Schultzie: That test is the one test which has been most accurate of all the silly tests there are out there, so it's always a pleasant surprise to take it. 'Cause humans do change in their lifetime, be it slightly or majorly _^_
John: *snuggles* You mean I'm loopy :p
Petie: Thank you, I'll work on getting better.
Azure: Due to work or just in general?
IWANTDETENTION: thx
Where's Alan? What about Annie? Whatever happened to James? I worry about them. They're special to me, each in their own way.
I've skipped dinner these past 2 days (due to the acidicy-acids) and instead relished in the delight of Liba-bread, cottage cheese and chocolate-milk. Back in the day I was friends with a girl whose family came from Lebanon and her mother would bake this bread (or maybe she bought it?) from time to time. One day I got to taste it. Yum Yum. Though it felt a bit odd to eat it with Nutella on O.o My friend put that on hers and I got curious enough to test it. Not disgusting, just ... very odd to use on bread when you're used to eating it as a sweet on its own.
Speaking of sweet stuff, I gotta get 'round to watching Howl's moving castle with the English dub today. The End.
EDIT: ............ *dies*

I are feeling under the weather. Yesterday evening it felt like my body and consciousness was in another dimension while I was still slightly aware of where I was (in other words: my bed). Very surreal. Woke up around 2 AM, my stomach feeling acidically acidic and my neighbours not being quiet. Went online for a bit before trying to settle back to sleep. Didn't go well but after twisting and turning a million times mebbe I got another 2 or so hours worth of rest. Woke up at 9 AM when the kiddies downstairs started their usual ruckus. Am feeling grumpy and irritable. Mom + dad will head off to the sisters' apartment to fix with stuff (curtains, oven, etc) so I'll get the place to myself. Even if I really do want to play tennis.
Did anyone ever psyche me the last time I did the Personal DNA report? Vague memories of Shin saying he would lurks in the back of my mind. Ah well, psyche this. You'll need to have taken it first and put in your "receipt".
I feel left out of the loop. That'll never get old.

Why is it that cute guys are either a) gay b) taken c) too young? The last one came from thinking Megan's brother looks hot and that, in turn, made me miss that magical Badness even more! ;___;
A couple nights ago I had the most awesome dream. My entry got second place in the Last Exile contest and it felt so awesome. Then I decided to read the winning entry, to get some pointers for any future attempts. In the first sentence there were 4 commas. A quick glance over the whole text made me tilt my head ever more in confusion over why it had won XD
(Maybe I should check when the due date was, again, so there's no unnecessary waiting >.>
Oh! Sara, would you be interested in reading it? Imagine the experience of reading my embellished writing in another language :P)
In another dream I was travelling to see Slick! Lemme tell ya, that was one surreal and interesting journey. It had a somewhat Asian feel to it with the colours, textures and the people in it. At one point it turned slightly movie-ish but it didn't take long for everything to get back to a more gentle pace. I specifically recall trying to take a picture of the most gorgeous lane of trees but my battery had died ._.
Once I got to Slick's house they told me he'd gone out for a little while but would be back soon. The trip had tired me out so I decked out on a sofa/set of stairs. A young couple started a conversation in Swedish and I made the very intelligent remark "I'm Swedish, too!" *hides in shame* My English is always really rusty in my dreams (not that it's stellar in reality) so that put me at ease, heh.
In the end I didn't get to see my hunk of Man Flesh, because the people working on the neighbouring apartments' balconies woke me up -.-
Last week we (Juliette and I) finally got around to playing Mario Kart: Double Dash on zeh Gamecube! I was slightly worried it wouldn't be suitable for us ...... and boy was I wrong XD!!!! It promotes competitiveness and being evil, how could that not work splendidly for us?! Yes. We're a bit sadistic in out gaming ventures like that ;p
It should be good to play with Eleine as well, even better if we could arrange a 4th controller and the guy-brothers *rubs hands together*
Ending note: "Champion of the bloggers,
They only bother you when you don't choose your words carefully." <--- Turns out I was a clue in the Scavenger Hunt over at OB, but I .... don't get it ^_^;;;;;

hope that this time you'll have learnt and will never put anyone else through this ever again.
"Superman Returns" was surprisingly good. My two sisters and a buddy of theirs took me to see the movie this weekend. I went in with zero expectations. Maybe that's why it was such a hit? Or it could be that Bryan Singer had so much fun making the movie that it worked like a contagious giggle? :)
The younger sister is an uncureable laugh-o-tronic, so I was prepared for the fact that she'll laugh at the most inappropriate moments and possibly make me annoyed. But aside from the intentional laughing moments, there was so much to poke fun at that it became double the comedy having her spot instances where one maybe isn't supposed to laugh ^_^
Soundtrack-wise it was brilliant. Will look into buying that. Mhm.
