I dont know who the mascots are so just tell me and i will vote. Here is how things are progressing in asia. Well.. that was NOT the end of our freind the rat. The night before last he made and encore apperance. Not the chi quyuen and i were to happy about it. I was going into the kitchen to get a glass of water, and a BIG rat runs infront of my face. I scream and go runnig out of the kitchen (a perfectly justifiable reaction in my book) and a full scale rat hunt ensues. They tear apart the kitchen and cant find it, and all the whiloe the song 'there's a rat in the kitchen' running through my head. Then they start looking in a pile of bags near the pass through and behold, the rat is there. It then runs behid a cabinet in the living room, and by this time the whole family has joined the hut all of us armed with large blunt objects (except for hieu's sister in law who is up on the chair, she is deathly afraid of rats). The cabinet is shifted and the rat runs of over to the area with the motor bikes, and procedes to promptly dissapear. Well, after half an hour of searching, and still not being able to dicover where it got to we all gave up. I went to bed slightly uneasy, mainly because hieu in his infinite kindness, told me that the rat downstairs is Not the same one from my room, that there is most likely a rat on each floor.... Lovely. We have been hanging out with some of hieu's parents close freinds from america mainly and they are really nice. Well i will keep you filled in.
