, but I forgot to turn it in! Actually, I forgot to start on it! GRR, 20 points off for me. SHOOT.
Transition was nice... Our IPC teacher shared a chocolate cupcake (which were for her teacher conference) with one of her senior/junior students! ARGH... I wanted a cupcake too! WAH.
In Geography, we have a project... NOOO... We have to make a 3-D model of a topographic map. Now I need to buy some white cardboard...
Our Geography teacher showed us a bunch of graphs, and he showed us an age/sex graph on the projector. (It shows the age/gender population of a country/city.) When he said "age/sex", he replied to himself, "Shame on you, talking about sex in the classroom..." (We just bursted out laughing.)
In lunch, I sat with Chi, who was with Jonathan and Shanna! Shanna's group says I don't look like a freshman, but like a sophmore...and some even say I look like a junior. o_O;; (I'm taller than the average freshman here and I hang out with a lot of sophmores. Sad, eh?) So again, I went to go to the ice cream machine, and I saw Daniella! (I've been seeing her a lot lately...) Again, I ate my ice cream, and again, the bell rang. Shanna looked at me eating the ice cream, yelled "Chunk it, chunk, chunk it!" over and over again, while moving her arms in a "pounding" motion. I was like, o_O;;
In Fitness, we had to do Tae Bo as a test grade. If we didn't do it, or asked to go to the bathroom, we lose points, or fail. It wasn't that bad. But there's this guy in my class, right? He's always screaming at other guy, calling him "gay" just because he hangs with a bunch of girls. And yet he acts gay to other guys. Here, I'll explain. David, Raul, and I were exercising, and when Raul was in a crouching position, this guy came up from behind and humped Raul. (Oh my gosh! Wha...?!) But luckily, Raul tumbled over before...yeah... *sweats*
And he tried to do the same thing to me...only something different. Touching a private part, is all I'll say. (WEIRDO.)
It was kinda funny watching Kai exercising, but he was doing it while wearing a fluffy jacket! (EH???)
I stayed after school today, and walked with Ahkil to the Robotics Club. We waited for the other people to come, while I played on Photoshop... So, all the website programmers were sent to a different room...to learn XSL. NOO... We all kept saying we like to do (X)HTML and CSS, but Randy (our "teacher") replied that he doesn't like to make his sites "pretty". (Isn't that what sites are for? To draw the person in with good graphics/programming???)
But that's not what this club is for. WAH. Everyone was quiet, with their hands on their chins, just listening... It was...quiet. And weird. *sweats*
So we went back into the regular room, where Chi was in the workshop, holding a screwdriver. She admits it was the FIRST TIME HOLDING A SCREWDRIVER. Heh. *sweats* We all went to the computers, checked on the school website, and just played around in Photoshop and etc.
After that, Chi and Janice left with Chi's mom...
I had to find a bus pass, and a guy gave me his extra one. (Yay!) In the meanwhile, it was Open House, and other people were working on their booth. At the other classroom, there were people in Home Ec eating Papa John's pizza. (Students who stay back to help with Open House get free pizza!)
Of course, I was tired and wanted to get home, so I opened my umbrella and walked to the waiting area. Everyone else was waiting there too... Kaether wanted me to walk him with his umbrella so his hair doesn't get frizzy. (Eh???) I walked Thi over, and sat by Aaron... And Vy and Kai didn't ride our bus, even though they were supposed to.
Bus Driver: Where are you heading?
Me: I'm headings towards ------------.
Bus Driver: Why are you heading there...?
Me: ...I live there.
Bus Driver: I'm just playing with ya. Come on in.
Lots of heavy raining, water falling, and sleeping on the bus.
Aaron, all randomly, asked if I had a "special ability". I asked him where he heard it from, and he said "from a friend". (It was Chi...) At first, I lied. But I couldn't stand lying to my friends, so I told him I could use my "special ability" on Aaron and guess right things about him. I was afraid I wasn't gonna do it right since I hadn't done that kind of stuff in almost half a year! But all my predictions were right. YAY! (Not all of them were correct, so ya know.) Of course, Aaron, being the skeptic, kept asking me questions.
I also did it with his friend, and his time, I got almost exactly everything correctly. Yay!
Well, the bus driver (late bus) drove me all the way home. I ate and got on the computer. Ricky and my mom were at his Open House, so yah. I stayed up until 10-11 PM doing homework, and then I went to sleep.
Today
Ugh...I didn't want to wake up today. I guess it was because I stayed up late last night finishing my IPC and English essays on the computer...
Well, on the bus...LOTS of sleeping! And when I got to school, I slept in the cafeteria. Kai and Vy were quiet...and Aaron was hanging out with Heidi and his guitar buddies.
In first period, I exercised. But I was so sleepy, I couldn't care...
Digital Graphics, we did a test. Richelle wasn't here for it because of a junior's meeting in the auditorium. After testing and looking through pictures, we just spent the rest of the time playing on Photoshop.
The news came on! After the pledge and moment of silence, some students were being interviewed about ZAP and what they thought of it.
(ZAP, or Zeroes Aren't Permitted is a program at my school. If you get a zero on a classwork, they make you stay after school and make you do it, plus give you more work.)
One girl said this on her interview: I don't know why we should get zeroes on work that we don't do.
Geraldine's translator and my Digital Graphics teacher just BURSTED OUT LAUGHING. I did too! The translator said it was one of the most stupidest things she's heard a student say!!!
In English, we did work...about our essay! Ah, we were paired into groups. I was with Mason, Tera, Lillian, and Chelsea. They said my essay was something they could relate it. My story was about me, not doing my homework, and trying to scribble it all down before the bell rang and how I wasn't being responsible by doing it right now.
At lunch, I talked with Tien, who was cursing about her Algebra teacher, who made them stay back just so a student (who was writing very slowly) could finish writing the problem on the board correctly. She was also cursing about her ROTC (that military thing at our school) teacher, about how some students weren't doing what they were supposed to do, and they had to keep on doing push-ups. Her sandals were damaged. *sweats*
She says she can't wait until she gets a car to shop around the First Colony area! If only she could drive...and we had money. *sweats*
In Geometry, I sat by Michelle and Danny and we did work! Yah, a lot of us had to show a problem from our homework on our board. First, I did it with Michelle and Danny, and when we had to do the problem separately, I just confused everyone... *sweats* Ashley wants me to sit by her on tests now.
It was something like this:
Me: This angle equals 35 degrees. And since this is the vertical angle equals 35 degrees. Since this other angle makes it supplementary, 3x - 8 + 35 = 180 degrees.
And I kept going on...
And:
Now that you have that, this is its vertical angle, and this equals...
And so forth. I confused Thi (who was HYPER when she was presenting!) who just clapped, but gave a weird look to another person... *sweats*
After that, I walked with Vy and Kai (who weren't really minding me) and headed onto my bus. I sat with Eileen (Nam's little sister) and Vy sat with Tien. I was basically asleep for the whole bus.
Anita says funny things on the bus. Now if I could only remember what she said today.
It was QUIET on the bus today. Most people were at HOSA (which is a medical intern program?) and other clubs.
So I biked home, and I left Anita, who needed to talk on the phone...
I got the mail, came home, and ate.
OH!!! Chi and my friends (who are in the Medical Academy at my school--at my school, there are four Academies--Medical, Engineering, Computer, and Broadcasting) made a video for their Medical project!
Here it is:
I SWEAR. I could not stop LAUGHING as I was watching this.
The Asian guy? That's my friend Kai. And the Asian girl? That's my friend Vy. (Oh, they're all Asian! But I mean eastern/southeastern Asian, not southern Asian. *sweats*)
Oh, the title? Medical Mayhem Hightower? What's it mean? (Medical is meaning the Medical Academy, and Hightower is my school name.)
