Orange popsickle stick...of doom!
I don't know what's with my obsession with oranges lately. I don't even like oranges. O.o Anyway, sorry for not posting in awhile. I've been a bit everywhere lately. I'm not at 100%, so I probably won't get around to replying to guestbook signings and visiting sites. I nearly had one of those mental breakdown things about half an hour ago. So, I drank some hot chocolate, read the comics, and listened to the X soundtrack. I love this soundtrack. It always calms me down and the music is gorgeous. ^^ Now I'm feeling a lot better and far calmer.
Lately, I've managed to catch a few episodes of the acclaimed anime "Last Exile." It's pretty good, actually. ^^ The art is gorgeous and the plot is rather interesting. I'm not sure what's going on yet, but I haven't seen that much. ^^;; Sadly, I didn't hear much in the way of memorable music and sometimes the CG and cel-animation don't quite blend. But, of course, those are minor things in comparison to character and plot. ^-^ See for yourself how pretty it is:
I've also been watching a good deal of Iron Chef. If you don't know what it is, basically two world-renowned chefs battle to make the best dish out of the main ingredient of the day, which can range from fish to strawberries. Thing is, they have only an hour to make original dishes, all from scratch! It's a really interesting look at the Japanese cuisine and it tends to get pretty exciting at times. One of the chefs is the Iron Chef, who is part of a hand-selected group that face off against the challengers. Hence, the title Iron Chef.
Er...I'm done for today, I suppose. Thanks for commenting on my last entry. I had to update so you knew I'm still alive. Though, I'm sure many of you wrote touching obituaries. ^^;;

Agh! My universe is tilted!
Okay, some pretty strange stuff's been happening between me and technology today. First off, I both, completely unrelated e-mail accounts I have won't work. O.o I tried to send an e-mail six times and it just won't go! Then, I'm sitting here taking some quizzes and I keep getting strange results. For instance, I've taken the InuYasha hero quiz at least three times and I've always gotten InuYasha. Today, I took it twice and got Sango both times. I was also going along saving at least ten quizzes I took. When I came back to myO, it asked me to log in. None of my quizzes were saved! And I just logged in a few minutes before I went on my quiz spree! O.o I dunno. Maybe technology just randomly decided to screw me over today... On another note, I've been ungodly hungry the past few days. I'll eat and be hungry twenty minutes later. It's weird. Maybe there's some growth spurt/hormonal imbalance at work here. Or fate's just having a go at me. Weird...
Anyway, I've got some requests from past Offenders to be reinstated (I think it was Willow and someone else...), so I'll try to fix that tomorrow. I'm going to go around to sites today. If I act odd, just refer to this post and you'll understand why. O.o

The stars have chosen your fate...
Yo, everyone. Originally, this was going to be just another post. But, suddenly, as I looked for pictures to post of Furuba (Fruits Basket), inspiration struck me with her giant frying pan o' doom! So, yeah, this'll be a pretty...different post.
Okay, before I get any further, I should probably explain a bit about Furuba so you'll understand where I got my idea from. It's basically about this super-optimistic high school orphan who began living in a tent in the woods after the death of her mother. One day, she stumbles upon the Sohma house where one of her classmates lives, the ultra-popular Yuki Sohma. Through a turn of events, Tohru, the girl, ends up losing her tent in a landslide and comes to live with the Sohmas. She later finds out that thirteen members of the Sohma family are cursed by the vengeful spirit of a member of the Chinese zodiac and, upon falling into the embrace of the opposite sex, changes into the animal that curses them. Aaand, that's about it. The series covers the day-to-day occurances with the Sohma family. Of course, there's romance and comedy and such, but I really don't feel like rambling much anymore.
So, what's this grand scheme, you ask? I was going to sit here and copy dates and signs out of my nifty astrology book, but I'm lazy and it was taking far too long, so I searched the web and found a nifty link for you to see your signs! Yay, laziness!
*sighs* I think that about covers it. O.o Nothing really major happened today. Walked around, watched TV, yelled a bit, became really hungry, ate, watched more TV, yelled a bit more, and sat here, typing. I'm gonna go off and do stuff now. Stuff of a stuff-ish nature. *evil grin*

