Love is illogical
Love isn't something that you can comprehend.
It is the very glue that bounds you to your family and friends.
Or who you would protect, would die for, would make sure that person was happy.
But that's moreover caring, rather than loving.
But when a person feels that they must have another,
It's NOT love.
Attachment. Forcing your will upon another.
But when a person feels that they must be with another,
It's NOT love.
Envy. Wanting to be with another just to fit in.
But when a person feels that they must please another,
It's NOT love.
Lust and Selfishness. Taking another to bed just to fufill your desires.
The bitter cold truth is that now, pure love is almost non-existent.
And if you were to truly love an opposite,
Then you would be willing to wait,
and wait,
and wait, for all eternity, if must.
But the truth stands loud:
Love is illogical.