Yes, it's Lockheart Valentine Hightower. Or at least that's what someone told me.
WEIRD COINCIDENCE: The first and middle name of my school are the last names of Final Fantasy VII characters!
UGHHAHHHH... My stupid computer keyboard is broken. Why is it broken? Well, I broke it. Yup yup. Trying to clean it... I was SO DEPRESSED on Saturday because of it, but I'm "happy" again, because I ordered a new one from eBay! (My keyboard's a discontinued model, I thinks...) I can't type some of the keys currently... Anyways, I haven't posted since Thursday! Stupid me...
Friday
Um, yah. I wore all white today! And Aaron wore all black today! We were "opposites". Heh. I read Hilda's Happy Bunny book, and it just made me burst out laughing for that morning.
Here are some quotes:
"When life gives you lemon, squirt the juice of the lemon into the eyes of your enemies."
"Every cloud has a silver lining... For example, the most HORRIBLE farts can be used to make the most beautiful balloons."
I know, weird, eh? But I found them funny. *sweats*
Oh! My IPC teacher wasn't here today! She had her friend, who works at the Houston Museum of Natural History, come substitute. She told us a story, about when she used to work with our IPC teacher, about a boy reading a note during our IPC teacher's class at her old school. The boy wouldn't give it to her, and in the end, he tore up the note, chewed it up, and spit it out into the trash. But our IPC teacher...noo... She had some of her students take it out of the trash (with rubber gloves), piece it piece by piece and photocopy it (with darkening it to read what it said)! It had the most SEXUAL content on that note... So that boy, on the next day, just came in, all happy, thinking he wasn't in trouble got a rude awakening from our teacher. Yah. She told him she found out about the note. So she had him call his teacher, and he kept reading the note wrong, and she said, "No honey, you mispronounced this!" And in the end, he just broke out crying..." *laughs*
And that's why we shouldn't mess with our IPC teacher...
And for some reason, when our IPC teacher was having a child, they thought her friend and her were gay. (Because her husband is in the military, and since he can't come, her friend comes along to check the baby... *sweats*)
In IPC, lots of talking to Laura and Bianca. But I couldn't get to English to finish my test. There was a sub, and he didn't know where the tests were... So yah.
In Lunch, I sat with Chi and Jonathan, and I was about to go with Chi to her classroom, but I started running up to my classroom...and...I was tardy. Yah. *sweats* We did a topographical map, and that's our project.
In Fitness, there was a pep rally! Of course, we had to pay $1 to go to the pep rally, which I didn't do. Raul went to go sneak into the pep rally, while Kai and I just sat in the gym doing...well, nothing. Kai almost hit me because I called him "Billy"... GASP. o_O!
I played a little jump rope at the end (the girls who I played with it referred to me as the "Japanese boy"... *sweats*), and talked with Tera and Nicole...
There were some girls talking to a boy because they thought he was so hot... (He was new in our class.) But at the end, he kept talking about how he hated white girls (some were playing volleyball in the game) and talking shit about girls...
It's kinda weird...how those girls hit on that guy because they thought he was hot... Yet when they were away from him, he kept comparing them and talking dumb stuff about them.
Weird, eh? Or do people just judge because of looks? *sweats*
Kai was pretty sick today... It's a cold, I thinks...
So on the bus after school with Aaron and Vy. I'm turning Aaron into a homophobe!!! *sweats*
And lots of depression... Forgot why.
Saturday
Well, I don't remember when I woke up, but we went to the orthodontist around...11 AM, I think? It was rainy today... Oh yeah! When one of the interns was doing my sister's check-up, she was singing along with what the radio was playing. It just made my sister smirk. The intern was singing Genie in a Bottle and a Nickelback song... (Imagine that. A dentist/orthodontist checking on your teeth, and while she's doing it, she's singing and moving along to the rhythm of songs... *laughs*)
After that, we headed to the Bogard Bistro area. My mom had to stop by a Chinese herb store to buy some medicine for my dad. ($200-300 for a pound of some medicine?!)
After that, we headed to Bogard Bistro, where I noticed Victor, although he probably didn't recognize me... We ate there, although I wanted to try a Japanese restaurant right by it. After eating banh xeo and pho, my mom went shopping for groceries and my sister and I stayed outside and finished our tapioca drinks.
Um...our tapioca drinks were "smoking"... Like, you know when something is really cold, it lets off this "vapor"??? YEAH. Vapor was coming out of our tapioca drink... Eh...? People were staring at our drinks like we were smoking it or something. *laughs*
Oh! And I kept telling my sister about that Happy Bunny "filling balloons up with fart" joke. We just bursted out laughing for a long time, then gave up...
We went into Asia Stationery Co. and looked around! My sister just got so hyped over all the Hong Kong magazines and bought some! Of course, she was afraid she didn't have enough money, and after taking all of mine, she told me to go outside and find our mom. So I went into the market, and I reached her at the end. She gave me $5, but in the end, we really didn't need it...
So after buying that, we headed home... I started working on cleaning the keyboard again. But guess what happened?! While trying to pry open the right Shift key, I BROKE SOMETHING UNDER IT!!! I started whining and told my mom, but she replied, "Too bad! I told you not to do it!" (She actually did say not to pry the keyboard open later...)
So I tried getting her to glue it back, but that didn't work...
So I went to sleep, around 5-7 PM at night, sleeping on depression. (Yes, when I break something, I fall into a state of depression.)
Of course, by then, the computer was lagging REAL bad... So I had to fix it. GRR.
And my mom wanted me to talk to Chi Suc (who just came from Austin to visit) to help choose a laptop for me. But of course, me, still depressed, just didn't want to talk...
I watched some Naruto, but I was too sleepy and depressed, so I just headed to bed...
Sunday
Well, I woke up at exactly 6:59 AM in the morning and went on the computer to see if I could fix the keyboard. I couldn't... So, I made an eBay account and bought a "new" (it claims to be by the seller) keyboard that was the same model as my current broken one! (My keyboard model is discontinued, I think...)
I tried calling Dell and talking on their chat rooms, but they just made it SO CONFUSING... And for some reason, one of the phone number links of Dell link to a weird/perverted phone line, if you know what I mean...
Anyways, Diana got on, angry because some of her computer time was taken up with me trying to fix the keyboard. (Her and her selfish computer needs... Ugh.) And oh! My mom FINALLY decided to buy me a laptop!!! Yay! But it was so confusing ordering it... OY VEY.
Well, around 2 PM, I got off the computer, and let Diana on, until I wanted Ricky to get on... And then Diana and Ricky started yelling at each other to use the computer... Oy. Meanwhile, I took a shower, grabbed my Confirmation II books, and headed to the van...until I remembered to bring a plushie for class today! So I took my Cinnamoroll plush with me! Of course, my mom said she didn't want people staring at me weirdly, so she gave me a giant Wal-Mart bag to put it in...
When I got to church, some guy thought I was selling something since I was holding a giant Wal-Mart bag... (*sweats* I guess he couldn't see through the bag.) I met up with Vi (trying to do Geometry), Trang, and Natalie. Natalie and I went into the main church area and met up with Na Nhi, Chi, and Tung. A while later, Confirmation I and II students all met up in the main church, started doing worship and praise, and some other stuff, and after that, we headed into the classroom.
OH! John asked me the WEIRDEST question... He asked if it looked like Elisa and Na Nhi were flirting with Tung... (What the heck...?) I told him that Na Nhi and Tung were "husband and wife", and Elisa's just one of their friends... (Hmm, it makes me think something...)
