I'm very ecstatic right now because...:
a. I found my spanish workbook that I lost (it was in my spanish class T.T)
b. I found the seventh volume of Marmalade boy that I lost (it was on my bookshelf T.T;;)
and c. I won exemption from a test in spanish class tomorrow! w00t!!!
The last couple of days have been fairly interesting. I went to see Phantom of the Opera at Loew's. It was awesome! I recommend it for everyone, as long as you can put up with about two hours of singing. I loved how the Phantom basically had his own theme song.
I went to my friend Heidi's New Years party and had a blast. Lots of friends were there, including a friend of Heidi's from her Australia trip who... likes getting his head scratched. Heidi gave me this really awesome pillow shaped like a box of Chinese food. I love it, love it! My friend Erin gave me a cute plushie of Momiji from Fruit's Basket in rabbit form. It's soo adorable! I found it in my dog's mouth yesterday though, so I have to make sure to keep it out of reach.
On a more serious note, there has also been some problems in my circle of friends lately, mainly involving my friend Amy's boyfriend. Most of my friends strongly dislike him; a few even hate him! I, for one, have no right to hate him considering I don't know him very well. The problem is that some friends think he's creepy and that Amy has been spending too much time with him. They feel that she's been ignoring us. I really can't say too much on the subject, considering I don't really see Amy in my classes, but at Heidi's New Years party, she was clinging to him the whole time. I don't want to sound negative or anything. I just hope we can clear this whole thing up so it doesn't bother us anymore.

Yesterday I went to Best Buy's to spend my giftcards on game guides and they didn't have the ones I wanted. SO... I guess I'll wait a while until they come back in stock. I ended up spending one of my giftcards on the second Inuyasha movie.
I watched King Arthur yesterday with my mother and sisters. We gave it to her for Christmas. My mom was squealing and complaining that it was too gory, but she was the one who wanted it for Christmas! But she liked it a lot and loved the eye candy in the movie (Lancelot, Gawain, falcon man!)
After that, they all went upstairs and I watched the Inuyasha movie. It was excellent! It kind of got me wondering about a couple of things mainly about Sango. What's up with that mark on her back that looks like Naraku's???
I stayed up a little bit later after that to read my Sons of the Dark book some more, which was really good. Is Lynne Ewing done with the Daughters of the Moon? I have no idea.
Well, anyways, I must start my ap homework or it'll never get done.
Ta ta for now!

Wowzers, I haven't updated in a while.
My grandparents came over to my house on Christmas Eve and we exchanged gifts. I got a cool book on origami ^.^ And I also drank a whole bottle of sparkling apple cider by myself...don't ask.
Christmas day, I exchanged gifts at my madre's house and my padre's house. I got all sorts of gift cards and art supplies ^.^ I got a fifty dollar gift card to Michael's and it means a lot that my father would sacrifice his manly dignity to go into Michael's and get me a gift card. I got Chain of Memories and the battle system is so confusing! ^.^;; Other video games I recieved were Prince of Persia 2, Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles, Mario Power Tennis, Inuyasha Secret of the Mask, and Jak 3. Yay! ^_^
This is all I feel like writing now.
*vroom vroom* Ciao!

H87ing Kharma
o.O
Today was sort of interesting. A lot of my teachers were high off of coffee, so it definetly made class more entertaining.
I went to my younger sister's winter concert today. It was pretty good. My father stayed for at least the part she was in, which is good for him. Most of my friends (if not all) are in the band, so it was nice seeing them in concert too.
I was excited because one of my pieces I made in my artclass was in the showcase by the cafeteria in my school. It's a stipple of a tree frog. I really love it to death ^.^
Checked my ratings today.... dropped another three percent T.T Guess I'm not as good of an artist as I thought I was. But it helps to get third party opinions, especially since my friends have biased opinions...well since they're my friends. I doubt they'll actually tell me that my work flat out sucks out loud, so I guess this site is actually good for me to get some actual opinions from critics (other than those two annoying boys from last year's art class... sheesh!)
So good or bad ratings, I shall grow as an artist and as a person from this, so I shouldn't let this crush my self esteem too much (which has been known for being crushed easily... oh the curses of being a Libra!) If I ever want to accomplish my goal of actually being a comic book artist, then I'll need to improve a lot more according to these people's standards.
Toodles, I must finish reading the final chapter of Caminos Peligrosos para mi clase de espaņol.