The opening of "Superman Retuns" felt just like the X-Men openings and made me wish Singer had been part of "The Last Stand". Imagine how much better it could've been with him =( Oh well.
Kate Bosworth was the real shocker, giving a good performance as Lois Lane. I'd not seen her in a movie but came in and automatically dismissed her as not being good before she even came on screen :x Nice going Miss Kate. Now work that magic on Mr Bloom >.>
I will say this: It was a bit ridiculous how Lois got such a beating and yet seemed [vauely] unaffected. That was probably a means to demonstrate what a tough cookie she is, or something. Still, the fact that she lasted longer in some scenes and went out like a light in others was funny.
Brandon Routh did a smashing job as Clark/Superman and there were many times when he felt more or less like an incarnation of Christopher Reeve. Like they'd layered their performances over each other. He also surprised me with his focused acting.
Thinking about how they'd digitally shrunk his 'package' almost got me in stitches during one or two of his tights-scenes. Doesn't matter if it's true or not, because the mere opportunity of drawing that line of thought to David Bowie's appearance in "The Labyrinth" is more than enough XD
Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor. Hurrah! Parker Posey did a fab job, managing not to be outshone by him while not trying desperately to steal the spotlight. They worked a charm together. I nearly died at the 'hariy horror' scene, though XD!!!!!
Sceptic as I was .... it will be added to my collection ^_^
And now! A survey knicked from Sean :D
[PART ONE]
1. What is the first film you remember seeing at the cinema? It was a Disney movie … *thinks long and hard* …… Oh man. I can’t remember. Maybe "Oliver & Company".
2. Was it any good? Yes. Yes it was XD
3. What is the one video cassette that you have exhausted most through repeat viewings? "Goonies" and "The Breakfast Club".
4. What do you tend to buy in the way of snacks when you go to the cinema (having forgotten to have tea)? Chocolate or popcorn.
5. What is the best cinema you've ever been to? Why? Palladium in Gothenburg. It’s spacious, has an awesome sound system and [most of the time] a great audience.
6. Do you prefer mainstream film or independent/arthouse/foreign pictures? Most mainstream movies are easy to swallow so it’s nice to see something more ‘artsy’ just to keep the brain cells active. But I’m not brainy enough to specialize in the heavy duty ones ^_^;
7. Have you ever walked out of any films? If so, which one[s]? Yes. Memory fails me yet again but it was before we moved towns…. And only because I’d seen the movie already but couldn’t suffer through the audience.
8. Have you ever cried at any films? If so, which one[s]? Sure have. “Moulin Rouge” stands out ;_; More recently "X-3 - The last Stand".
9. Have you ever thrown up whilst watching any films? If so, which one[s]? XD No, thankfully.
10. When you see a good horror film, do you ever hesitate to turn the lights out that night? Nope. Then again, I don’t see many horror flicks ^_^;
11. What film would you say you have a severely uncharacteristic attachment to? (That is to say, what film do you enjoy that people would never expect you to like?) I don’t think anyone would be surprised about any of the movies I’m attached to. But let’s give it a try and answer “La cité des enfants perdus” =)
12. What is your least favourite part of your favourite film? The ending of “Howl’s moving Castle”. Because then the movie's ending ;__;
13. Are you ever concerned by the rash of sequels, prequels and literary adaptations - proofs of unoriginality that they are - that we seem to be experiencing? After reading this question my thoughts immediately went to Disney’s sequels, which I tend to avoid like the plague *shudders* Then there are the mainstream sequels/prequels, which can either be a hit or a miss. I’ve personally been spared most of the literary adaptation horrors, since a lot of the classics hasn’t reached my attention or I've not actually read the books. So it’s a mixed bag of nuts for me.
14. What is the best film Pixar have ever made? Favourite one is “Monsters Inc” because of the door sequence. It always has me pining for a rollercoaster ride :3
15. Have you ever skived off to go to the cinema? If only *wistful smile*
16. Have you ever made fanfiction or fanart for any film (if so, which movie)? Yeah, the Matrix movies. Still need to finish that one…
17. What is your favourite film of the year so far? "Superman Returns".
18. What actor/actress do you think deserves more work? Ooooo, that’s hard. Had it been ‘what actor needs to work more on being an actor’ my immediate response would’ve been Orlando Bloom XP
19. Are there any actors/actresses who can turn you off a film the moment you see their name attached to it (with respect to a sizeable part)? It used to be Tom Cruise >____> Otherwise it’s all the teen actresses. A good example would be a trailer I saw, a couple of days ago, that looked good until Lindsey Lohan appeared.
