So, how's your left pinkie fingernail today?
Hey there everyone! I finally got around to my theme change. Before you ask, the formatting with the Offenders was driving me insane, so I'm replacing it with an image soon. Sorry it's down, but it'll come back better than ever! I also realized a remedy for not being able to see images on my site: highlight my web address and hit 'enter' or 'return' to get the site to reload. Don't use 'refresh' or 'reload' because doesn't do any good.
Anyway, yesterday I read the first Fruits Basket. Such a good manga. I highly recommend it. I also read the second Rurouni Kenshin. That was soo funny. The people in the store probably thought I was crazy because I'd start laughing at random intervals. ^^;; I started on a new manga called Dark Angel. It's okay, but I wasn't really hooked. I suppose I'd have to read more. It's one of those fantasy manga that are usually pretty good, but it started off in an awkward place and they started throwing out names and places. @.@ All in all, I had a lot of fun.
Well, I'd better go because I have a lot of stuff still to do. Sayonara, minna-san!

Behold me in my productivity!
Hey there, everybody! I'm in a much better mood today. So, no bloodbath today...at least, not now... Aaand I'm acutally getting stuff done, unlike yesterday. ^^;; I may even finish a large chunk of my homework tonight so I don't have to do so much tomorrow. *victory dance* I'm still sick, but it's getting better (the cough sounds icky, though...) and my doctor said that it's just a cold. I just need to remember to take medicine, quite a feat considering I've been forgetting stuff alot lately. I think I'm just burned out and stressed and tired, so I'm a bit more distracted.
Well, there isn't really much else to say. I think I'll post the answers to the quote contest today once I root around my archives a bit. Better get cracking. Chances are good that the site change will be on Friday. Ittekimasu!

"Gaia, ride the rainbow bridge and attack his lifepoints directly!" -Yami, Yu-Gi-Oh! dub (Ah, this made me laugh soo hard)
"I'm not really one or the other; not really a demon, not quite human. That's all. There was no place for me, so I made one for myself. Then, I realised that there was a place for me, I'm just the only one in it." -InuYasha, InuYasha.
And now the mystery is solved...
P.S. My little icon for the day is from gpetz.com because the other site I get them from is down.

If you're insane and you know it, clap your hands. *clap clap*
I get the distinct feeling something is going to blow up today, either by my hand or another's. But, mom, you *said* you wanted that pesky tree gone... Anyway, thanks for all the posts. 'Tis a shame that I didn't get more participation with my contest. I guess it was too hard and everyone's just so busy with the craziness of school. I've been having it kind of bad lately, I guess. As for the site change, that should be coming this weekend, assuming I don't get a huge influx of homework or anything. Aaandd I've got the theme in mind, but it'll take awhile to get pictures and find a better image host. So, I'll try to have fun with that...
Bwegh. I think I need a weekend from my weekend. I'm soo tired and I've gotten sick (again). That and I woke up this morning, enraged at anything and everything. I rambled, ranted, cursed, and got all queezy from trying to hold in some of the worse stuff. I'm still in a bad mood now because I'm still yelling at stuff. Loudly. I yelled at my cat a few seconds ago because he wouldn't get off the computer desk. And just so you know how truly odd this is, I almost never get annoyed this easily. It's crazy...
Well, I don't love you all, so I think I'll stalk off and hate you in the depths of my evil chamber of doom (translation: I have a physics project to do, so I'd better go.)!! Before I do, I'll give props to Karma of Chaos for acutally attempting (and correctly getting) some of my quotes. I'll post the answers later...
Silence! Or I cut you with my shiny sword o' doom!!
~MillenniumChaos~
I eats you now. *chomp*

