snow virus

glistening snow falling upon the earth
filling the air with mirth
though im not a part of it
the faces i once knew
are so unfamiliar

no one sees me
im just a virus in this system
just a girl who isnt loved

wind blowing my soul away
it hasnt the heart to stay
but why would it want to anyway

the world is colder
im not getting any bolder
i fall to pieces
when i see your face
was i a disgrace

when you held my hand
you broke my heart
was this a race
cause you left without a trace

is there another ending to this story
cause i feel faint
now that no one holds me tight
everything looks blurry
now that i lost my sight...