Hungry and faintly waterlogged.
So, how's life, everyone? I meant to post yesterday, but a combination of time contraints and my browser being a royal pain prevented me from doing so. So, sorry. I managed to get around to a bunch of sites yesterday, but I missed snowfox, someguy, Thrush Battersa (sp?), and Willow because of the same reasons. I went around today and posted on yesterday's update.
Anyway, yesterday was pretty weird. There I was, dreaming peacefully, when suddenly my mom walks in, wakes me up, and hands me the phone, saying I had a call. That in and of itself is strange because I don't often get calls. So, I answered. Turned out that it wasn't anybody I knew, but someone who sponsored an essay contest I entered awhile back (which I had to do because it was an English grade). She told me that I won some money for my essay. Of course, it took a bit of repeating before it sank in because I'm pretty dense when I just wake up. So, yeah, that was strange. I spent the rest of the day cleaning for some party thing we're having tonight. Afterwards, I had to get ready to leave to meet my friends at the theatre. It was pretty fun. 'Twas quite an odd day, though.
I meant to post these yesterday, but here are a few...interesting quotes I gleaned from the InuYasha game:
"Then again, knowing you, maybe we should just tie you up..."
"It's all about the ears."
"What's 1+1?" (Agh! Math!)
"Who took the chips?"
"I haven't bought clothes in awhile..."
"I want to take a bath..."
"You are truly beautiful, will you have my child?"*
"It's a chronic disease..."
"Look! A peeping hole over there..."
"How about we go and have some tea?"
The starred quote is so funny because I thought Miroku was saying it to InuYasha during their tag battle (it's really to show that he got distracted and left the battle, allowing InuYasha to take over).
Okay, that's about it. I have to go off and visit some sites today. I also want to find some pictures so I can change the wallpaper (I don't really like the one I have up now). Much chaos and love.

Watashi wa Alfonse Elric!
Yo, everyone. Gomen about the boring post, but, well, I was bored. Not so much now. I'm just kind of surfing the net and going to random places now. Tired, though. I had a pretty hectic day. It involved me being the computer tech of the house and setting up various things numerous times (like the same printer twice on two different computers, not to mention setting up a new computer). Lots of lifting. Lots of running. Lots of clicking. O.o Must say, though, I'm pleased with the result. Most of the computers are working (yeah, we now have more computers than people in my house. O.o).
Another kitten was given away to one of my mom's friends. She's really nice and loves cats, so I know little 'Charlie-chan' is in good hands. That leaves only two; a boy we dubbed Rocky and a girl named Jasmine. We'll try to find homes, but we may end up keeping them (don't tell that to my dad, though ~.^). The mother cat looks exhausted and really mangy now, though, so we're going to take her to the vet this week. Poor thing, raising four kittens in two months. O.o
Well, that's about it. I found a site that might interest Fullmetal Alchemist fans, though. It talks about the PS2 game and offers nifty screenshots and video. Lookie! It's also from there that I got this nifty pic:

Dying of boredom...
I am bored. Horribly, horribly bored. I have been for a long time. Hee, one of the kittens was trying to walk on the back of one of the living room chairs and kept almost falling off. It made my mom nervous. ^^ They still haven't mastered the landing on four feet thing yet.
Eh, not much is going on. Maybe I'll work on my next theme or something. Or I'll find something to make wallpapers with. Yay, wallpapers!
Boooooreeeedddd.
I love you guys, man. *hiccups and passes out from boredom*

Ah, I love this picture. It's from here.
Still bored...