The communist wheelbarrow
Hey everybody! Well, I'm back and normal again. At least, as normal as I get. Which is really incredibly abnormal. Yeah...I dunno what I mean anymore. And some stupid computer nerd somewhere in Germany happens to be trying to hack me at the moment. I shall begin plotting my revenge. Oh, yes, mace. Lots of mace... Ahem, anyway, I thought I'd tell you that you probably won't be seeing much of me over the next few days. It's regrettable, but I think I may have actually stumbled upon a life. Holy Ishtar! Or maybe it's just imitation life that someone anonymously donated to my pathetic cause. Regardless, I actually have engagements, so I'm not just lying around being lazy again; I actually have stuff to do. I have *another* induction ceremony tonight that I eventually have to get off my butt and get ready for. I'll probably have to stay after school tomorrow to catch up on some work. Friday I have an anime club meeting that I have to go to since they're electing officers for next year and I've been nominated for treasurer. Later that night, I've been invited to a poetry reading of sorts with my friends...and possibly my English teacher. I might go; I've been kind of neglecting them recently by not hanging out with them outside of school. -.-;; Saturday I'm going to my friend's adulthood ceremony. Highly religious, but I think it'll do me some good to go into a church and it would probably mean alot to her if I came. Of course, I have to get her a present... Sunday I'm off to visit my grandmother. So, yeah, behold my busy-ness. Gomen ne, but I have something to make up for it.
Life's been going okay, I guess. My week's steadily going downhill, but at least it started on the top of the hill instead of halfway down or something. I've already got my next site theme chosen, but it might not come into fruition until next weekend because of all my chaoticness. *Hopefully* it'll be well worth the wait. I'll try to get a more reliable image server and fix the Offenders formatting (yeah, CRandomHero, I tried your code, but it didn't work right. Maybe I plugged it in wrong...). So, there's something to look forward to.
I figured since I'll be gone for awhile that I'd hold a fun contest. I'm gonna list quotes from various anime/mangas (I have the pile right next to me as we speak) and a non-anime movie that I'm quoting because it's just that cool. What you guys do is give me the speaker and the title of the anime/manga/movie. Upon my return, I'll announce the super winner (whoever gets the most right) and they'll get a special prize. To help, I'll give you a few hints: All anime titles are domestic titles (released in the U.S. and Canada at least and probably Australia). The movie is in English and is not anime-related. More than one quote is from the movie. Well, good luck!
"Hey! That's my can of pudding and you wasted it!"
"My chicken senses are vibratin'!"
"If you desire to know the truth, you must have the courage to accept it"
"My soul is free...freer than before...I am free to hate, free to love..."
"Time is of little consequence to the heart. Even if our time together has been brief...even if I know only a teensy bit about them...it only means I have more to look forward to over the course of our friendship."
"You can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest. It's the honest ones you should watch out for. Honestly."
"Well, it looks like you two have warmed up to each other. Cover your eyes, children."
"Whoops! That was close!! But this intrepid reporter will continue to follow 'the illicit activities of a high school girl!" "Jonouchi! That sounds like one of your movies!"
"I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming!"
"That look! That same ugle look, from yet another person! There's always someone!"
"Now, repeat after me: The world is made." "T-the world is made-" "THE WORLD IS MADE!!" "T-t-the world is made-" "OF LOVE AND PEACE!" *strikes pose*
"Ghosts are unstable beings! A ghost without an owner can easily be tamed by a skilled shaman...even against its will. And it will be recast as a splendid tool!"
"Only you can know who is truly in your heart."
"It's an image you never forget. Mom just lying there...and the colour of her blood."
"I want to drink plum tea!"
"By any and all means necesary" "Do we even *have* means?"
"If something is precious to you...no matter how painful or how hard it seems, no matter what it may cost you, you have to hang in there...and protect it with all the strength you've got, even at the risk of your own life!"

"I'm not really one or the other; not really a demon, not quite human. That's all. There was no place for me, so I made one for myself. Then, I realised that there was a place for me, I'm just the only one in it."
Okay! That's all of them. They're kind of hard, so feel free to use resources (I would...). Look forward to seeing you. Ittekimasu!

This has nothing to do with the quote contest, but I thought it was kinda cool:
"The art of losing isn't hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their lost is no disaster."
-"One Art," Elizabeth Bishop (poem)
You belong in the land of darkness, otherwise known as one of the worlds in which I dwell. All here is beauty inspired by tragedy and great sorrow. Write or go through other creative outlets to express the anguish you may be feeling, and never let anyone tell you that you are just being 'weepy' or full of 'teenage angst'(if you're a teenager. If not, then they really should be punished for calling you one. They probably are trying to insult your maturity...fools.)and always remain yourself, dark and amazing. Never change.