Yup, I was one of the only people who brought a plushie. Elisa brought a shark plushie, later, which I found out, was Bruce from Finding Nemo... I made Cinnamoroll and Bruce fight each other during class... *sweats* And Na Nhi kept hugging Cinnamoroll and squeezing its nose. I kept whispering, loudly, "IT DOESN'T HAVE A NOSE!!!"
After class, we all went into church and did our mass. (All students have to attend youth mass. It's mandatory.) Hehe, I just found out today that Trang wears contacts... *sweats* You'd think I'd notice that by now...
Anyways, after church, my mom drove to Wal-Mart and we went grocery shopping... My sister kept prancing around... Acting all weird... And it took us long too!!! We got in there around 6-7 PM? But we didn't finish shopping until 8 PM.
Oh! I finally found a black beret... YAY.
Then, we all went home... My mom got angry after shopping, because she had to buy something for Suc Fah and re-sell it back to her for a cheaper price. Eh. And how she had to have a person like that as her neighbor and whatnot... (UGH.)
Well, after putting up all the groceries, I got on the computer and I've been up doing homework...
Ugh, gotta go to sleep. School's tomorrow... Bye!
End: 10:29 PM CST
P.S. Tomorrow's September 11... It's been five years since that day... Today, my mom told me it's a day she'll never forget because it was five years ago that my grandma had passed away... (You see, my grandma died 3 months before that, and we believe the soul goes into "heaven" after 100 days. 3 months is about 90 days, so on that 100th day was the day she was supposed to go to heaven. And that was 9/11.)
At least, that's what I think. I have to ask again... *sweats*
OH MOMMY!!! I DON'T WANNA POST!!! I WANNA SLEEP!!!
The longer I stay in this school, the more miserable I am! I have to wake up at 5 AM, then I get home at 9 PM! Then I stay up all late to do homework, and I never have time for computer, T.V., or even SLEEP!!! *cries*
Monday/Labor Day (After Posting)
Remember I told you that Alex wanted to go biking? Yah, well, Diana and I changed really fast and biked to the school in front of Nickkie's house! At first, I thought she wasn't there...
So she had to call her mom to tell her that Vy and Nickkie were there! Problem was: Vy was at a party at Chi's house, where they were enjoying the food! So I had to pretend to be Vy, and Diana had to pretend to be Nickkie. I wondered why she always had to lie when we hung out. I found out that it's because her mom doesn't like her hanging out with younger people. (I'm a year younger than her, and Diana's...three years younger?)
So lots of laughing, giggling, and stupid stuff at that corner, where we tried to disguise our voices. UGH, I can't sound like Vy! And when Alex told Diana to do Nickkie's voice in a high voice saying "Hi!", she went and said, "COOKIE!!!"
Good thing Alex's older brother picked up. *sigh*
So as quickly as we could, we biked off to Burger King! Diana was biking SO SLOW!!! So we switched bikes. OH...MY...GOSH. This bike is so HARD to pedal! (No wonder she's always slow!!!) The even more horrible thing was, even using MY bike, I was faster than her. (Isn't that sad?)
Well, we DID make it to Burger King, and I ordered food. Diana only wanted fries, so I ordered food for me and Alex...with Alex's money. *sweats* Eh, after getting our food, I thought that I wanted a separate drink and fries from Diana. (We were gonna share, but eh...) So I bought more. And so, we tried to eat as fast as we could, and even, in the end, we had a TON of fries left over! (So I stuffed them inside a paper bag, rolled it up, and put it into my Nike bag!)
So as quickly as we could, we biked towards Alex's house! (She had to be home at 7-7:30 PM EXACTLY.) And Diana's bike--my old bike--IS SO SLOW.
On the way back, we were stopped by a Vietnamese man who was walking around, looking for a street called "Prairie Oak"... Hmm, I don't recognize ANY of the streets around there... *laughs* So in Vietnamese, I said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." and we biked off...
Alex got home, but when she did, she realized she lost her watch!!! (NO!!! How come EVERY time we go biking together, we always end up losing something?! A cell phone--got it back, a hat--got it back, and now a watch?!) Hopefully, we get that back too.
So Diana and I biked off home...and I was tired after that. Showered, and headed to bed.
Tuesday
Headed back to school. NOOO... DOOM.
In Digital Graphics and Animation, we worked more on our fruit Photoshop picture, and he told us a story about a man who had brain damage. He was very smart, but he couldn't recognize faces after the accident. He couldn't tell who his wife or his kids were. So when scientists did an experiment on him, and showed him a picture of his wife, they asked, "Who is this?"
Guess what he replied? "I don't know. Is it a hat?"
I'm not KIDDING HERE. You see, as humans, we tell the difference between ourselves MOSTLY by our faces. Same with animals and their stripes, spots, etc.
Oh...the class on the other side of us was being REAL LOUD. Lots of screaming and stuff, and some people thought it was because people were dying! *laughs* We thought there wasn't a teacher in there, so our teacher sent one of our students to check, and guess what? They were doing a skit. *laughs* A very NOISY script with lots of screaming...and killing? *bursts out laughing*
We went to Advisory after that. Hehe, it was so quiet, and then when one girl at the end of Advisory asked, "Can I have a piece of candy?" (There was a plate of candy in the middle of our table filled with Life Saver Cremes and black-colored peppermint candy.) I asked too and got one, but all the other students just grabbed ALL of them until there was only three pieces left. *laughs*
WEIRD. After asking one of my friends, when I asked her about English homework that day, squealed to one of her friends and said, "He's so cute!" (And her friend replied, "Yeah...a boy with glasses and looks like a nerd. How cute." And this was a boy saying this... *laughs*)
Oh! In Geometry, I almost got late, but the bell had run early. Our regular teacher had returned back from her maternal leave! Um, we graded all our work from the past weeks, and yeah... Lots of grading. Plus, we had a test... NOOO...
Thi managed to finish it. Oh! I headed over to the Robotics Club, and I found Janice and Chi! Well, I hung out with them and sat down and listened to the rules, and signed up! We split into groups where Janice, Chi, and I went into the programming section. Most of us knew HTML (Chi didn't), but for this, we had to study XSL... ARGHHH... THE PAIN! I worked with some CSS tables and stuff that I used to do on MyOtaku, and a lot of people were amazed by what I could do... *laughs*
When I was sitting in the class, I kept thinking, "Wow, there are so many nerds here!" (Don't take that offensively, but that was the first word that popped up into my mind! *laughs*)
Well, after a long decision, Chi took Janice, Vy, Kai, and I on a ride home, with her mom driving. BLAH, I was so carsick that day. I kept thinking, "I wanna get out and walk home instead..." (My head was spinning...)
Hehe, Kai fell asleep. Poor Kai... *sweats*
That day, I got home around 6 PM, I think? I ate some cookies and found my mom upstairs, watching old videos from the past. WOW, was I annoying when I was little. *laughs*
Later that day, Kai asked if he fell asleep. I replied:
"No, Chi, Janice, Vy, and I knocked you on the back of your head until you were unconcious, dragged you into the van, and did naughty horrible things to you."
(Of course, I was being sarcastic. Oh, and I was about to write "naughty", but "horrible" seemed less...weird. *laughs*)
Oh! I know where Kai lives now! And I FINALLY heard him speak Vietnamese! Of course, I felt weird speaking Vietnamese to Chi's mom. I hate my Vietnamese speaking.
Wednesday/Yesterday
Umm...I don't remember exactly what happened. I kept saying, "I wanna go back to bed." Even after I changed my clothes, I hopped into bed ans slept 20 minutes away... *sweats*
OH! Anita said she might move out of the school, and Brad's moving...to a "white school". Eh? Actually, he's moving to another house too, somewhere else... He's going to Hawaii for a week, and when he comes back, he'll be in a new house. He's leaving...by the end of September.
