10 things...
Ten things God won't ask...
Message: Message: Message:
1. God won't ask what kind of car you

didn't have transportation.

your home.
3. God won't ask about the clothes you had in

He'll ask how many you helped to clothe.
4. God won't ask what your highest salary was.
He'll ask if you compromised your character to

Well well well
I just want to say that yesterday was the feast day of my beloved St. Athanasius... well the day was not that special...
What have I been up to... just writing my fanfics here and there. I also got two fics I'm wrking on. The first one was about Pirika losing her memory and Horohoro letting a wealthy couple adopt her. If you're interested the title is Untitled Memory
Then I also have this other one written in Tagalog. This one I like writing more since Horohoro here is a jeepney driver and Pirika is the one who calls the passengers. Anna is also here and she owns an eatery (karinderya kung baga?)If you like it go to fanfiction.net and look for Jeepney
or i think the title itself are links so just click them. but for more go to...

Please read and tell me what you think
Wo Ai Ni means “I love you”
A short fic for all RenxPiri fans out there hope you like it.
DISCLAIMER: I neither own the series nor the characters in it. I only own the plot. I’m also sorry for all the typographical errors that you see or saw in this fic… I’m just human and it’s an honest mistake.
This morning Pirika was very happy, why you ask? Because Ren agreed to be her tutor. She wanted to learn the Mandarin Language since they will have a test about it next week. Good thing she knows someone that can actually speak the language so it was just a breeze.
Of coarse it took Pirika two hours to convince the Chinese Shaman. At first she thought it was hopeless Ren would immediately say no. But with a lot of perseverance Pirika finally made Ren agree. It was really never this tough especially if she asks the others for help it is really different when it comes to him.
U.U
The night then came and Pirika prepared their tiny apartment where Horohoro and Pirika were staying as for now. Horohoro at the present situation was with Tamao in Izumo. She knew that he wouldn’t be back until tomorrow so this is a one-in-a-million chance of a lifetime.
Knock, knock a sound coming from the door echoed. Pirika then hurried across the kitchen towards the door. But before she opened it she glanced at the mirror checking if everything is great.
“Perfect.” She muttered then opened the door. But when she opened it no one was there.
She then stepped outside where she saw Ren walking away.
“Ren Tao! Matte!” Pirika suddenly called as she ran catching up to him.
“I thought that no one’s home. What took you so long?” Ren said harshly, frowning.
“Sorry. I was… um… looking for some milk. I know you love milk.” Pirika said.
At the word of MILK Ren can’t say no. (He’s addicted to it n.n) so he let the pretty Ainu pull him inside the house. Pirika then let the Chinese sit anywhere he wants as she sits in the opposite, across the small table.
“Now where shall we begin?” Ren asked, though Pirika already briefed him when she pleaded him to tutor her.
“The days of the week. Then to the months then to the most frequently…” Pirika started blabbering.
“Yeah, yeah I got it let’s get starting.” Ren said being annoyed by the way this Ainu is very talkative.
Ren then thought Pirika all the words he knows. He also thought her how to pronounce it right since the Japanese and Chinese are two different languages (though there are some badly informed people who thought that they are just the same! Come on you know who you are!) Pirika was a fast-learner, lamots memorizing everything in just two hours. Ren was quite pleased he thought that he would have a hard time but in fact Pirika was very fun to be with. As Pirika made the final readings Ren kept on drinking the milk Pirika offered to him a while ago. They were like that for three hours or so for now.
“Okay…let’s review you for a while.” Ren called, as Pirika looks at him eagerly. He then blushed by the proximity of their faces so he then looked at the book, “Xingqiri?”
“Sunday.” Pirika answered at once, smiling.
“Xingqisan?”
“Wednesday.”
“Yi-da?”
“One dozen.”
“How about… Wo dong.” Ren said now going to the phrases.
“Yes, I do.” Pirika answered, almost like saying. “Think you could fool me. Ha! I’m good.”
“Now English to Chinese.” Ren preferred as Pirika nods.
“It’s marvelous!”
“Zhenhao!”
“Pear?”
“Li.”
“Amber?”
“Hupo.”
“Record of Chinese classical music.” Ren said as Pirika blinks, “Don’t tell me you can’t translate that.”
Pirika then frowned, thought for a while then opened her mouth.
“Zhongguo… gudian… yinyue changpian. That was tough.”
“How about… please give me today’s paper.”
“Qing… gei… wo yi-fen… jintian de… de…baozhi. I hate you Ren that was hard!”
“But you still answered it. How about thank you?”
“Xiexie.”