"There is only one creature like the human...the leech."
I dunno. That just kinda popped into my head in my musings for a subject. I thought it was from an anime, but it's actually from The Matrix. It did sound like something Ren of Shaman King would say, though.
Um...the reason I haven't posted in awhile is...um...so that you could catch up on my posts! Yeah! Okay, I've just been lazy. I actually have two online journals I have to keep up. O.o And I don't believe in copying and pasting from one journal to another. It makes me feel bad. T-T
Nothing truly riveting has happened (except that trivial fact I discovered known as the meaning of life, but I won't bore you with that). My cakes are pretty much gone. Only half of the bundt cake is left and one piece of the vanilla. My dad actually ate some last night. I didn't even have to resort to puppy dog eyes or anything! It's pretty rare for him to eat sweets too. Glad you all enjoyed my virtual cake. As for the kittens, gods they're cute. They wrestle with each other, climb all over things, chase their mom's tail, now bite and scratch me when I want to pet them (they think I'm playing; apparently my fingers are very tasty), just general cuteness. Unfortunately, my digital camera is out of batteries, so I can't take any new pictures until we get more. Argh. I miss so much, too. T-T
Glad everyone loves the new theme. I'm a bit hesitant with the background, but it's definately a bright site now. O.o Hey, wow, my hiccups are gone. I suppose if you stop focusing on them, they go away. I was thinking of making some quizzes for theO, but it might take awhile to get/edit pictures because I have to use the other computer to edit pictures (this one has no photo editing software. O.o). Mebbe.
Yeah, that about covers it. I'll post a nifty picture to make up for it. WOOT.

My bundt cake is pretty
'Allo, 'allo! I updated yesterday, but accidently deleted it. *curses* Ah, well. It's not like much has happened. Just cleaning the bathrooms (which I managed to do with a kitten dangling from my pants) and now I'm making cakes. I made a Christmas cake bundt. Yeah, haha-chan told me to use up all the cake mix, so I am. ^^ I'm also working on a vanilla cake, which is almost ready for the frosting. Needless to say, I'm hungry. ^^;;
Anyway, thanks for all the posts, guys. I suppose you like me just leaving links and quizzes rather than rambling about my day. >.> Ah, well. I don't have a lot of time today to find nifty links right now because I have a looong to-do list. And I'd have to open another browser.
Sorry for the hurried post. I'll try to make a better one next time!

Paradisio....
I've returned, half awake and slightly less coherent than usual, but here nonetheless. Instead of boring everyone with my life and all that (especially since I can't string words together properly today), I found some nifty links and quizzes for all to enjoy. Enjoy, fools!

I'm gonna Kaze no Kizu you, foo'!
I'm full of food for once. I haven't been truly full in who knows how long (no, I'm not deprived, in case your wondering). Thus, I am genki. Super chibi genki person. Or about as genki as I get. ^^;; And I have the Offenders done and the theme changed (I had a bit of a throw-down with the background wallpaper, but I got it fixed in the end). So, yeah. ^^ I also made a wallpaper and a signature last night. I have a Naruto signature for myself, just not uploaded yet (I think it's still on my other computer). I feel productive. Growl.
I have the Japanese version of "Simple and Clean" stuck in my head, courtesy of the import CD I bought at the con (I can't read the lyrics and many of the song titles ^^;;). I also got an import InuYasha soundtrack (it's funny how two or so of the tracks are instrumentals that are less than ten seconds long ^o^). Let's see...also snagged a chibi little InuYasha plushie, a box of Pocky (one stick left!), and two manga (Kodocha and Bandit King Jing). The con itself was a lot of fun. I saw lots of Fullmetal Alchemist (woot!), a really funny series called Kyo Kara Maou, some Chrno Crusade, Full Metal Panic, etc. I was kinda sad that I didn't get to see the 2nd InuYasha movie because I arrived late. Ah, well. I'll see it somehow. Then, there were the costumes. I'm glad I scratched the plan of going as InuYasha (yeah, there were a billion of them), but I saw a Tsukasa, a bunch of Final Fantasy cosplayers (am I the only one not into Final Fantasy?), and a really nice Toboe (the dood from Wolf's Rain). So, it was a lot of fun. I can't wait to do it next year!
Okay, enough fangirl rambling. In case you're curious, I cleaned out all my quizzes and added a few new ones. Check them out. ~.^ I'm gonna go bond with my PS2. Ja ne, minna!