In IPC, we did an experiment where we tried to dissolve Jolly Rancher candy inside an acid. (We measured if more surface area would increase the dissolving.) Of course, it was VERY loud, with everyone mixing and banging the glass OVER AND OVER AGAIN. K.K. and Rehman were in my group...and we wore aprons and "pretty" goggles. Heh.
Uhh...busy. TOOK TOO LONG. The melting/dissolving, I mean. TOO LONG. (We dissolved it in a Coke/Sprite mix. We could've used a stronger acid! LIKE VINEGAR!)
It got BORING after a while...
And we cleaned up--me being a neat freak--packed up, and left. Of course, I had Transition there, so I went to my locker, came back, and washed my hands. (My hands still smelled like the chemicals from the lab.)
Well, Laura and I used the computers to type up some of our reports. (I had to do IPC and English reports.) We had a little trouble printing with the printer at first... *sweats* (I helped Laura.)
OH! Our regular teacher, Mrs. Johnson, was in the hospital at that same time having her baby! YUP. So we had a sub! Laura (I didn't find out her name until today!), me, Bianca, and a few other people were just talking about our old school and stuff. Bianca was talking about how she was being stalked on MySpace (that's common now, for some reason...), how snakes, ants, cockroaches (our IPC teacher just said "Ew." when she heard that word), and a bunch of other critters crawling around her old school. She said they found a snake in the food once! But since the food was cooked with boiling water (school food cooked with boiled water, yes), the snake couldn't survive, and it died. EW, what weird/gross stories we told. But it was fun, ya know?
In Geography, we had to do a packet. OH! And we found out our homework? It wasn't for a grade! After we did our homework, he said we could THROW IT AWAY. WHAT THE...?!
In Lunch today, I kept looking for Chi and Jonathan. A senior (or junior) in line asked me if I was smart, and what my GPA was... I told him I didn't know, but he responded that it was probably higher than his. (Eh???)
I found Chi, and she didn't get in line. I told her I would share my food, so she grabbed my burger... H-hey! *sweats* She didn't really eat that day, and Jonathan was being...WEIRD.
I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, and this guy kept staring at me... (Why did everyone that day stare at me? Was it my clothes? I was wearing a black jacket with a black T-shirt and blue jeans. Does that make me weird? *laughs*)
My mom said that my jacket smelled like smoke earlier in the morning. She even asked if one of my friends SMOKED. (Ugh, no way!)
Oh! One of the Indian girls that sits behind me told me I looked like Harry Potter. (I get that so much. Dunno why.)
In Fitness, we sat down and took roll. Our coach was here today. OH! That day in class, Raul went up to Kai in first period and said, "You smell like cough drops." The guy sitting behind Kai said, "You're queer..." (He called both of them queer...?) And Kai said, "I can imagine HIM saying it, but not you..." ("HIM" is me.) That sounds like an insult! And he said, "That's like saying, 'Kai, you smell refreshing!' or 'Kai, I want to eat you!'" (We had to explain to him what medicine was...)
Later in Fitness, we had to WALK on the track field! The track runners, at first, were telling us to get out of the track field, but we had to stay out of their lanes. GAH. In that stadium, when it's REAL hot (I mean, you can even see the air bending!), the track field smells like burning rubber...
So I talked with Kai and Raul. Kai and I just walked and talked, and Raul just went...doing a lot of exercises for the coach.
Oh! I just realized Terra was in my Fitness class!
After coming in, Kai bought a drink from the soda machine, and we waited for Raul... (Ugh, his backpack is so heavy!!! A black messenger bag, so ya know.) Some guy asked me to exchange quarters for a dollar, and so I agreed. BUT! When I went to the machine, they didn't accept my dollar!
Also, some girls were talking about how skinny guys were sexy, and were talking about a boy wearing a backpack. (I think they were talking about Kai??? I was waiting for Raul on the edge...)
Well, in the end, I found out all the soda machines in the school were EMPTY. And the soda machines stole TWO of my dollars. GAH.
Chi said she saw me and Kai walking together in the Art hallway. Vy replied, "Such friendlyness!" *bursts out laughing*
On the bus, Vy and I sat together...sleeping... Yah.
Oh, I spent 9-10 PM that night making sushi! I promised Chi and Vy I'd make sushi...and so I did.
Thursday/Today
UGH... SLEEP. That's what I needed...IF I DIDN'T WAKE UP SO LATE! (I woke up 40 minutes before the bus came! I'm LATE! It sounds weird, but yes.) Actually, I wait for 15 minutes, so yes.
So my mom cut up the sushi, and I biked to the bus stop, where I rode to school...sitting on half of the seat. That's PAINFUL. Especially when you want to sleep! Plus, the guys on the right of me were trying to yell random things to the people driving in their cars. UGH.
OH! While I was biking to the bus stop, I noticed that the moon was a gold color today. OH! The Moon Festival is coming up!
Eating sushi and cookies in the morning with Aaron and Janice. Janice likes the sushi.
In Gym, I played basketball with Akeel and Brett. Brett was trying to show me how to shoot a basketball correctly... *laughs* But after shooting for a while, I got bored and went to hula-hooping!
Eh, this might not be common, but usually, I'm picked on by Hispanic guys who do the "ching-chong" thing with me. Hehe, I started speaking Spanish to those people in P.E. and they were surprised... They didn't talk about me after that. (Since they were afraid that I'd understand! MUAHAHA!!!)
Well, for lunch, I sat with Christian, Charles, and their group. I tended to finish lunch late again, and I ate some of the sushi I brought along.
OH! We had a test in English! I didn't finish, so tomorrow, I'm going there during Transition to finish it. Of course, waiting for a pass for tomorrow takes a long time...and I was late for Geometry.
Of course--I was able to sneak into the class! (See, in my school, if you're caught in the hallways when the tardy bell rings--you're going to Saturday detention. YUP.)
So I studied and guess what? I GOT A 60 ON MY LAST TEST!!! WAHHH...
I went with Kathy today to the Drama club, and it seems SO FUN! I really wanna join!!! We signed up in the sheets, checked for shirts we wanted to print for the club, met the people. (One of the leaders, Amanda, is really funny! Can't remember what she said though... *laughs*) Terra was in the auditorium then, but she seems so quiet... She's really nice, but she seems shy around other people... Anyways, Kathy headed home with her mom.
Well, after that, I headed over to Robotics with Nam, and we did programming! GAH!!! NOW IT'S XHTML AND CSS!!! (I know CSS already. And XHTML is basically HTML.)
I bought popcorn from two girls who came into our classroom to sell popcorn to raise money! They didn't have change for a $10 though. *sweats* And other people brought in big bucks, like $20, etc. One of the girls said, "Damn, why do you bring big bucks up to school?"
She's also thinking of joining Robotics because she says it looks fun, and it looks like you can do anything in the room. But she was afraid because she was the only girl there. (Actually, Janice and Chi were there!) Well, the guy came back with my change, but it was $2 in dimes and nickels! (I don't WANT dimes and nickels! I want $2 in PAPER!!!)
Yum, vanilla corn. Red, white, and blue popcorn. Janice bought some too, and we started snacking in the Robotics Club.
Uh, after the club was dismissed, Chi and Janice went with Chi's mom to a ride home.
I waited outside and ate popcorn and talked a bit with Michelle until Vy and Kai came out. I shared some of my popcorn with them (Kai wouldn't take any!) and Kai said he didn't give a shit about me... It popped up in the conversation. (It's because I'm a boy, right?)
It was fun talking with Kai and Vy. But some of Kai's talks are so depressing... I won't mention any because he threatens to kill me if I tell. (I don't believe he'll kill me though!)