20. What 'secret shame' DVDs exist in your collection? “Coyote Ugly”. Adam Garcia made me do it!
21. What actor/actress would you most like to release a record? Renée Zellwegger. Unless she has already?
22. What is the best literary adaptation ever? “Empire of the Sun”, if I may say so?
23. How do you feel about subtitled films? Seeing as I live in Sweden… :p They’re no problem.
24. What band would you most like to provide a soundtrack for a film? K’s Choice
25. Are there any films out there that you think people could go away, watch and thereby comprehend some part of your character (e.g. your sense of humour, your worldview)? Too many to mention, heh. “Patch Adams” would be a good example, though.
26. What do you believe is the best comic book adaptation made so far? "Batman Begins".
[PART TWO]
27. Dub or sub(title)? Sub. Without hesitation.
28. Brokeback Mountain or Crash? Haven’t seen either >.>
29. BAFTAs or Oscars? BAFTAs :D
30. Simultaneous cinema and DVD release or preservation of a 'window' between cinema release and DVD release? A small window. I'm a bit of a traditionalist in the sense that I don't mind waiting a couple of months before putting my hands on a new movie or cd. It makes me appreciate the movie more.
31. Vanilla DVD or DVD with extras? Huh? DVD with extras.
32. Vanilla Sky - alright or a load of pap? Hmmm, both. Mostly alright.
33. Boy who plays Ron in the Harry Potter films - a young actor with potential or just someone who's perfected a single facial expression (i.e. scared)? I’d need to see him in something else. Preferably removed from the whole Potter genre.
34. Hugh Grant movie marathon or lengthy hangover? Hugh Grant marathon! :D
35. British actors assuming American accents - annoying or unimportant? As much as it saddens me to be robbed of their true accent, it’s unimportant. Unless we're talking about Sean Bean, then it's annoying ;_;
36. Dogs can't look up - true or false? O.o
37. Tom Cruise getting kicked out by Paramount - wrong or about damn time? He's been retarded lately so I get why they did it, but at the same time it seems just as silly as Cruise's sofa-jumping antics.
38. 3D or 2D animation? 2D. Though 3D can be used alongside 2D, as shown in "Howl's moving Castle". 3D on its own can be great (in animated stuffs) but sometimes it can also bring the viewing pleasure down in live action movies.
39. Robin Williams - better as comedian or creepy/serious actor? Can’t choose! :3 Aside from being hilariously funny in [most of] his comedies, I really like the wounded/fragile soul that flickers behind his light hearted facade. In the more gritty and serious films, that pain/hurt/sadness is more evident so they’re hard on the heart to see. But ever so good.
40. Adam Sandler or a punch in the face? Hit me.
41. Adam Sandler or a punch in the groin? Hit me baby one more time!
42. Old school Peter Jackson or LOTR-era Peter Jackson? All I know of is the LOTR-era.
43. Donnie Darko or Brick? Donnie Darko. Haven’t seen Brick =(
44. Jennifer Aniston or Angelina Jolie? Eeeeeeehhh….. Jennifer Aniston.
45. Adam Sandler or the removal of your spleen? My spleen isn’t as important to me as my sanity is.
[PART THREE]
46. What is the best Batman film? Batman Begins.
47. Name one unattractive woman in Sin City (go on, try). Elijah Wood? C’mon, he’s got the voice and giggle of a woman and doesn’t look too manly XP Another movie not seen by me.
48. Summarise the Lord of the Rings trilogy in three words. Deadly long epic. (Lots of deaths, it’s long and it’s epic.)
49. What can you see Jet Li doing now that he's finished with martial arts movies? …… Music videos?
50. Armageddon - convince me it's not crap in no more than thirty words. XD*30
51. What film[s] have you struggled to understand/follow? Donnie Darko. Need to apply my brain more to that movie on the next viewing.
