Auld Syne Lang!!! Let's Sing for Happy New Year's!!!

Hey everyone! I know, I should've posted a bit later for yesterday, since I had a ton more stuff to write about... (That's why it was so short yesterday, Alaina... ^^;;)
Oh, did I tell you I got my Hightower acceptance letter yesterday??? I'm IN!!! HOORAY!!! But I'm not that excited about it... (I don't get excited about anything anymore... o_O)
Well, around 6 PM last night, we went to church to help out with the Tet cooking... All we did was make shish-kabobs... It feels weird touching raw beef, but I'm used to looking at it... Oh, after a while, I switched to peeling garlic... One of the girls there said that she did that last year, and she couldn't get the smell of garlic off her, even after she used laundry detergent to wash her hands!!! o_O There was a guy that lived by the church, and he comes to help... His other friends were at the church... ^^;; Oh, you know what hurts?!?! Getting garlic oil on a cut!!! (It stings, but not that badly...) We stayed there until 11 PM... (I got no points for my community service!!! GASP) Afterwards, my sister played with one of the cats that roamed around... It was black... ^^ And my mom and dad talked to a bunch of people...
I woke up around 11 AM - 12 noon today... So bored... I just slept more... Oh, I got to fill out some of my Tokyopop papers... Hmm, I have to get my mom to sign some of them too... Let's see... Nothing else happened... I just talked with my friends from MyOtaku... Vicky and Tiffany... Huh. That's it... Well, talk to you later.