He just decided to go killing on me today. Vy was poking Kai, and I poked Kai, and he said he would kill me. Of course, I said, "I wouldn't count on you killing me, because look who's right beside you." It was Vy. Of course, now Vy LETS him kill me.
But I don't think he's serious... *laughs*
Fishy jello! (He likes the jello Vy--nicknamed Fishy--made for everyone a few months ago! OHH... At first when he said "fishy jello", we thought it was fish IN jello... UGH. *laughs*)
The bus ride REALLY made my head spin. It hurt me, and I fell nauseous.
I found out Kai wants to become an optometrist. (Eyeglasses doctor!) I poined to my glasses and said, "Maybe you can finally fix this for me." (I meant my vision. *laughs*)
OH! We've kinda decided! Kai and I are going as girls for Halloween, and Vy's going as a guy for Halloween! Why? Well, Vy was talking about this Chinese movie/series she used to watch, about a boy who was in the Chinese theater school, and he got a part in a play, but it was a comcubine. So he had to play a girl. In that play, he kept accidentally saying "man" whenever the script told him to say "woman". So if he was in character--a woman, and he was supposed to say, "I am a woman.", he would accidentally say "I am a man." They BEAT him for that. So eventually, he turned into a girl. Even AFTER the play ended. And he fell in love with the guy who played the girl's lover in the play.
It's weird. I never thought you could be BEAT to make someone gay... (Yes, because of that play, he turned gay...)
So Kai started talking about how he was a girl for Halloween and his friend (a girl) was a boy for Halloween. And that's how we all decided to dress up for next Halloween.
OH! The Moon Festival is coming up soon! Kai said he loves mooncakes, but he hates them. He loves them because a friend once made them especially for him, but he hates the taste of them. *sweats* He's so contradicting...
Well, we found out that the bus we took didn't drop us off by our house. The bus driver asked if any of us had a cell phone, but I said that it was okay, since Kai and I were gonna walk with Vy to her house. (Kai lives CLOSE to where we stopped, but he didn't want to stop without her because he didn't want her walking off by herself.) AWWW...
So we were dropped off at HBMS, and we started on the long trek to Vy's house. Crossing a long street, then a long bayou, then more long streets, and to her house. It was quiet on that walk there, and it turned night...FAST. GAHHH... My feet were so tired!!!
Vy's dad was in the garage (which is his office) doing work and Vy asked her dad to drive us home. Vy's mom and Huy came home, and Vy's dad took Vy's mom's car to drive us. So Kai and I were sitting on the edge of Huy (he just got back from shopping) and Vy and her dad were sitting in front. So I directed him to my house, and got off.
Of course, when I got home--no break. My mom said that it was almost 8 PM--the sun had fell a LONG TIME AGO--and that I should've gotten my bike back from the bus stop area.
So my mom drove me to the bus stop. We tried to fit the bike into the back of the van, but it wouldn't fit, so I decided to bike the rest of the way home.
After that, I took a bath, TRIED to eat--couldn't, and now I'm here, posting. It's TOO LONG.
I HATE THIS SCHOOL. REALLY. I have to wake up at 5 AM and I get home from school around 7-9 PM. Then I stay up all night doing homework until past midnight, where I only get 3-5 hours of sleep, and then get ready for the next day of school.
PLUS. I need a digital camera for my Geometry project--WHICH I DON'T HAVE!!! (Most of my work nowadays relies on a LOT of technology--most of which I don't have.) I need my own computer too. My siblings hog it WAY too much and I don't get time to do my homework in time before sleeping. It sucks.
Good night everyone.
End: 11:01 PM CST
P.S. It'll count this post as Friday, but I posted it on Thursday, so you know.
Hiya guys! Happy Labor Day! Yup, I have no school today. And I just changed my post? Like it? I don't. I mean, I need to tweak it a bit until I can REALLY like it. But I won't mess with it today. I'll do it...tomorrow...or whenever. (Yes, I'm LAZY!)
Yesterday/Monday
Well, I woke up to go to church. Ahh...after church, my mom--after us trying to decide where to go--drove us to Lucky Village, where we ate. My mom even acts strict outside of the house... *sweats* She kept saying that a group of African (they were dressed in traditional African clothing) people were looking at her and laughing... Why does she think everyone's against her?
I didn't eat much that day. Oh! In my mom's fortune cookie, it said something like this: "Do not talk ill of people." I showed it to her and said, "You need to do this." She just handed it back to me and said, "No, YOU need to do this." (Eh...???)
After that, we drove to a bookstore by the restaurant called 75% Off Books, and we had never been here before. My sister just got EXCITED off the books and started picking out all the ones she liked. I found some computer programming books and some really cool fiction books. Like, there's this religion fantasy book called In His Image about a fictional book about where they find the cells of Jesus and try to clone him. (It scares me to read this book--and I find it boring now.) The computer programming books SCARE me for some reason. (I've ALWAYS been a technophobe--and I still am, and even books about computers scare me.)
Anyways, my sister got, like 10 books. She grabbed a book about Alzheimer's... *sweats* Of course, she didn't know what it was about, and she said it looked interesting. (DUMMY!) She had, like, eight or ten books in her hand... Two or three of them were about the Holocaust... (Of course, my mom didn't want her reading those kinds of books.) So in the end, we each got three books (me and my sister) and my mom got a book about landscaping.
My brother was being all testy because he was bored and wanted to get out of the bookstore... And he kept pinching us and yelling, "I wanna gooo...." (UGH.)
Oh! We saw Chu Son, the man who works at Kevin's mom's alteration shop! He was there, shopping with his kids and wife. And earlier, I saw a woman and her daughter coming in for books about nursing or becoming a doctor?
OH! Later that day, I found out why those books were 75% off, like the store says. The book is damaged somewhere, and this store buys it from the original stores for a VERY lower price, you see. My mom's landscaping book was water-damaged, my In His Image book had Sharpie marks on it in some places, and that Javascript book? The barcode was Sharpied off... (UGH... *eyes roll*)
Anyways, after that, my mom headed to a 99 cent store, and went shopping. My brother, sister, and I stayed in the car and listened to the radio. My brother kept playing with the volume while we were trying to read. (I stopped after a while--they were BORING. BLAH.)
And then we headed to West Oaks Mall! My sister didn't want to come in... So Ricky, me, and our mom went in! I WANTED TO STOP BY THE FOOD COURT! There's a store by there that I wanted to go to, and we stopped somewhere by the Disney store... *sigh*
I went into Hot Topic, but I found out they didn't sell berets... Puffy hats, yes, but no berets. WAH.
So, me, Ricky, and our mom went to another part of the mall where we drank boba drinks (they have a store for it now there!) and my mom had coffee... I found out the whole mall is now wireless, which means you can use your laptop in the mall now... And for some reason, I think I was the only person drinking the boba (the black pearl parts, I mean) in that whole boba drink area... WEIRRRDDD.
Anyways, I wanted to see a directory, because I needed to go to the bathroom. (Something sticky on my hands.) And guess what? There's only ONE directory in the whole mall! And there's only ONE bathroom in the whole mall... That's STRANGE, don't 'cha think?
Oh! I met up with Robetta (or is it spelled Bobetta?) and she and her sister just came from their Sunday youth thing. WEIRD. She doesn't live ANYWHERE near here... (Remember our school is about an hour and half away? Yeah, she lives halfway there, I think.) We talked for a bit, and I went with my mom and brother back into the car...
Diana was cranky because she was inside the hot van... *sigh* She should've come in then...
After that, I went on the computer for two hours, where I kinda worked on this theme, while trying to balance that off with talking to people on AIM.
