   7/14/04
for once i got up earlier than hieu, and thus i finnally get the computer first. Hoa and i had fun decending on him to wake him up, usually he is allready up and at it in the morning. Yesterday i stayed at home while hieu went to visa interveiw class and managed to keep myself busy as well as have fun with chi quyen. that night we went out and had coffe with ahn quoc's freinds. When we came back, it was almost midnight and i was very sleepy. Well... i walk into my room, turn on the lights and a godawful large RAT runs over my foot. I let lose a scream, and go scuring down stairs for renforce ments, aka, 'hieu... there is a large rat in my room, can you go get it out?' well... Ahn quoc was sent up to inveswtigate, with chi quyen (who is mortally afaid of rodents) following catiously behind. Ahn quoc and i didnt find anything in my room, but then, quyen screams and long fast, hysterically string of veitnamese with the word rat in it, and points at the storge pile of bedding and such on the landing. Once again the rat escaped notice, and we all went to bed slightly uneasy. Luckily the rat has not shon its slet again, and i am hopping that is the end of our freind the rat.

I have several ne arts to put up when i get back and i think i have gotten better at drawing guys, seeing as is the drawings each hve a girl and guy in them. I am glad things are going gret there, i think i will leave veitnam on august 10'th, but the trip takes 30 or more hours, and then there are time changes to consider, so im not really sure. Mabye i can get my mom and dad to take you when they come to get us. About the birthday present, it is entierly up to you on whatcha want to do. So you decide. well laters.
