It's Zenna's 9-month birthday today. :] I still remember telling people about her birth. Wow. I love that kitty. <3 Has anyone ever seen The Secret? I swear to gawd, it's real. It seems like absolute bullshit. But it's real. It's made me so happy right now, you have no idea. One of my friends has been rather depressed, feeling hopeless and like there's no point in life lately... he's had a hard time. So I sent that to him. And he got so excited, so hopeful and happy, it just made me grin. I feel like I've done something good today, something helpful, and I'm so happy because of it. I sound like a nerd. Yeahso,

I went back and looked at my drawings on this page, and it makes me want to cry. Haha, seriously. Something I was so unimaginably proud of two years ago, I look back on now and think, "FUCK. Did I suck THAT bad?!" You really have no idea how much arts schools frown upon anime until you've been in one, and it's understandable why. We're in America, for one. And there are hundreds of applicants trying to get into drawing classes [WHERE THEY TEACH YOU TO DRAW REAL OBJECTS AND PEOPLE] with only crappy anime doodles in their portfolios. Nobody takes it seriously. And if I hadn't freaked out when I was trying to apply, and tried to draw realistic people and objects for my portfolio, spending hours upon hours on it, I'd probably feel really bad for saying their art is crappy. But it is. They're obnoxious and don't think art takes any effort or inspiration. Just some big eyes and big boobs. Oh, well. I'm catching up with Fruits Basket-- read the 14th yesterday. I was in love with the series until about halfway through the 14th, where I was really disappointed with Yuki and the way all the feelings just suddenly... "appeared." I dunno. I don't want to give anything away, but it seems like I'm the only one bothered by the fact that SHE'S YOUNGER THAN HIM and HE'S A DICK TO HER and it all seems rushed. -big frown!- Haha, yeah. ANYWAYYYY.. Life's a big soap opera, high school is the worst when it comes to drama, riddled with assholes and people that hate and pick fights for no reason at all. I swear. The other day, Mike broke up with Ruth because he wasn't sure of his feelings. She was upset, of course, but her friends FLIPPED OUT and called him names and bitched him out and at one point, they completely ignored her protests and threw pennies at him off of the second balcony. That's just disgusting. People are disgusting. Find a soul, jesus christ. Anywhooooo! <3 HAHAHA, I just looked at my icon for the first time in months... lmao. I'd completely forgotten about it. Ahh, the memories. I sound like an old lady, ahaha. Katie out.<3

Hmm.

I come back, and everything's the same. Usually, when you're absent from a site for a few months, you expect to see some kind of significant change in the site's layout or the people on it... or something. Or maybe that's just me. Oh, well. :] How has everyone been doing? I've kindof lost interest in the blogging-type thing. But I suppose it is much easier to keep than a journal-- gawd knows I type 1396809 times faster than I write. And again. Oh, well. :] I'd laugh if everyone deleted me from their friends due to inactivity. But I wouldn't blame anyone. I'd do it too. But again. Maybe that's just me. So yeah.

I saw that FMA movie the other day. Well, half of it. 'Cause after like 30 minutes of having no idea what they're talking about or doing or anything, you get kinna frustrated. So yeah. I've only seen like 10, maybe 15 episodes. There's 51. And apparently, if you miss one, you're lost. =p Annnnnnd nothing else to say!

Lalala. Yay for not posting in forever. I love my HTML class. Tables make SO much more sense when they're explained in the "OHEMGEEYOU'REANEFFINGRETARDSHOULDISPEAKANYSLOWER?" kinda way. Hahah. Same thing with Photoshop. Anyway, I don't really know what's going on anymore. Stuff's so confusing, high school drama is THE WORST. I mean, Kitty's going to therapy because her dad's a cop (if that makes any sense), and Rissa is planning on getting herself effing emancipated. My shit's nowhere near as bad as their's, but y'know. It's still pretty damned hard to deal. Bottom line: Life sucks. But it's a helluva lot better than the alternative. By the by, I'll end up scanning and uploading a bunch of pictures whenever I get around to it. -Glynn