“Okay. I think you better rest for a while.” Ren finally said being satisfied with the good performance the girl exhibits.
But from out of the blue, Pirika suddenly hugged the Chinese. Ren blushed furiously as Pirika smiles, blushing a bit too.
“Xiexie, Ren. Feichang ganxie.” Pirika suddenly muttered.
“Your welcome. Now please let me go.” Ren said frostily. Pirika then let go.
“I think we should take these milk bottles in the kitchen. Oniichan hates it when the house is a mess when he comes home.” Pirika said as she stood up.
Ren then looked around and helped the girl pick up the milk bottles, which he drank alone.
“What’s the difference? Your brother will surely mess it up again when he goes home.” Ren said knowing Horohoro.
“That’s the point. When I mess up the house there’s nothing left for him to mess up when he comes back.” Piirika answered giggling.
The two then stepped to the kitchen where they stack the empty bottles neatly. Then they walked back to the living room where Ren would drink another batch of milk. Pirika then reads quietly beside Ren as the he just stares at her.
Pirika looks really cute up close. He thought then shook his head vehemently. What am I thinking? I can’t feel this way… not to Horo’s sister. He then drank his milk emptying the bottle. He must be thirsty that’s why he’s thinking like this. But I do wonder… how in the world would Horohoro have a sister like her. She’s nothing like that oaf. She’s pretty, smart, nice, and good mannered. Unlike that stupid brother of hers. He thought as she flips the page of the book she was reading. Because of too much thinking of her Ren suddenly felt something happening in his heart? It’s a weird emotion for him, but it felt good. He then started to blush as Pirika was looking like an angel to him, just by reading a book.
“Pirika.” He called as the Ainu looks at him.
“Wo… wo ai ni Pirika.” He said sincerely saying it.
Pirika then smiled, thinking that he was asking her again.
“I love you.” Pirika answered. And I mean it too. She continued in her mind.
“Really!” Ren suddenly snapped. His golden eyes very wide, looking at the blushing Pirika.
“Yeah… um I mean… yeah that’s what it means. Right?” Pirika said blushing.
Ren then leaned back and sat down properly again. Almost sighing. He really thought that Pirika also meant it but he was wrong. Besides why would she mean it? I’m very rude to her. She’d never like me. Ren thought.
“Oh yeah… you’re correct.” Ren said disappointed.
Pirika suddenly stood up as Ren’s eyes followed her.
“I’m just going to get something to eat. You must be full, drinking five bottles of milk already.” Pirika said, as Ren was quite embarrassed about it. Pirika just giggled seeing the sad yet cute expression on his face.
Pirika then waltzed to the kitchen, as Ren also stood up, following her.
n.n
“That was very stupid of you Pirika… you almost give in. but that was very absurd. Ren would never tell you he likes you let alone love you,” she muttered under her breath scolding herself.
“Pirika. Saying anything?” Ren asked as he leaned in the door.
“No nothing… it’s just that. No never mind.” Pirika said chuckling a little.
“What is it tell me?” Ren asked, absent-mindedly walking towards her.
“It was just… it’s funny but I thought that you meant it when you told me you know… that you love me. I know you didn’t mean it. Sorry for thinking otherwise.” Pirika said, voice breaking.
Ren was about an inch from Pirika when he noticed that her eyes started to overflow with tears. She’s really not afraid to speak her mind unlike me I’m too scared to say my feelings… she’s admirable. He thought as he saw Pirika started to cry.
“Now why are you crying?” Ren asked, his voice toning down a little. In his mind on the other hand, he was cursing himself for making her cry.
“I don’t know.” Pirika answered honestly.
Ren then wiped away her tears gingerly, as Pirika suddenly gasped. She then looked at him, his face dark.
“R-Ren.” She muttered.
But without any more word Ren suddenly pulled her closer to him. Hugging her tightly yet lovingly. Pirika on the other hand was shocked a lot yet was liking the way events turn up.
“Don’t cry Pirika. I hate it when I see you crying.”
“Ren… you don’t have to hug me. I promise I won’t cry anymore.” She said though deep inside her she don’t want Ren to let her go.
“I know… but I just want to. You know what Pirika I meant every word I said. I really do love you. I was saying that because I feel like saying it and not because I was asking you for its translation.”
“Really. You mean it?”
“Wo dong. Wo ai ni Pirika. And I would gladly say it even a million times.” Ren said, laughingly as Pirika laid her head on his chest.
“Aishiteru, Ren. This time I also mean it.”
“What does that mean again?” Ren asked, joking of coarse. He knew what that meant.
