midnight rain

thunderstorms keep rolling in
as im sitting here wondering
what happened to a love
i thought i knew
so much for you

always trying to run away
from things people say
things that shouldnt matter
cause they dont know me anyway

i've got my headphones on
ignoring you and the rest of the world
whats with all the heartache

my eyes are red
my cheeks are wet
there must be something wrong
maybe it wont be long

here comes the rain again
why should i try to fight the storm
it always comes at night
wish the stars still shone bright...

i wrote this at school when i wasnt listening
like usual ^^