Guh... I couldn't sleep last night. So I basically tried to sleep from 1 AM to 5 AM, then gave up and got back on the computer. >_> Couldn't go to the interview Sunday, because she got busy (or something). Gonna do it tomorrow, but if she doesn't call... well, I guess it's not gonna happen, because I have no idea where she is. I'm kinda starting to dislike this lady. A little while ago, my mom comes out here and asks, "Do you have the kitten?" I'm like "Uh... no. Why?" "She's not in her box..." Yeah, I freaked out at that, 'cause her mommy was right next to me. Turns out she was on the opposite side of the room than her box, which is really weird... means she's starting to walk around and leave the room. But she's small enough to step on without me noticing! ;_; Oh, Rusty's cat had her kitties too. One was a still-birth, then another died the next day. So sad... ;_; Two lived, and one's really kinda... ugly. It looks like a rat. Some rats are cute, but this one's... Bah, I'm rambling. So tired... Adios. -Glynn

The only good thing that's come out of me reading the newspaper. Some lady breeds cats, and she's looking for a high school girl to help her care for them and her house and stuff. I'm supposed to meet her Sunday. If I do get this, this'll be the best job I think I'll ever have. ^_^ Best not look too... er... 'scary.' Teehee. <3Glynn

So I tried the black and lime green theme, but couldn't seem to find any sort of background like that. I wanted one with a black background and a greenish smoke or flame or something, or vice versa, but couldn't find one. My sister's getting even stupider, too. Lately, my mom's been cutting her bangs since it didn't really matter, she never went out in public, and she's 10 so she didn't really care. But yesterday she pretty much disappeared all day, went swimming alone (got lectured for that, disappeared again), and next time anyone sees her, her hair is cut in chunks around her face in a really weird shape, her bangs are about an inch long, jagged and uneven. She also lied when my mom asked her if she cut her own hair, until my mom got mad and said "If you didn't do it, who the hell would cut it like that?! Why did you do it?!" Then she kinda whimpered "I don't know," broke down crying and ran to her room screaming "My life is miserable!" It was funny, in a way. Kinda pissed me off, though. The spoiled brat has no reason to be emo. I don't remember if I ever said this here, but we got a cat about 2 weeks ago. It ran away the next day, but came back a few days after. The lady who gave it to us said it was a 6-week-old boy named Leo. Well, I guess that was a little 'questioned' after she gave birth to a kitten a few days ago. I'm 'in charge of it', so I'll guess it's going to be mine. Stupid senile old ladies...

I think I'll be changing the theme of this site pretty soon, since I haven't done it in a while. Maybe a black and lime green theme. Hmm. Went shopping yesterday... I love Goodwill. Haha <3 Trillian is pretty cool. Instead of using a bunch of seperate instant messengers, it's all in one. Plus, no pop-ups and spam! -clap clap- I posted a drawing I did a while ago that I've been kinda forgetting about... Got pictures from school developed. I freaked out a little bit when my mom was flipping through them, as I remembered the picture of Gabe grimacing at the camera and flicking me off. Haha, I forced him to take it. Oh, well. :3 Umm... We gots a kitty! n.n The day after we got her(We think it's a her, we're not completely positive, haha), she ran away. She came back like 3 days later, and scratched my dad's arm up when he brought her inside. But she's cute. The lady who gave her to use thought it was a boy and named her Leo, but since we think it's a she, we have to rename it. -Breathes- Got outta school last thursday. Finally. I got sick from the stress of the end of the year (Finals, shit to do over summer, relationships, etc.), but I'm finally getting over that. Jeez, I have to find somewhere they hire at 15, find rides there and back after I get hired, take 2 or 3 summer courses online, and actually try to relax and have fun while doing it. Meh. T_T I don't have to get my permit until Driver's Ed next year, and I hope my schedule all works out. If it does, I have photoshop and HTML classes. :D Ah, well. Summer break! <3 Glynn