“Ren.” She frowned then smiled again.
Ren also smiled as Pirika began closing her eyes awaiting her lover’s first kiss…

Author’s Notes: All mandarin translations came from the book “Say it in Chinese.” By the foreign Language Press in Beijing. While the Japanese translation comes from… my best friend… she translated it for me. Hey I’m not that expert when it comes to translating languages. My first fanfic
Twas the night before Horo’s Birthday.
This is my first fanfic ever here so please be kind and please read and review.
Note: I’m such a big fan of syaoran no hime especially the timeless ‘Promises’ so hope all of you like it.
I’m still figuring out how the do’s and dnt’s on this site so please bear with me I’m still young!
Can someone help me out there? I need help...I can’t seem to figure out the Chapter Manager thingy... ;
Chapter 1: The gift
It was already nine PM and still Tamao couldn’t sleep. The Asakura house seems to be rather quiet this night.
“Even the souls are asleep in this beautiful night.” She whispered to herself as she stood up from her futon.
The prophetess decided to walk around for a while since maybe it can help her insomnia. As she walks towards the long hallway she noticed that she passed by a certain calendar.
“Nov. 26” she uttered knowing that tomorrow happens to be the birthday of... “Horo-horo.”
Her heart suddenly froze and skipped a beat the moment that blue-haired Ainu flashed in her mind.
“Why was he ever been born in this world anyway? Nobody really needs a guy like him...” she said in hatred remembering the times that Horo-Horo and Chocolove taunt and tease her.
“But on second thought he does have a little sister and I know that she loves him dearly. So maybe someone do really need a guy like him walking around the earth once in a while.”
Her thoughts then shifted again from that course when she realized something. She still doesn’t have a gift for the Ainu!
“Why are we here you say?” Horo Horo asked to his power spirit Kororo. They were supposed to be in a shack and sleeping with Pirika awaiting for the sun to rise and signal Yoh’s party for Horohoro.
“Well I know that I should be back with Pirika in the shack but... oh well I guess I just want to have a peek with the birthday cake Tamao will make for me.” He said while making his voice barely audible.
Kororo coo as if telling his master to wait even until midnight.
“It’s my birthday tomorrow anyways so please just let me be.”
Kororo then crossed its tiny arms and just disappeared as Horo Horo sighed.
He hid his snowboard first among the grass and quietly crept inside the Asakura house wishing that no one will still be awake at this time
9: 32 PM
That was the time when Tamao looked at the wall clock again. For the past 32 minutes she was wlaking around the kitchen thinking about the gift she’ll offer that blue-haired boy that made her smile and cry at the same time. She wanted to give him something special that would remind him of her even if he already got married. Married? What was she thinking at that moment? She suddenly blushed from head to toe as she stared at nowhere. She knew that she somehow liked the boy during those times when they were together in the Patch Village. Even though she always tell her mind that she loved Yoh and only Yoh the Ainu’s childish smile and dazzling eyes can make her abandon all that belief. She suddenly shook her head to wake up form that. It was not the kind of dreaming she wanted to have in the first place. And if Miss Anna or Mistress Kino saw her sleeping in the kitchen what will they think.
“I wanted to bake him a cake but I know that Pirika already had that planned. And where could I get a flour at this time.”
9: 58 PM
Almost 26 minutes passed just by thinking of that Ainu warrior. She sighed. What can be her gift to him this time?
“I can always cook something to him.”
“But that’s so... typical. I always cook for him whenever he’s here.” she argued to herself.
“How about I sew him a new shirt.” She said smiling happily. But then she looked at the wall clock
10:00 PM
She sighed.
“I have no more time.”
She then looked around the kitchen hoping to have an idea. And she was almost about to give up when she noticed a piece of stationary and a pen in the table. She then sat and decided if HoroHoro wouldn’t mind if her gift this time is a simple letter.
“Simple maybe. But I’ll make sure that this letter will come from the heart.”
&&
But what’s this? Look who’s leaning on the wall outside and near the kitchen door? It’s the birthday boy himself.
“Why is she still awake! Now I can never creep in the refrigerator.”
He thought while feeling the call of his stomach.
“But this is still nice. At least I can just stare at Tamao without no interference whatsoever and what about that letter? I’m intrigued.” He thought as his mind started to brew something diabolical.
Chapter 2: My letter
Tamao took a little while to have a smooth flow of writing of her letter. She always pauses for a moment to hold back her tears or to blush while in the middle of writing.
