Normal, Boring Day At School...

The title says it all. A normal, boring day at school... not much to talk about. So let's talk about Hurricanes! My History Teacher says everything happens in threes.. and supposedly she has proof. She had people study natural disasters; hurricanes, earthquakes, stuff like that; and they all came in threes.. It creeped me out.. o.O she was telling the class this today... everyone's like "Ms. G, you're jinxing us!!" ^^ Hehe. So, basically, she thinks Ivan's absolutely going to hit us, there's no doubt about it. *jots down a note* Kill... Ms... G... Done! ^^ *shifts eyes* None of you heard that... none of you! Or do I have to kill you too..? *grins* I feel so stupid though. About 15 minutes ago, I was walking home, and when I got to my driveway, there was a 7-foot-wide puddle. -_- I'm not exaggerating. Anywho, it had finally stopped raining on and off, and I had finally dried from the 45-minute bus ride (-_-) and I just HAD to jump over the puddle! RRGH... I walked halfway through to where it was really deep and jumped, made it across, but SLIPPED... -_- my shirt and pants are soaked, not to mention my ass hurts... Oh well... ttyl.

o.o Hmm... Didn't Notice

Recently my dad has taken to calling me "Kat".. I never really thought about shortening my name to that. o.O What else have I not noticed..? Haha, it's so funny though.. my brother is more annoyed by it than I am ^^ Even though he's not the one with the wierd nickname... Therefore, I shall sign everything Kat now, just to annoy him. ^^ On a side note, it's back to school tomorrow. I'm multi-tasking right now, doing my homework, brushing my hair, and typing this at the same time.. confuzzling. Well, and I'm listening to music, but I wouldn't exactly call that a task. I have the stupidest thing to do for homework... do 50 "Are you more like a _____ or a _____?" questions, choose 20 of them and write why. I've only written about 10 of them... it's taking forever. (Kitty, I think you had to do this too... I know Carissa did...) Well, the happy feeling is gone.. now I'm just annoyed. -_- Was kinda hoping Frances would be worse... so we'd get more days offa school. No such luck. *sigh* Until tomorrow.. ~Kat (^^)

HUGS TO ALL!!! ^-^

12:04 AM... Making this post for the hell of it ^^ I'm feeling strangely happy... We lost power again, but it was only for about 20 minutes. Other than that, Frances did nothing. It was a Tropical Storm when it hit us, and all we got was rain and a little wind.. I was allowed to go out and play in it ^^ Hehe. Hope any of you that live in Florida made it out okay... o.O I don't know why I'm happy. I find myself laughing at the stupidest things, or for no reason. I don't really care though... At least I'm not yelling at people ^^ It'll probably be over by tomorrow, when I wake up. Why am I still awake? Good question. Nothing good on TV, (I hate the stupid comedy shows on Adult Swim, and we don't have Satellite/Digital Cable) so I'm kinda staying up to ride out the happiness... Plus my [Err... I forget the word... I was about to use Anesthesia ^^;; Loss of sleep, inability to sleep.. whatever that word is]. I'm not very hyper though... just happy. It's a change for me... I'm usually depressed... *shrugs* Ah, well! ^-^ Hugs to everyone!!! o.o Doesn't anyone want a hug..? Oh, so true!! Huh...

Hm... I coulda sworn I had 29 Guestbook entries... when I got on, I only had 28... Ah, well, just kinda confused me for a bit. What would I do without tapes??? I usually tape the episode of InuYasha on Saturdays, and my dad was watching the GOOD tv... (Yeah... we only have 2, and the other is a piece of sh*t!! >_<) Well, the tv I was forced to watch turns off every so often, but it just HAD to turn off every 5 seconds during Inuyasha, and it takes 5-10 minutes to turn back on... I guess I could blame my sister, she's the one who left it on for 3 hours before it was on. -_- Anyway, good thing the VCR doesn't turn off with it, I still got to tape it. I'm going to watch it today, my dad wouldn't let me use the good tv... Rrgh. Anyway. Turns out Frances isn't gonna hit us. Passing riight by. So we got days off for nothing ^^ Well, we are gonna get a lot of rain and a tiny bit of wind, but it won't do a thing to the power or the house. Uh... and there's ANOTHER Hurricane... Ivan... Weatherpeoples are saying that it's possible for it to hit us... Tch, well it is weatherpeoples we're-- err, I'm-- talking about. *sigh* I downloaded a free trial of Photoshop yesterday... it's so much fun to mess around with it... I still have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm going to post some of the pics I made anyway ^^ It was so much fun to make these ^^ Tell me what you think. ...Oh, and if any of you know how to make animations on Photoshop... PLEASE PM me!!