And...yeah. For some reason, after I got off the computer, I got...depressed... So guess what? I picked up the phone and called Alaina!!! Oh, how I missed her SO MUCH!!!! We spent an hour talking to each other! And get this: After hanging up the phone and turning on the radio, I heard Linkin Park's In The End playing!!! (If you don't know, Alaina's the person who got me into Linkin Park in the first place. *laughs*)
A coincidence? Maybe...
Today
Yeah...last night I went to sleep around...9 PM? Well, I woke up around 11 AM in the morning, and I think all the dark rings from my eyes are going away... A little bit, but that's it. Yay! I think... *sweats*
Umm...my mom cooked spaghetti, and I just ate...really. I got on the computer around 2 PM, and I've been here since.
Chi and Vy are at a party... Pigging out, as they say... *laughs* They also think my theme is too girly... Yah, I have to admit it is, but I'm too lazy to make another one... *sigh*
Alex wants me to go biking with her... But I dunno. My mom's not home right now.
And Suc Fah and Suc Kung were just here (around 2 PM?), and my mom went with them to their house...around 3 PM, probably.
Well, I'm done for nows. Talk to you guys later! Bye!
TODAY, I biked to school in the morning!!! YAY!!! I was wearing all white... Hehe. ^^;; White unbuttoned long-sleeved shirt, with a tye-dye blue shirt under it, and white jeans... Aaron saw me wear that, and said, "We're opposites!" (He was wearing all black, except with dark blue jeans... @_@;;)
Well, nothing much happened at school today. Uhh...in IPC, we had a test. Later, in Transition, I had to go retake the test because I missed two questions. (I actually didn't look at the back of the paper. ^^;;)
Oh, when I came back from retaking the test, I saw that there was a janitor in here! The girl on the bottom-right of my seat said there was a rat in the room! She said Carey saw a mouse and said "LOOK! A rat!" The teacher saw it too, let out a scream, grabbed Carey and hid behind her... ^^;;
Ahh...poor Carey. The janitor looked around, but couldn't find it. So the teacher took out some disinfecting wipes and started wiping the ENTIRE area... ^^;; (A bunch of other students were trying to find the rat too.)
We found the rat hole. It was under one of the computer desktops... o_O!!! (Quinn and the teacher heard something, and they jumped back.)
Quinn had to do a lot of cleaning... The teacher asked Quinn to look behind the desk, but his arms wouldn't fit. So Quinn asked for a person with small arms. A guy by me said, "You know what they say about a guy with small arms." And everyone yelled, "That's WRONG! It's BIG FEET!!!"
And then Quinn asked for a skinny person. That guy said, "Well, you know what they say about skinny people." I replied, "What do they say?" He replied, "I don't know."
XP
OH! We got to watch the news today! (Our Transition was in our Transition teacher's regular class.) On the news, people only watched it when there was music news on (there was Justin Timberlake singing sexyBACK??? And Janet Jackson singing...something...) but they didn't even watch the hurricane watches!!! Guhh...
OH! Someone made a movie about President Bush's assassination!!! WOW! He's not even DEAD yet, and they're ALREADY making a movie about his death! (Ahh... Vicky and Shadow would be SO HAPPY to hear about this!!! *laughs*) I told that girl who told me the story about the rat, and she asked me what the news said. I told her that they were making a movie about President Bush's death, and she said, "Wow, that's gonna be a PRETTY GOOD MOVIE." (I second that! *laughs*)
Of course, it's rated R. I looked it up online, and it's called The Assassination of a President, or something like that.
Umm...in Geography, our teacher showed us Google Earth!!! It was SOO COOL!!! Ema said, "Try to find us!!!" (Like find a picture of us EXACTLY on the globe.) Of course, these satellite pictures were taken, like, YEARS AGO. (Tien said they were taken in 2004???)
In Lunch, I sat with the other HBMSers...but I felt...awkward there. So I tried to go to Mrs. Brown's office to get an agenda, but of course, they wouldn't let us out of the commons. I found Jonathan and Chi! They thought I was wearing a gray shirt... o_O;; (White unbuttoned long sleeved shirt, with tye-dye blue shirt under, and white jeans...) Well, I sat with them, and Chi and I walked to the office, but she wasn't there. (She was in the COMMONS, and we were just there!!!)
Eh...after Geography, I headed towards the gym. OUR COACH WASN'T THERE!!! So yah. Kai, Raul, and I talked about stuff... Kai was talking about how great SJ was... For some reason, he likes all that gang stuff... (Neh???) He gets kidnapped a lot by his friends... And he doesn't give a shit about other people...
He also told me about his life philosophy. That we all live for something. For our friends, for our parents, etc. But he said his reason died a long time ago... (His friend had passed away when he was little.) He doesn't give a shit about other people's feelings, and he doesn't care if he dies.
When I heard his life philosophy, it kinda made me sad... I mean, it wasn't NEGATIVE, but the way he said it...eh...
On the bus, I just sat there thinking about it, sad. Aaron and Vy thought I looked depressed (I kinda was, actually) and they even said when I look depressed, I look like Kai! (o_O???)
Oh, and then we started to talk about couples... Aaron thinks Kai is dead-sexy... o_O;; (Me: I KNEW IT!!!) Of course, he was being sarcastic... ^^;;
Janice and Kai would make a cute couple, right???
Well, when I got off the bus, I unlocked my bike combination. Aaron and Dominique were like, "Okay, let's not look." Aaron was looking, and he said, "Ohh... That's your birthday, isn't it?" I replied, "Yeah, my birthday's on a day that doesn't exist." And yeah, I just biked off.
Well, when I got home...I ate...something. And I headed to bed around...9 PM??? Yah.
Today
Uhh...I woke up around 9 AM. I'm SURPRISED! I usually wake up around NOON!!! So yah. I took a shower, and just did random stuff... SO BORED.
And I went on the computer at 1 PM. And I've been on here since. I'm BOREDDD...
I wanna go hang out with Alex, but she's never on AIM anymore, and I can't reach contact with her... *sighs*
I'll go now. Talk to you later!!!
Shoot, my posts are getting longer and boring-er now, eh???
Diana says Ian's becoming a bitch now... WEIRD.
Bye guys!
End: 5:27 PM CST
P.S. I'm thinking of taking a break from MyOtaku soon. I'm not sure when though. I really need a break from MyO... School's becoming hard, and it's hard for me to get online to do fun stuff (or even DRAW!!!) nowadays...
I woke up...around 5 PM today and got ready. Today, I FINALLY got to ride my bike to the bus waiting area! So yeah! I locked my bike there and waited with the others... (Hehe, I can finally do this instead of walking all the way home! *smiles*)
Umm...I sat in the WAYY back of the bus, and I fell asleep... Tried to, anyways. Lots of distractions. Sharp turns, blaring trains, traffic jam, uncomfortable sleeping positions... Plus, those sharp turns kept making me bump into the person I was sitting with...
Ah, we didn't get a lot of time to talk... Vy, Kai, and I stood together, while I drank water. Vy and I walked towards our classes (Vy to Interior Design, and me to P.E.!)... OHHHH... I forgot to bring my gym clothes!!! WAH. So I didn't do anything today. (GRR, it hurts sitting down for an hour and more...)
In Digital Graphics and Animation, we had a substitute. Um, we had to go over a page of ethics... More uncomfortable sitting again...
Here's an ethic scenario from my paper: Let's say someone asks you if you want to be their boyfriend/girl and you refuse. So, to take revenge, that person goes to an online forum, says, "Hello my name is (insert your name), and I'm lonely. Call me at (insert your real phone number)."