For Horohoro on the other hand, liked his point of view very much. His heart beats rapidly every time she saw how Tamao’s soft silky cheeks turns like the color of her hair. It was like looking at the clouds as the sakura trees blossoms and the wind carries their pink petals in the air. It was just plain beautiful and breathtaking.
Moments later she finally finished her letter and with that Tamao took a small nap, which eventually led her to go to dreamland.
Horohoro stood up and went in as the beautiful prophetess was sleeping in front of him. Her gentle face never fails to melt his heart that he assumed at first to be as cold as the ice of his hometown. He always do liked her, and he have to admit that even if only to himself. He could never really deny that he loves her presence in his battles back in the Patch Village along with Pirika and the other girls. Pirika might be his number one priority but he knows that time will come that she will left him to be with another man.
“At least if Tamao will stay to be single forever then I will not have any problems.” He said as he took a chair and sat beside her.
“Or maybe I can have her forever if I marry her.” He uttered, as he seemed to be mesmerized by Tamao’s sleeping radiance. Now he doesn’t know whether Tamao is more beautiful when she’s smiling, laughing, angry, scared (at Miss Anna), blushing or now –when she’s sleeping.
“But she’ll never like me too. She is still nuts about Yoh!” he thought as his eyes turns to the piece of paper she was writing on a while ago.
“Oh yeah the letter.” He reminded himself.
10: 54 PM
Almost an hour before his much-awaited birthday when his age will be increased once more. Meaning he’ll be one year older than Pirika again and meaning he’ll have more chance of maturing to come up to Tamao’s standards... meaning he’ll be more man enough to proclaim his love for the girl.
“What am I thinking about now? Let’s just read this letter already.”
Dear Horohoro
Happy Birthday!
Of coarse that’s not the only thing I really want to say to you know. I think fate itself has given me this chance of writing to you. You may not reply but I don’t care since I just want to give you this gift. Gomen nasai for giving such a simple gift like this but this is all I can give for you.
What else can I say? I’m really frightened about your reaction to this letter but like I said this time I’m never get this chance pass by me and I’ll tell you what I’ll feel... from my heart
(“From her heart what does she mean by that? Does she love me?” the Ainu thought as sweat drops accumulated in his forehead. He cam’t believe he’s sweating like a pig in this chilly night.)
First of all I want to tell you how much I admire your nobility as an honorable Ainu warrior and a big brother for Pirika. I envy her, at least she has someone that loves and protects her... I wish I had a protector too. I don’t know if you’ll like what I’m telling you now but I really, really, really... like you. As a friend, as a brother and as someone that makes my heart stop beating every time he’s one inch away from me.
I don’t really know what more can I say... but I’m going to write it this time! I love you...
Please forget about replying anymore... I don’t want to know about what you’re going to say. Please I don’t want to be hurt again. Master Yoh already rejected me... and if you ever say ‘no’ to me I don’t know if I can live again.
Again happy birthday... and remember I’ll still be beside you even if you don’t notice me.
Sincerely Yours,
Tamao
Horo horo then smiled at the girl beside him as he folds the letter and set it aside. He then decided that she must have been getting rather uncomfortable with her position so he grabbed the girl by the waist and carried her gently towards her room.
Since he was always around the Asakura residence very often since after the Shaman Battle he knows exactly where everything and everyone’s place is. So it was not such a Herculean task for him to find Tamao’s room and the empty futon. He laid the girl carefully and tucked her in. Tamao’s letter was already on his pocket and he was about to leave when an idea suddenly struck him.
Chapter 3: My reply
Tamao suddenly woke up from a dream. In her dream she saw Horo horo writing a letter in reply for the letter she wrote to him. But before her mind drifted more to her letter she noticed that she was in her futon already.
“Maybe I absent-mindedly walked towards my room.” She said to herself as a folded letter was peeking in the corner of her eye.
She was going to go back to sleep when she noticed her name written on the folded paper. She didn’t really remember herself writing that there.
11:51 PM
“Horo’s birthday is getting closer.” Tamao said to herself as she unfolded the paper.
Dear Tamao,
Her eyes almost widened when she read that. Her heart then suddenly become very eager to read it as if telling her to read it already.
Dear Tamao,
I never thought you’d feel that way about me. But don’t worry about it anymore... since I feel the same way about you. I was flattered very much when you told me that you admire my Ainu honor but you know what my honor and bravery always disappears and became not so admirable anymore whenever you are in front of me. I’m such a fool that I can’t even tell you how much I love you with all my heart. But now since I will not see how your immediate reaction will be I’m becoming a little bit courageous about this confession.