Agh! There are crumbs on my Z-axis!
You can stop writing my obituary now. I'm still alive. Just been busy doing stuff. Internet running slowly. Tired. Very tired. Confused, but what else is new? Rambling again for lack of anything interesting to say. Stupid formatting spites me. Too much html to check. Brain stopped functioning hours ago. Writing unpolished thoughts. Abnormal, yes...
eien sagasu kimi wa utsurigi na yume mibito
uwaki na yume ni sugari anata wa doko e yuku
tasogare hiraku kagi wo sagashite tsuki no kage

Searching for eternity, you are a frivolous dreamer
Clinging to unreliable dreams. Where are you going?
Searching for the key to open twilight, I cry,
Unable to reach the moon's shadow. Where am I going?
Didn't do much anime-oriented this weekend. Watched some TV. Saw Pirates of the Carribean for the third time. Still good. Loves Captain Jack Sparrow. Will is cool too. Same guy plays Legolas. I loves Legolas. Loved RotK. Elephants squashed people. Pippin/Merry angst. Would've made a cute couple. Gandalf reminds me of Dumbledore. My mind is weird...

Even though secrets are lost in our eyes,
We will never unfasten our arms from each other.
Pale moon of January, hide the colors of the sunrise.
The gentle dawn of a night that should not end.
Finally got an e-mail from one of my friends. Miss her alot. Nice to hear she's doing good. Made new friend this weekend. He likes InuYasha and Gravitation. Nice guy. Walked over a mile. Didn't feel a thing. My friends did. Dunno why.

Because of love's heaviness, painfully close,
The heart no longer mine cried for freedom
When shining things existed only in dark places,
I gazed out the small window into the distance.
Listening to 'Crystal' from X Soundtrack. Good song. Very pretty. Learned a lot more Japanese on Friday. Too lazy to update dictionary. Need to cut fingernails. Very long. Unusually random today. Dog shampoo smell getting to me. Tried to bathe dog once in shower. Cleaned bathroom floor. Shower curtain not impermialbe. Long word. Probably misspelled it. Getting headache from shampoo smell. Feel like Inu-kun around ink. Want to watch some anime. Don't have anything new to watch. Bored.

Pale moon of January, sinking into infinity.
The gentle dawn of a love that should not end.
Pale moon of January, hide the colors of the sunrise.
The gentle dawn of a night that should not end.
Have history homework to do. Tried to do some last night. Fell asleep. History is boring from textbook. Class is better. Teacher is fun. Learn lots. English teacher would kill me if she saw this post. Would kill me with a pointy red pen. Red pens are evil. Finished second CD for today. Need to get another. Back hurts. Badly. Need to make bed, put away laundry. Probably should. Probably won't. Gonna leave. Confusing readers. Want to take nap. Hope everyone has good day. Want to write Kenshin quote.

Man, when they say crusty, they mean crusty...
They aren't kidding when they say crusty, are they? Oy. I just ate this hunk of 'crusty Italian' bread and I had to heat it in the microwave if I even hoped to eat it without breaking my teeth. Like in those old cartoons, y'know? Where the guy jumps forward, starving, and bites into this turkey or whatever, and the turkey outercoating falls away. Ta da! An anvil! Then the guy's teeth shatter like glass. Kind of like that. Wow, that was a long analogy, huh? Anyway, so, yeah, now my keyboard's covered in melted 'butter,' which isn't really butter, but vegetable shortening or something. All this fake butter must be part of some conspiricy. Like maybe the food companies want to make fake food and put drugs in it and use us as human test subjects. Aha! That's it! Yeah, I'll shut up and keep eating my uneatable bread...
Well, thanks for all the posts! I really appreciate them! As you can tell, I've been tinkering with the Offenders and it's still spiting me at the moment. But, I shall prevail for I am Sailor Moon, defender of justice and friendship and rainbows and bishounen and bunnies and all that gooey or otherwise cute stuff! Fear me and my excessively tight uniform! Fear me! Ah, now I'm just rambling. Can you tell that school was horrifically boring? Normally, history, the most interesting class, surprisingly, involved reading and taking notes from the textbook. Booorrriiiinng.
Glad you all enjoyed my little prance through the world of Rurouni Kenshin. I thought it was pretty funny. Yeah, but I usually come up with stuff like this late at night and go 'Yeah, I should use that on myO!' with the weirdest things. I think I may just spend the whole day tomorrow speaking Japanese at every opportunity (even in Spanish class XD) and saying either 'that it is' or 'oro?!' all day. Yesh. I would use the Japanese phrase for the first one, but I can't remember how to say it exactly. ^^;;
Finally finished what episodes of Orphen I had. I think it's a very good series and I'd recommend it, especially if you're into sci-fi and all that magic stuff. I'm currently working on finishing Azumanga Daioh (2/3 done!). Well, I'd better head off. I've actually got stuff I'm supposed to be doing. ^^;; Sayonara!