My older sister came home from college for the weekend. That was fun. My family at my madre's house (which is basically everyone except her fiance who is a bum) decorated the Christmas tree and made Christmas cookies. It's basically a tradition for us. We make the same kind of cookies every year (peanut butter and sugar cookies) and we listen to Christmas music, mostly the John Denver and the Muppets Christmas album.
On Sunday I went to church. Church is okay and all, but I find it to be full of hypocrites. But what is the problem, considering we're all basically hypocrites? That shouldn't stop me from going to church.
Lately my younger sister has been worried about the ghost in our house at padre's. She claims that it was rubbing her carpet and tapping on her walls. She didn't look to see what it was though because she was too afraid. Of course I believe her. She wouldn't lie about something like that and my father and stepmother heard the same tappings on the wall between their room and my sister's. I've never actually had an encounter with the ghost, but I never feel alone in that house, even when I'm the only one there. That's not the only incident that's happened. My father said that he'll be eating dinner with my stepmother and stepbrother with the dogs sitting under the table and they'll hear footsteps coming from upstairs. I also noticed that when my cat was still alive, he would just randomly stare at nothing. Especailly walls and stuff. People say that animals can sense ghosts better than people can. But still, the whole staring at nothing thing could just be a cat thing. I mean, what really is there for a cat to do besides stare, eat, and sleep and stuff.
My younger sister believes that the cause of these happenings could be caused by the fact that we have some of my grandmother's furniture in our house. There's also this creepy painting of a matador hanging in our garage that used to be in her house. It really scares me to look at it. But you know, now that I think about it, it doesn't really make too much sense that the cause would be because of my grandmother's belongings. For one thing, my grandmother is still alive. And another, I've always felt that there was something in that house. I would never go down to the basement alone before it was remodled. Come to think of it, a cause for the spirit could also be we awakened it when we remodled the basement back when I was in middle school.
So for now, I really don't know if there really is a ghost in our house, although I'd like to believe it. I'm just going to end this paranomal rant right here.

Today wasn't one of my best days. Definetly felt super-extreme dumb in chemistry class when we were lighting chips on fire. I was stupid enough to put a smoldering chip on a paper towel... and succeeded in burning a hole through the towel. Yeah. Definelty dumb.
We celebrated my mother's fiance's birthday today with presents and we went out to dinner at the Double T Diner. I am so stuffed.
I also finally got my class ring after school today. It's really pretty! The ring is made out of selenium and the stone is rose zircon (my birthstone). Awesomeness, it rocks out loud.
By the way, our marching band got first place in the parade on Sunday (I didn't even know it was a contest ^.^;;) So we apparantly got a trophy for it. WOOT!!!
I was thinking about posting this little random comic I drew, but I don't have time. Gotta get back to my homework (sarcastic yay)
Until next time.....

I had a pretty interesting weekend. I babysat two of my cousins on Friday. The older one (13) went off for at least an hour and a half and we didn't know where he was. I know I should have been more responsible, but he was with my sister and she made the mistake of leaving him someplace. We found out that he had walked to Putt-Putt which was fifteen minutes away from his house. Boy did we lecture him when he came home.
Saturday and Sunday I was in Christmas parades with the marching band (I'm a flag twrirler). That was really fun and I enjoyed spending time with my friends.
Today I'm totally drained and tired. I need to start my homework and possibly take a nap. Yes, a nap would be rather nice right about now....
Ciao!

So, on Saturday, I went Christmas tree shopping with my father, my stepmother, my stepbrother, and my two sisters. My younger sister was oogling over the "hot" guys that shake your tree and I was busy being dragged around by two of our dogs. I kept tripping over stumps T.T They run too fast! One of them even chewed through their leash....
Sunday was basically my lay-around-the-house-and-watch-the-Boy Meet's Wolrd-marathan-and-do-homework day. Nothing really exciting 'bout that.
It was kinda weird being back in school again today after not thinking for four days. I'm almost done my AP U.S. History homework, but I got a sudden burst of inspiration and am trying to draw it out. So I'll finish that eventually and possibly play some Katamari Damacy ^_^ Simple fun!
Ta-ta for now

Yesterday at my grandmother's was pretty fun. It was chaotic, as usual, but that's my family for ya ^.^
I finished Kindgdom Hearts when I got home and the ending was such a tear-jerker for me. T.T Ansem was pretty easy to beat though, cause I was at level 100.
Today, I went shopping for birthday gifts for two of my friends. That was stupid, I went to the mall on bloody Black Friday! I managed to get out of the mall alive, but I feel bad because I couldn't get one of my friends Taboo. It was thirty four freakin' dollars! I hope she's not too mad at me for not getting it for her, though.
When I got home I tried to finish this jester drawing I'm doing. I colored it with some watercolors, but it looks horrible. So.. tomorrow I'm coloring over it with pastels.
Oh my..... my younger sister just randomly scanned her feet and her hands..... and she calls ME odd!
Welp, that's all for now. Toodles....