First of all Tamao, I would like to share something with you. Don’t you know that I’m getting more and more worried as each year pass by me? Why? Because as the years add I’m constantly being reminded of Pirika being older and being lovelier that I’m starting to fear that time will come and she’ll going to leave me all alone. I wish that you’d never leave me... I wish that you will be here beside me always and I’ll never let you go as long as I live. Don’t you know that I often get angry all of a sudden every time I think about you being in a wedding gown and kissing another man in front of the altar. If that time ever comes I’m sure I’ll kill that man!
I love you Tamamura Tamao. I love it when you blush, when you smile, when you cook, when you get scared and every inch of movement your body makes. I love it when you’re there muttering something about Yoh and Anna or every time I stare at you without you knowing it. I love it when I get to be with you under one roof and I love it every time fate gives me a chance to protect you the way I protect my sister.
This is my reply... I hope it wasn’t the reply you are expecting because I really do love you. With all my heart and soul. You don’t need to write me back anymore because...
Always,
Horo horo
“Because of what?” Tamao asked, as a she didn’t notice her right hand was on her waist and she was already standing up.
“Because... actions speak louder than words.” Horo said appearing from her room’s door.
“That’s a cliché... how do I know that it comes from your heart?” Tama said as her eyes avert his gaze.
Horo horo walked slowly to her as Tamao just froze there. The inches just melt away as Tamao realized their proximity. She suddenly felt a finger lifting her chin to meet his eyes. Horo gazed directly at prophetess’ lovely eyes.
“So you mean... you’re going to prove if what you said was true by... kissing me?” Tamao whispered as electricity run up and down her spine every time she felt the breath of the Ainu.
Horohoro’s eyes suddenly rolled towards the direction of the wall clock behind Tamao.
Chapter 4: After Midnight
12:00 AM
When Tamao noticed the clock’s reflection on the Ainu’s eyes, she smiled at him.
“Happy Birthday.”
“Where’s my gift?” he asked with a mocking look on his face.
Tamao however was used to this kind of HoroHoro. He seem to be a brat whenever he’s with her but in spite of all that cockiness she still liked this childish Ainu... even more than her Master Yoh himself.
“Your gift?” Tamao said in a playful grin. It was such a Herculean task to keep her face from blushing furiously.
“Yeah! You should be proud you know you’re the first one that greeted me a happy b-!” Horohoro was saying when Tamao’s sweet cherry lips abruptly silenced him.
It was a kiss! Their first kiss!
As quick as she kissed him she immediately pulled away. The birthday boy on the other hand was shocked! He never thought for a while that the lovely, shy, prim and proper Tamao Tamamura would place her lips against his like that. He was gaping eyes-wide as he lays his eyes upon the crimson-faced girl. Although she was blushing and was avoiding eye contact she still looked beautiful to his eyes.
“Sorry. I shouldn’t have done that... I know its wrong... I-I was just carried away.” Tamao tried to say while avoiding his piercing stare.
“No!”
“Horo-kun.” Tamao uttered, looking bewildered about the reason why he shouted.
“Don’t say sorry. It just means that you regret what you just did.”
“What do you want me to say then?”
“I’m not finish yet or I’m sorry because I didn’t used my tongue.” He said grinning with malice.
Tamao hand suddenly flew banging the boy’s head to the boy. The impact was so strong that it seems to be a miracle if he survives. All of those years being around Anna seem to have its effect.
“Hey what did you do that for? It’s my birthday.” Horo said rubbing his aching head.
“Oh... Gomen... It was just because... you’re such a pervert!” Tamao said while the tone of compassion was still reigning in her voice.
She hurriedly knelt down beside him and checked his condition.
“Are you hurt?” She asked pitying the injury he had. Well actually it wasn’t much after a while Tamao’s hand was very light and delicate so he was not really hurt. Hao’s spirit of fire is still much more powerful than Tamao.
“Yeah... here.” He said pointing at his head which stopped aching now.
Tamao leaned forward to him a kissed his head. Her face brushed gently on his icy blue hair, as its sweet aroma that seemed to come from the mountains of Hokkaido tickled her nose.
“Is that all?” Tamao asked when she sat beside him again.
“Here...” Horo answered pointing to his lips.
Tamao just smiled but this time she seems to be delighted to kiss it too.
(Let’s give the two privacy)
So that folks are the events one night before Horo’s birthday. We’ll never really know for sure what would happen between those two and if Horohoro will get his kiss... but all we know is that Tamao will still be Tamao, the same shy prophetess that now found a new love of her life and Horo horo will still be Horo horo but this time he’s one year older and hopefully more mature... so what do you think?
