   Harford Glen Training
Okees, today I got to skip school to go to this nature reserve called Harford Glen to train to be a counselor for a week in late April. I tell ya, it was a lot better than being in school ^_^

We spent the day going over the counselor handbook and taking a tour of the important spots at the Glen. I did some manual labor, which included weeding and digging up shrubbery. We did some of the activities that the fifth graders that we'll be counseling are going to do. My group was rather incompetant and we didn't like to read directions.... but it was fun all the same.

I was the only person from my school there. Everyone else was from the rich big schools like CMW and Bel Air. And I was from Edgewood. Old ghetto Edgewood. ^_^

Anyways, as it turns out, I am going to be counseling the same week as this girl named Gretty or something. She's actually the younger sister of my older sister's ex boyfriend. Weird.

We had a quiz at the end of the training to go over what we learned. I had the highest grade with a minus three and won myself a pencil. Squee.

Yesterday I stayed after school to finish a tempera painting of my dogs. My teacher is super impressed with me because I'm super good and that was my first tempera painting. ^.^ I neglected to do my homework of course since I was going to miss school today. So hopefully I'll get started on it tonight. No gurantees though.

*update*
I just remembered that my friend Jenny, whom I never see anymore because we don't have class together, had a seventeenth b-day yesterday. I feel so bad now because I completley forgot! I wrote it in my planner and everything! T_T Stupid school!
Ja ne!

The last couple of days have been interesting. On Wednesday, I brought in a Spanish easter cake I made for my culture presentation in Spanish class. I was reading how to make it and said "beat until creamy." My Spanish teacher started laughing and the rest of my class was laughing until I finished. Mr. Medley had me read it again except I had to say mix instead of beat. Of course, I didn't get it and professed it LOUDLY that I didn't. Mr. Medley said not to worry about it coz he was being perverted. Well my lil sister explained it to me when we got home o.O Disgusting!

Yesterday my math teacher pranked his first period class pretty bad, but I won't get into it since I wasn't there. We pranked Mr. Medley during my Chemistry class though! After lunch, his class came into out classroom and my chem class went into Medley's! It was so funny! He was so confused! Then he pranked his own class by locking them out of the classroom and he yelled at them to get late passes. Of course, he was only joking.

Anywayz, I should start my hw soon... whenenver 'soon' is of course.

Hasta luego!

Blah
I just got done watching some Naruto that my friend Jen lent me... and I bawled my eyes out like a baby! Over a shonen show! Now if anyone has seen the end of the Water country episodes in the beginning of the series, they'd know what I'm talking about.

Nothing new has happened lately. Just having a severe lack of inspiration to draw anything lately. My muse is either slacking off or has ditched me entirely. Grrr!

Ack, headache. Bed! Ciao!

   Spring Break....
Thursday was day one of Spring Break. Jen, Erin, Danielle, Heidi, and I all went to Barnes and Nobles. I bought volumes four through seven of Alice 19th and am done buying that series finally! We had lotsa fun, and I was weird and bought chocolate milk at Starbucks instead of coffee. We went to the mall afterwards and we went into another bookstore called Waldenbooks. My friends basically forced me to buy a cute little Yuki hat that was twenty flipping dollars. My mom wasn't too happy when she found out ^.^;; She was all "you better not ask me for money anytime soon if you're going to waste it on a hat!"

Anywayz, I played lotsa Halo so far and have been kicking some serious butt. My younger sister is still better though ^_^

I was going to start homework today... but I had an ortho appointment and apparantly getting my braces off 'soon'. Yeah, real specific. I could have started hw afters... but... I was watching "My coolest years"... yeah I am SUCH a procrastinator.

That's all for nows. Laters!

Done! Yay! Cue the hallelujah chorus!
YESSSH! I am officially DONE my dreaded TERM PAPER! SQUEE! ^_^ Yayyy! All I have left to do is math hw and art.

Friday was fun. We made ice cream in chemistry class. Very educational and yummy.

Yesterday I played some Halo 2, but mostly watched my sister screw around with her friends and playing Hide-and-go-seek instead of playing the actual game. I did my AP homework so that I could finish my term paper today. We walked the dogs and came back to find that Dad and Chris the stepmother had comondeered the XBOX and were playing Halo. I see through their evil plot!

I also went out with my sisters to lunch at the mall and to Barnes and Noble's. I cracked. I'm saving money for otakon, but I cracked. I spent twenty on volumes two and three of Alice 19th. I had too! I was on a cliff hanger! And I'm on another cliff hanger! Must buy more! Maybe Erin and Jen will go with me during spring break so I can spend the rest of my money. Screw saving up, I'll make more money later.