Hiten Mitsurugi Style: Otaku Post!
Hey everyone! I hope you all had a good Valentine's Day. I'm not really a fan of it (stupid corporate holiday), but at least afterwards, v-day candy goes on sale. Whee! Gomen nassai for the problems with the valentines. For some reason, my image server likes to screw me up. If you leave my site, then come back, they'll return sometimes. ^^;; To make it up to you all, I'll *really* work on the Repeated Offenders upgrade. Seriously. I mean it. You can stop glaring now.
Hiten Mitsurugi Style: Change Paragraphs!
Out of reverence for our favourite swirly-eyed samurai, I've decided to put 'Hiten Mitsurugi Style' before all actions I do. This, of course, will get old in about five minutes, but it'll be funny while it lasts.
Hiten Mitsurugi Style: Spinning Chair Attack!
I just realised that there are just some things you shouldn't put in food names. Crusty for instance. Imagine if deli meat was suddenly renamed to 'Crusty Roasted Turkey' or 'Super-crusty ham.' Kinda gross huh? I have another thing that never should be associated with food: wiggling. Never eat anything that wiggles of its own accord. Or anything that's unnaturally green. >.> M'yeah. Sorry if you lost your appetite or something...
Hiten Mitsurugi Style: Pointless Rambling!
As you may recall, I went manga-shopping last weekend. Well, I decided to review one of the lesser-known mangas I bought: Pita-Ten. It was made by the same people who wrote Digi Charat (hence the undeniable cuteness of Misha-san). Anyway, there's this guy, Koutaro-chan (Angelic Layer flashbacks...), who is a really serious student. He goes to school and goes to review (i.e. Cram School), not to mention balancing chores and living without his father. His life is pretty normal for a Japanese kid in Tokyo, right? Well, this is manga, so there *has* to be a twist. One day, this odd girl moves in next door and starts kind of stalking him. He later finds out that Misha-san (the girl) isn't exactly normal. In fact, she's an angel! Didn't see that coming, did you? She shoulders her way into Koutaro's life, sort of easing his lonliness, but causing some chaos too. So, the series overall covers the relationship between Misha-san and Koutaro-chan, their friends, and their odd adventures with the super-natural. Well, that's basically it! Here's a spiffy little picture:
Hiten Mitsurugi Style: Giant Sake Bottle of Death!
I guess I'd better go. I think I'll go work on the Offenders, as promised. Ja!

Naruto Ending theme (www.animelyrics.com)
Cultivate your hunger before you idealize.
Motivate your anger to make them all realize.
Climbing the mountain, never coming down.
Break into the contents, never falling down.
My knee is still shaking, like I was twelve,
Sneaking out of the classroom, by the back door.
A man railed at me twice though, but I didn't care.
Waiting is wasting for people like me.
Don't try to live so wise.
Don't cry 'cause you're so right.
Don't dry with fakes or fears,
'Cause you will hate yourself in the end.
(Repeats)
(TV version doesn't have the rest of the song after that)
You say, "Dreams are dreams.
"I ain't gonna play the fool anymore."
You say, "'Cause I still got my soul."
Take your time, baby, your blood needs slowing down.
Breach your soul to reach yourself before you gloom.
Reflection of fear makes shadows of nothing, shadows of nothing.
You still are blind, if you see a winding road,
'Cause there's always a straight way to the point you see.
Don't try to live so wise.
Don't cry 'cause you're so right.
Don't dry with fakes or fears,
'Cause you will hate yourself in the end.
(Repeats)

