deep blue eyes

behind her deep blue eyes
there are secrets that she hides
for like the oceans tides
her life has changed many times

life is filled with riddles and rymes
some which none can solve
her dreams were shattered by anothers
but because of this she loves others

in her eyes lies the secret
the secret of knowing more than she should
growing older inside with new fears
she covers this truth behind her deep blue eyes

if she speaks you wouldnt hear
the truth behind each word
for this lesson was never spoken it was only seen
if you look you will notice

behind her deep blue eyes
theres a truth
a truth that no one will ever understand
a world that is unseen through the eyes of others
a heart that is hidden until it is shown

but if you look you will see
that life is filled with riddles and rymes
the answers lie behind her deep blue eyes
