Ask not for whom the troll trolls, he trolls for himself
OK, so in my newbie days as an Internet user, I wasn't exactly an angel. Hence, I have been banned as a troll.

Along the way, I saw how pointless that was, devoted myself to love others as best as I could, to learning nettiquette and respecting people. Hence, I overcame my past, and I'm even a moderator at a board called ChristianForums.com. In the course of my moderating duties, I've banned my share of trolls.

Today, however, I, for the first time, was banned BY a troll.

As you may know, I post regularly on a board called the Christian Anime Alliance or CAA as "MillyFan."

Last night, a member wanted advice on writing a fanfiction, and I decided to help him out a bit in this post. http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showpost.php?postid=58623&postcount=43 . Big mistake.

An admin whom I've had problems with in the past and who is a *sarcasm alert fine sarcasm alert* example of love and longsuffering saw my post and seized on one comment I made, "Some writers *can* write stories where the love story *is* the plot (and I know of one I'd recommend to show you a fine example of how to do it right if you were my age and more liberal, if it wouldn't get me banned for life to share the link through CAA, and if I had the nerve to link someone to it)".

"Shatterheart" then decided to do some trolling. He posted this post http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showpost.php?postid=58718&postcount=50 publicly accusing me, in the context of the other post, of sending links to lemons and other "bad" material to underage users via the board's PM system.

This allegation was totally false and slanderous, as I had NEVER sent any such messages to underage users, or through the CAA at all. I then posted a defense in this post. http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showpost.php?postid=58757&postcount=51

That, as you could imagine, did not go over very well.

Other mods on staff managed to reduce my sentence to a week's banning, but after I was banned, "Shatterheart" was not satisfied. He exploded in this post: http://www.christiananime.net/forums/showpost.php?postid=59057&postcount=65 totally ripping apart my reputation and character, making false accusations, and utterly acting like. . .a troll.

And yes, I can come back to the board in a week: if I make no more mentions of shounen ai. Got to love the hypocrisy there. ~.~