   Ranting is Fun!! ^^

Squeaking at 12:35 AM on Saturday, September 4, 2004! *Bagel Bites commercial music starts playing* Squeakin in the morning, squeakin in the evenin, squeakin at supper time... When people don't give a shit, you can be squeakin any time!! ^^ Of course, I'm hyper trying to get myself to stay awake for .Hack tonight... it's proving difficult when EVERYONE wants to SLEEP! >_< WHAT HAS SLEEP EVER DONE FOR YOU??! *smacks self repeatedly* WAKE-- UP-- WAKE-- *falls unconcious, waking up some hours later only to find she missed .Hack* GAH!! (No... not really, I just figure that's what will prolly happen.) *sighs* 20 minutes to go... AND THE CLOCK IS TICKING!! >_< *clock explodes* Damn... now how am I supposed to tell when it's 1:00?! Oh... maybe I should just use one of the other KAJILLION CLOCKS in this house... we have too many clocks.. that beep too much... *beeping noise of the stove timer* ARRRGH!!! >_< The infernal beeping!! I SHALL COMMIT GENOCIDE ON ALL THE EVIL BEEPING CLOCKS AROUND THE WORLD!! Err-- but before that... WHO WANTS A HUG???! ^^ Erm... sorry about that... after several attempts of gagging and tranquilizing from my former "friends", (Yes, they all failed!) I have finally destroyed the Evil Ticking/Beeping Clocks around the world. Do not be alarmed if yours is still there... just save me the trouble, and kill it, okay? Okay. ^^ *sigh* I am calm now... (No, actually I'm not, just filling myself with false hope anyway) -_- Ignore my random ranting above, I'm trying to calm down before I hurt someone... Another Useless Hint: Socks Smell Good.

Mermaid Forest... another anime by the "Princess of manga", Rumiko Takahashi. Hehe, it was really wierd... the first episode is about a girl, Mana, who's been raised by old women in a women-only village, and eats a mermaid's flesh without knowing it. This, as the legend tells, turns her into an Immortal, and she figures out that the old women of the village were really (Ugly) Mermaids in a human form, they all have the same face. This is because they ate a woman that they did the same thing to as Mana, raised her to be beautiful and made her an immortal at about 15. They try to eat Mana, to take on her form, and only one does... because an Immortal guy shows up and saves her. (Surprise, surprise. Mana looks a lot like Kikyou, only with a different-shaped head.) I only saw two episodes of it, but it was still good. When they were in Mermaid form, though, they had huge fangs and mouths... Definately something Takahashi would write. ^^ I also saw GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) in a live-action film... it was okay, not the kind of stuff I'm used to. Oh, and there was Samurai 7.. about people from a village forced to grow rice for a huge robot... so they have to find a Samurai in a city to help them kill it. Only saw one episode, still a little confused about it... plus, the video-game-like graphics made the subtitles hard to read. *shrugs* Anyways, enough of my ranting about anime... It looks like I'm not dying today! Today, at least. The evil weatherpeoples need two more days just to tell us if we're dying or not... lol. I did this test for Drama yesterday... kinda forgot about it, but the results were interesting. It was supposed to tell us how sporty and inter/intrapersonal we were, stuff like that. Turns out, I got a 2/8 in the Sports area... lol, and a 7/8 in the Spacial (Creativity, drawing, stuff like that) area. Again, only a 2/8 in the Interpersonal... which is supposed to mean I don't work well in groups or with people. I was kinda surprised to get an 8/8 in the Intrapersonal... I'm not that much of an individual! *sigh* She (The Drama Teacher) said it was supposed to "Teach you something about yourself." .... No comment. Err- I think my sister hates me. No, seriously. When I woke up (Late, again) she and her friends were in my room, (which I have to share with her -_-) and I kept telling them to shutup and go away, but they wouldn't. One of her friends was whispering, like she didn't want me to hear. Like a 7-year-old would have anything interesting to say, anyway. I finally got fed up and left, but I could hear her whispering, "Okay, she's gone. NOW we can talk." I was laughing so hard... You know, I didn't think I'd be typing this much up...

Useless Hint of The Day: Warm Iced Tea is Gross.

Hahaha, I had this great idea for a T-Shirt... I saw this picture in a magazine of a goldfish (The edible ones) saying moo. This reminded me so much of me ^^ (Don't ask why) so I cut it out and used it for a collage. Then, when I was finishing my collage that night, I found the same picture.. and got this wierd idea to take the picture, blow it up, and put it on a T-Shirt... and on the back, it's gonna say "Some things are better left unsaid." I'm gonna make it, too... One day! ONE DAY!! >_< Lol Err... anyways... Mother Nature hates Florida. Another Useless Hint of The Day. Mother Nature DESPISES Florida. We've gotten 3 hurricanes in a row! Plus 3 others, somewhere else, but 3 hit Florida! The most recent is Francis, and we have tomorrow off of school for it! GO FRANCIS!! ^^ And GO CHARLEY!! Bush actually did something good for once! He agreed that we don't have to make up any of the days we were off for Charley. We have Friday off whether Francis hits or not... hopefully not. But it sucks, one of my best friend's mom said that their moving to Maryland if Francis hits here. I'm not sure if she was serious.. but I believe her, her mom is the type of person to do that. On top of that, a not-so-close-but-the-only-one-in-some-of-my-classes friend (^^) moved to Pennsylvania... I'm all alone now... it adds to my feeling of being alone. >_< The leader of the Anime Club is also moving in 3 weeks.. (He said he's going to give us some mangas and anime DvDs and stuff, but it won't be as fun without him) EVERYONE'S MOVING!! >< I want to move too!! Carissa (Another of my best friends) predicted that 2 or 3 weeks after he leaves, the club will break up... *sob* I'll be confined to my room... Well, and my computer. *sigh* Alllll aloneee... Erm... nevermind me. My dad says we probably won't lose power, because it's not likely that the storm will hit, even though the Governer cancelled school. -_- Anyone wanna spam me over AIM??! Lol, I'm sooo bored...