Today I went to church and my older sister is now lusting after the new youth minister. She wants to go to the service tonight cause of that. I don't really want to go though.

   Beware the Ides of March
Not feeling so great today... took 2 tests today and I hope I did okay.
Firstest of all, my spanish teacher says I used a translator for my spanish homework and I definetly DID NOT! I would remember if I had, I'm sure of it. T.T I hope he doesn't mistrust me now or anything, but its not like I can prove it to him that I didn't.

Secondest, my mother's wedding is July 10. I wanted to go to art camp on July 11- August 5. And I'm supposed to be going to visit cousins in Texas sometime at the end of July. So now I can't go to art camp. I really really wanted to go! It would be so good for me because it would prepare me better for art college! Life is not fair, I have to accept it.

My life bites the big one sometimes.

So yesterday on a scale of one to ten was ten squared. I went on a field trip with the Spanish Honor Society to a flamenco dance show at College park. I was worried that I wouldn't have anyone to hang out with because my friends didn't go because it was the musical's opening night. Lucky for me though, I quickly made friends with supercool Chantal. We have SO much in common, including the same music tastes!

Anyway, we sat near the front of the audotorium and when the dancers came asking for volunteers, Chantal and I always rushed up on stage. We danced the macarena and then Mr. Medly, my Spanish teacher, was brought up on stage and was flipping FREAK DANCING THE MACARENA! It was so hilarious! After that we went up on stage and danced to the Ketchup song! Chantal and I knew pratically the whole chorus!

Also during the show, they had this guitar guy to fill in some time while the dancers were changing costumes. He would yell "OLE!" and we would yell "OLE OLE!" It was so funny! It was throughout the whole show! Everytime he was on stage we were yelling OLE at him.

The dancers were really good and Chantal and I's favorite was the dancer guy from Spain. She loved his butt and I loved his dancing. He flowed so wellll....

After the show, we went out to eat at a Salvadorian restaurant. I was sitting by Steve, Lauren, Sean, and Chantal. Lauren was twisting cherry stems into a knot with her tongue, and believe me, it's NOT sexy. Then Steve and Sean had a contest to see who could chew their straw up the fastest. Sean started laughing as soon as they started, so Steve won. When my food finally came, I chowed down the taco. But that blob that I thought was an enchilada was NOT an enchilada. It was a giant pepper filled with cheese. It was yucky. I spit it out ^.^;;; Steve tried it to and he made the FUNNIEST face and was all like "EEEWWWW!"

Ahh good times... Chantal and I talked the whole way home. Asha and some other girls of that crowed were interacting with people in other cars and some guy posted his number on the window and they CALLED HIM! It was so funny!

The trip was great, except for the part where I discovered that I had somehow ripped a hole in the BUTT of my pants! I hope no one noticed....

Today I'm going to my cousin's birthday party and eventually going to see the musical (the Music Man) since half my friends are in it. ^_^

Sorry that I haven't been on in a while!

This weekend has been ok so far. I played some video games on Friday after school and read the first three volumes of Psychic Acadamy. Really good but that bunny is sooo perverted!

Yesterday I cleaned my room and my bathroom... oh the fun. I also watched a heck of a lot of Gilmore Girls.

Today I went to church and got locked out of the house because mom and Ashely went furniture shopping. Justine and I had to eat our McDonald's at a neighbor's house and waited until they got home. Man did we get an earful from Mom.

I just finished my Spanish hw, so I just have to do math and some history and then I'll be done. Maybe I'll even finish a picture I've been working on.

   Still no school.... T.T
We had off school... AGAIN! Waaah!

I was supposed to go on a field trip with our Spanish Honor Society today to see a flamenco dance show at College Park. But no. It had to snow more. Poo.

I played lots of Halo 2 this weekend, mostly co-op with my sister. I have become addicted. I understand why people go crazy over this game. I close my eyes and see aliens shooting at me. I need a support group.

Saturday I went to my friend Heidi's birthday party and it was SO nice to get out of the house! We watched some movies, played Taboo, etc. It was nice to see my friends again.

I'm back at my mothers house. It seems like I've been at my fathers for a month because I've been watching my stepbrother. My mother's fiancee switched around the main floor of the house and it looks nice. Now we have a living room and a computer room instead of two living rooms. Quite nifty if I do say so myself.

I just got done watching part of the first season of Gilmore Girls with my younger sister Justine. I have been sucked into the cult and fear that I will never come out. I am now addicted to Gilmore Girls. Can't help it! It's such a funny and witty show and can still be dramatic without being overly cheesy! Not many shows can pull that off.

Okay, now I'm rambling. Stopping myself now. TTFN!