Clumsy grace
*blinks* Okay, I have a perfectly good explanation as to why I haven't made headway in the slightest with the Offenders table. *looks around* Erm... I...uh...travelled back in time through this crazy...um...well...and then there was this gumpy guy...um...and this shiny jewel-thing...and...um...some old hag...and...uh... Wait, what do you mean you've heard that before? Darn. Maybe I should have used the 'I was abducted again' excuse. *sigh*
Well, anyway, despite the fact that I haven't done anything particularly productive (yeah, none of my v-day e-cards have been sent out yet), I made some spiffy valentines for you all. ^^ Admire the uselessness!
I just bit my sister. She wouldn't quit shoving her apple juice in my face. >.> Never shove apple juice in my face, it causes me to bite you. Agh. I'm just rambling now...
Well, I've got a ton of stuff to do and I want to get off early to watch a bit more Orphen. ^^ My brain feels numb...

"Sirrah, get stabbed!"
Konrichiwa, minna-san! I wasn't going to post today, but you all seemed so worried. We actually did manage to get our project together in time and, lo and behold, the person I thought would be a freeloader actually sent me her part first! o.O And the one I thought would be done first actually had to work in the library really quick before school to get everything together. Eeks! But, regardless, it came together and it's all over. And my teacher said I should go into drama. :D Funny thing is, all the skills I try to aquire go belly-up (like calligraphy, heh ^^;;), but the ones I don't even know about turn out to be filled with a ton of potential. As a wonderful stroke of luck, my homework load has lightened substantially. *victory dance* That and I think I've become so tired that I can't feel it anymore. So, I feel perfectly awake. Dunno why or how.
Thank you soo much for your concern! It really makes me feel loved. ^-^ As a reward, I'll work extra-hard on the Offenders table to make it spiff like it has never spiffed before with all my own html. Despite my light homework load, it'll have to wait until the weekend. You see, I have quite a multitude of tests this week, all of which I've neglected studying for because of the terrible-ness of the pastiche. I realised that I'd been spelling pastiche wrong. Pastiche is an imitation of someone's work (kinda like a parody), but postiche is a hairpiece. ^^;; Silly me.
Well, I'd better get cracking if I want to hope to pass. O.O;; Itekimaas!
~MillenniumChaos~

"Total slaughter..."
Has anyone seen that episode of Trigun where these crazy dudes crash a train-looking thing into a radio tower? Vash was trying to scare the crazy dudes so he wouldn't have to fight them or anything, so he came walking down the hall, singing this really chilling song: "Total slaughter. Won't leave a man alive. Total slaughter...la da de da dum, an ocean of blood." Yeah, I'm rather in the mood to sing that right about now. You see, I have this really BIG English postiche due tomorrow and my group is nowhere near finished. Most other groups are close to completion, but, of course, my group isn't. It's partly because we are the smallest group, so each of us has to do more work. But, also, there's this one member, who shall remain nameless, who barely has anything!! Agh! I mean, I'm not terribly far along on my part, but I could easily finish in just over an hour. The thing is, our parts depend upon each other because it's dialogue. Maybe I'll just finish my part, send her a copy, and tell her to write based on that. Yeah, sounds like a good idea. I'm just kinda freaking out from all the stress. I mean, I had to do fifty quotes from Julius Caesar with significance and all that, I had a history DBQ (it's kind of like an essay where you use given excerpts to prove your point), a Physics test, plus I had a very important writing test today (yeah, if I don't pass, I can't graduate...). Let's not even start on my history test Friday and my Spanish test Thursday. So, if you don't hear from me in awhile, I've probably barricaded myself in my room for a few weeks.
On the bright side, I have a nice, long weekend ahead of me to *hopefully* replenish myself. And, of course, try to update the Offender's format. ^^ I may think of other spiffy things to do between now and then. I just have to survive 'til the weekend...
Well, I'm gonna go send my group an e-mail of reminders and crap. Wish me luck! Ja!