How would you react? (I heard one of the girls say softly that she would've beat up the boy that did that to her... *laughs*)
In English, we took a test! YAY~! And did work sheets! Oh, Ema wants me to sit with her in lunch tomorrow... Ooh.
In lunch, I had no one to sit with... I ate lunch by myself and I noticed that Shanna had my lunch!!! OH, weird...
Oh, and they're not selling agendas in the lunch today. SHOOT.
In Geometry, it was so fun! I talked with Robetta about Debate Club, I FINALLY MET THI, the girl who Chi talks about so much!!! YAY~! So this is Thi~! (How did I know? She was wearing the red Spirit shirt from our church youth group!!! The Spirit was actually in Sprite logo style, so yah.) It was nice talking to her about work, but I was listening to her friend and her talk, and she said, "What are you looking at?" (She was kidding, but I replied, "You're so mean!!!")
Ah, Michelle helped me with a lot of work too! Hehe, I kept trying to guess where I saw her... Not from P.A., not from church, not from the temple (she even told me she was Baptist, and I said that!), so I dunno... Maybe it was at Hong Kong Mall?
Brad and I talked about technological stuff... Oh, and Mohammad has a site where people pay him hundreds of dollars for them to get their site built. I NEED A SITE LIKE THAT. (He's RICH from his own company thing!!!)
Well, the bell rang, and I met up with Vy! AHHH... VY CONFUSED ME!!! I didn't know whether to go with her to the bus or to the Robotics Club to meet up with Janice and Chi!!! Well, I went with Vy and I met up with Kathy, Kai, and Aaron...
Today was Tien's birthday! Of course, I didn't know until she left the bus. I asked Aaron to get her (it was a LOT OF TROUBLE) so I could play with her teddy bear! But she replied, "Why????" @_@;;
Umm...Vy and I talked about communism. Yes, Vy is into communism. She supports the idea of it, it's just that it wasn't executed by other leaders very correctly, in her opinion.
And we talked about her past! Hehe, she moved to SJ, Cali from Vietnam when she was 11, and she spoke pretty fluent English! EXCEPT she didn't know how to write!!! So her teacher asked her to write a scary story, and she sat in class doing nothing... XP She was held back during recess, and her teacher asked her to write the word "ghost". Of course, Vy didn't know, and she tried, and she wrote "gost". (By that time, the teacher KNEW she didn't know how to write English... XP)
Oh! And ESL??? Uh...they forgot about her. She sat in the classroom, waiting for a teacher (man) to come talk to her, but he talked to other people...and left her there until 3 o' clock. o_O;;
Well, anyways, she got off the bus, Aaron slept most of the time, and I biked home!!! Ahh...I ate a lot... ^^;;
I just got on the computer around 6 and I'm talking to Alaina (WAS) and the MyOtakuers!
I WANNA SLEEP!!! (I just got home at 8 PM, and I feel HORRIBLE... I WANNA SLEEEP!!!)
Ugh, I'll just start posting about yesterday... (I hope I can make this short. I don't wanna kill you guys. Heck, you guys have stopped visiting for a while now... Wonder why I still post...)
Yesterday/Tuesday
Uhh...I finally fixed my clock! YAY! It rings correctly now!!! WHOOP!!! *laughs* Hehe, I made it JUST in time to get to school and I sat down with Kai and Vy and ate breakfast. (Breakfast here is EXPENSIVE!!!)
Anyways, on first period, at Gym, we basically sorted out into lockers and seating arrangements that day. We got four combination locks and we were to try each one of them until they worked. (Something tells me the school never changes their combination numbers into something new... o_O;;)
Well, the locker that I was assigned to...was in the HIGH TOP. I had to stand up on a bench and open it... @_@;; Travis's locker was that high too. (Oh yeah! My locker was all covered in dust... EWWW. So I went to bathroom, took some paper towels and started cleaning.) There was this guy from New Orleans started rapping and stuff, and I could hear him from where I was... @_@;;
In Digital Graphics and Animation, everyone brought their fruit (I brought a lime!) and we all drew it on Adobe Photoshop (this is legal, yes... The school paid $500 for this program... ^^;;) and we almost had time to add shadows, but it was too late... Hehe, Geraldine sounded like she had fun. (She kept giggling at her messed-up apple... XP)
In English, we were grouped out to take notes on Rebecca--we were assigned a chapter, and we had to summarize it.
In lunch, it was nice, yah. But when lunch ended, and I started to walk up to my English class, I felt someone touching my butt...twice. (o_O????)
In Geometry, we had Mr. Wimpy! (His real name's Winifred!) He says he's almost 80 years old, and he was in WWII. Ooh. Reggie, one of the students in my Geometry class, was REAL interested in Mr. Wimpy's history! The sub brought in a cannonball from the Civil War (he said it belonged to his grandfather) and an old scrapbook of his, with newspaper clippings, old pictures, military documents, money (from Japan, Denmark, France, Germany, etc.) and so forth. Ooh, it was so interesting. Hehe, Reggie was just in love with it! XP
He couldn't help me with exponents though... o_O;;
Oh, and I spoke Spanish with Mr. Wimpy! (Yup, he's bilingual in Spanish!)
Well, after that, I waited with Kai for Vy and I met up with Janice and Kathy! Again, Chi wouldn't talk to Kai... GRRness.
Hmm, I sat with Angelie, but I talked with Aaron and Vy...except I slept most of the time. ^^;;
Something funny Anita said on the bus:
Anita (to Nancy, sarcastically): Yes, the sun is really a giant light that turns off every 12...no, 8 hours. Yes. There is a giant switch in the sky and every now and then someone turns it off... No wait. The sun uses up so much energy that it has a power outage every now and then, and it takes 8 hours to get it back on!
*laughs* XP
Oh! Anita and I started walking home, but my mom saw me and Anita on the street, drove Anita home, and we headed home.
Ya know, a lot of people are thinking of quitting this high school because it's too far. (Kevin already quitted... -_-;;)
On the computer, after school, I made a bet with Chi that I could have a long conversation with Kai. So I agreed, and if I lost, she could hit me on the back of my head... ^^;;
He talks, yes, but not all the time. Hmm.
I went to sleep...somewhen. Oh yeah. I was washing my bed stuffs, and I couldn't sleep... They were in the dryer...and I was up at 11 PM, doing this. My mom wanted me to help her fax something, but of course, she started talking on the phone, and I headed to bed.
I borrowed one of my mom's blankets, but it was kinda itchy... (o_O;;)
Oh, did I tell you? My dad came home today! XP
Today/Wednesday
I kept setting the clock to ring five minutes later... @_@;; Like, I woke up at 5 AM, went to the alarm clock and set it for 5:10 AM. Then when that rang, I set it for 5:15. (YOU KNOW I didn't want to wake up!)
I took a shower, changed, and my dad drove me to the school... Hehe, at first, I was eating so fast! I was hungry, and I kept eating spicy chicken... (In the morning, yes. XP)
Anyways, it was Picture Day today! But guess what? I found out the photographer couldn't make it and it was cancelled.
In IPC, our group made up a song, and our teacher wanted us to sing it to her friend that works in the Houston Museum of Natural Science. So we all went outside to practice (there was a girl staring at us while we were singing like this: o_O;;??) Well, we came in, and we started singing it. (My IPC teacher feels happy whenever we sing that song... o_O;; Of course, her friend had a "waste of my time" look on her face... I dunno, really. ^^;;)
Anyways, in Transition, my IPC teacher and my Transition teacher were talking about pregnancy, and the girls in the class and a guy in the class started talking about it. (The guy wanted to know about sonar--how could they see the baby--the thought the "invisible" gel made the skin transparent... XPXP!!!) Yah. I didn't bring my work that day, so I just did my IPC book cover, and read the entire book. (Actually, I skimmed, yah. XP)
After that, I headed to Geography, where I found out I had to turn in our study guide--I HAD TO WRITE IT ON A SEPARATE PAPER!!! (Which I DID NOT do!!! *cries*) So yeah, we left for lunch (split period) and I did my work in line...
Oh, did I tell you? Chi switches to 2nd lunch for B day now! They messed up her schedule, and she wants to go back to 1st lunch. WAHH. But I'll have no one to sit with!!! *sniffs*
Anyways, I was doing my work in line, and I got my food, ate fast (Jonathan joined Chi...), and went back to class.
Hmm...yah. We had a test (which I THINK I passed...) and we turned in some more work.
Again...Ema was asking people for their jackets. (It's not that cold in the room. ^^;;)
So I headed off towards Gym 1! Ah yes. Hmm... We talked amongst ourselves, Raul, Kai, and I. Then the coach took us and put us into assigned seats in the gym. Ahh, we were stranded for a while. Then this guy, right next to me (not RIGHT next to me, but not too far) started calling a boy in our class "gay". This is what he said as he was pointing to him. "You're gay! You're a GAY BOY!!! HAH HAH!!!"
For some reason, his "HAH HAH!!!" sounded like that bully's nasally voice from The Simpson... What's his name? Nelson???
Anyways, he tried to speak French (very terribly, I might add) and I corrected him and I said some stuff to him. Anyways, he looked at me and asked, "Are you in a band?" (What a weird question to ask!!! I guess he was looking at my clothes: Black unbuttoned shirt, white T-shirt under it, and faded jeans...) I told him "No..."
But does it look like I'm in a band...? (I've been told I look Korean and Japanese before, but in a band??? ^^;;)
Anyways, I went to Raul and Kai and started talking with them. Raul and I started playing basketball. (Kai doesn't like basketball; he sat by the wall and everytime Raul handed him the ball, he'd just roll it back to Raul... ^^;;) A guy in our class showed us some basketball tricks (I can spin a basketball on one finger for 2 seconds now!!! XPXP!) and some other stuff... But after a while, I went down and sat with Kai. Hehe, we started talking about Journey to the West, and animes based on it, like Saiyuki. (He likes talking about anime and stuff, and usually he's quiet!) Ah, what a nice chat. Then we all lined up and left. Oh! Kai was waiting by the auditorium for Debate Club! I saw Vy there too! (I was gonna go to Guitar Club to see Aaron and to another place to get my school agenda, but I decided to do that later.) Into the auditorium I went a bit later... Of course, I had to borrow a girl's phone (her name was Ha? One of the best debators in the school, I later found out!) and called my mom to let her know I was staying after. So yah. It was pretty interesting, hearing about all the things to do in the club.
The club's fee is $30, which isn't that much compared to other schools. (Other schools usually equal $100-$200????)
Except I kept falling asleep during the thing... (I need more sleep!)
Ah, after that, Shanna (I finally got to meet her!) talked with me and Vy about the club and all the different things about debate. Of course, it was hard to concentrate since the lights in the auditorium acted like a strobelight (kept going on and off--very distracting) and I couldn't hear very well. Also, we lost track of Kai!!! o_O?!?!
We later found Kai buying candy at the vending machines and Vy and Kai sat down. Vy started to do homework, and I basically ran across the school! First side of the school--Robotics Club! Some kids working on something technological. I thought Janice and Chi would be there, but no. The meeting would be on Thursday--tomorrow.
I headed towards the other side of the school. My IPC teacher and her mom (who is also a teacher!) were leaving... Then I just realized I needed her mom to buy an agenda! (SHOOT! They just went home!) UGH. I wandered through a hallway until I found the Guitar Club!
I saw Brad and Kaether in there, and they were there to learn how to play guitar. I saw Aaron and waved, and guess what was the first thing he said: Dude, get the fuck outta here.
Me: o_O???
Anyways, I was listening to one of the seniors talk about learning how to play guitar... After getting all of the information, I went back to Vy.
Kai left...for somewhere... And Vy and I did homework. (Later, I went upstairs to my locker to put up my textbooks.)
Ah, Kai. He was sitting outside. It has hard talking to him, because he wouldn't respond. Ahh, it's so hard to talk to him sometimes. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes hard. GAH, so confusing...
There was something he said earlier in Fitness that triggered something in my head... It was "You shouldn't let other people control how your life is lived. You should only control it."
Maybe he thinks friends control his life...? o_O???
Chi (just now, around 10:30 PM) thinks that he only does it to hold an image around Vy... @_@;; (Since he talks more with me, yet not really when I'm around Vy.) And uh, I got a soda.
Um...the bus started to come around...5:30 PM, and we all boarded, being cramped together... NYEH. Aaron had to run back and forth to get his guitar and people were yelling at him for it...
Vy and Kai were sleepy, yet I kept talking to them. ^^;; Uhh...Aaron was listening to music, and yeah. OH! I found out there was a deaf kid on the back of the bus! It was so cute! He was trying to hook up Ronita and his friend together! EXCEPT HE WAS VERY PERVERTED! (Look at the way he was signaling his movements... It LOOKED very perverted... @_@;;) Ronita, Aaron, and I kept giggling and laughing as we were watching what he was saying... XP
He also wanted them to trade phone numbers. I thought it was very sweet, but I don't think Ronita would call him... o_O;;
Aaron said he wished he had a friend who did that for him. ^^;;
Also, I was trying to talk with him in sign language, but did I SUCK!!! Man, he could not understand a thing I was saying! I only knew the basics, plus, my hand movements were misshappen, plus, when you try to move your hand signals into different shapes really fast, your shapes get REALLY misshapened. (GAH, I need practice!) Plus, I was showing the SIDE of my hand!!! ^^;; You're not supposed to do that... @_@;;
I suck. And need to practice...
Oh! He also kept signaling that he was better than his friend and that he wanted to go out with her and do naughty things with her... o_O;;
I also spoke Spanish on the bus too... @_@;;
Note to self: Don't drink three bottles of liquids (two water, one Coke) on a three-hour bus ride... @_@;;
We rode around most (SOME) of the south/southwestern area of Houston, and it was so dizzy... I kept wanting to get off the bus.
And Kaether, Aaron, and Brad were being gay with each other... ^^;; There was one thing Kaether asked. He asked, "If you were hot, would you make out with somebody?" (Aaron thought he said, "If you were hot, would you make out with your body????" XPXP!!!) I replied, "Well, you don't need to be hot to make out with someone." (It's true!!! But Kaether thought I was talking about myself. Naw, I'm still asexual, plus--WAS HE CALLING ME "UGLY"??? o_O?)
Aaron married me (ONLY FOR MY MONEY!), then divorced me, taking part of my money. I threw my "ring" at him and it was over. He still wants me to bear his children. (Yes, this is us joking. XP)
I eventually did get off the bus with Aaron (who claimed he wanted children with me!!! @_@;;) He did it with Brad in the school parking lot, and I have to bear the children. (What a weird and corrupted story this was!!! @_@!)
So I started on my walk home. I asked a woman jogging what the time was, and she said in a tired, breathless voice, "7:55." (GAHH!!! IT WAS ALMOST 8 PM!!!) WAH! I tried to walk as fast as I could back home, and it was probably 8:15 PM that I got home. My dad was working on the van, changing oil, and I showered, then tried to find something to eat. (GAH! My family finished off all the dinner!)
Actually, my dad was gonna take us out for dinner, but since I stayed at school late...yeah. *sniffs* I WANT TO EAT. XPXP (Yes, I'm a pig... ^^;;)
Umm...I got on the computer...around 9 PM and I've been talking to people.