52. What film do you believe to be highly overrated? Braveheart.
53. What film do you believe to be highly underrated? Little Voice
54. Have you ever entertained any interest in seeing Snakes on a Plane? Mwuahahahaha, yes.
55. Name four actors who have featured in music videos, along with the band/artist name: All the cool ones have already been mentioned by Sean and Shin *pouts*
Sean Bean in "We are all made of stars" by Moby - Robin Williams in "Don't worry, be happy" by .... Google Search says Bobby McFerrin - River Phoenix in "Stand by me" by Ben E. King - Liv Tyler and/or Alicia Silverstone in "Crazy" by Aerosmith

Sara: Tack så mycket, min älskling! You wrote that sentence absolutely correct :)
I'm itching to have you read my contest entry, so you can experience my flourished wording in yet another language ;p
Schultzie: *gentle hugs* It's wonderful that you think of the moments you had and that it brings a smile to your face, amid the pain of loss.
Lots of sunshine to you :3
Evil: XD You're really on top of your game, my dearest sweety ~_^
My life really has been made heaps better through the love of everyone here, so I plan to stick around for quite some time *snogs*
Slick: *shakes some marraccas* You may all bask in my glory! XD
Thank you for shining brightly for me and so many others, darling James.
It makes me forget all about the rain pouring down outside and only feel the warmth coming from you :3
Two days ago I noticed that the French mini-series "Count de Monte Cristo" DVD-box had been reduced by almost half its price. Obviously it took me 1 second of thought to decide it must be mine (I've been aching for it ever since it aired on tv) and then it was a matter of waiting until yesterday when it would arrive. Gotta love overnight deliveries _^_
It said the box would come with a 'booklet' which I thought would be this small ... booklet with images or information about the movie/its actors. Imagine my shock as I pull out what is the complete and unabridged "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Alexandre Dumas O_____O
That's right. They sent along the book. In pocket-ish form. In English, which I can read. Talk about a sweet deal. If I remember others opinion correctly it's supposed to be a good read but anyone who's read it can feel free to remind me what they think of it ^_^
In other news. The Swedish potato farmers needn't worry about their crops. When the heat peaked they ran around frantically, flailing their arms like pigs trying to fly, saying their precious taters were being tortured. It's a recurring annual thing. If it's not warm enough it's too warm - if it doesn't rain enough it's raining too much. You know it's summer when you read about them complaining in the newspapers :p
Also. I've been home this week and most likely won't return to the hotel for reception duty. People from both the unemployment agency and the intern program will meet up with me this coming Tuesday to talk about what the next step for me should be. Being able to relax has made me feel like a pancake, all flat and sweet, which worries my mom. She thinks I should go back to my therapist but it honestly feels like a waste.
The problems are clear, solutions to them equally so, my confuddled mind can be sorted out without spending money, I have strategies for coping with hardships already. That's what a therapist would help me with but considering all that ... I don't have an urgent need to go. Trust me, if it was neccessary I'd go. My mental health is something I don't enjoy being reckless with, and if it needs taking care of I've always made sure it happens. Right now it doesn't require outside help. If that changes I'll make the adjustments. Le d'oh.
Oh! Mom had her bike stolen while we were in the doctors' office getting my prescriptions renewed. Yay. That dampened our spirits. She'll buy a new one and hope the stolen one appears, which we all have no faith in. It was relatively easy to find stolen bikes in our old town but a town that's 3 times as big locating a bike is not an easy task to take on.
The calendar I made is faulty. By one day >_< Can't be arsed to make a new one, though, so it's a matter of doing a tiny bit of math to get the day-date right :p A new one for next year is in the works! Dunno if any pictures will be added to it or if it'll only have the month at the top. Hm.
Photomanipulation is going so-so. At the moment I've abandoned my main project to cleanse the mind with another one. The question is: will either be finished? XD

I love my mom. I love talking to her directly, from the heart, pouring out my thoughts and emotions in images. I love how she understands me, then helps/inspires me to understand myself even more. I love how I'm no longer curled up in my bed, choking through tears, trying to explain what's wrong. I love sitting face to face with her and knowing that my pain doesn't have to fester inside me, that I have the power and hope to carry on forward to better days.
It's comforting to know that, in the darkest of hellish nights, there's a button to push that'll flood you with light. Inside and out.
You are all spotlights lighting up for me. I want to shine for you, too.

Inhale. Exhale. Ah.
I'm feeling so much better tonight than I did last night. It's really scary how powerful anxiety and panic attacks can be, especially late at night when you're so exhausted that resistance is futile. If I'm not fighting off the attacks of emotions it's the bursts of inspiration, myuh. At least inspiration makes me feel good -.-
Ehuru. No more ugly visuals staring back at me from the computer. Huzzah! It wasn't too expensive to purchase StyleXP so now I can alter the look at my every whim. Much envy to those who are artists and can channel their creativity into original works. I have to rely on playing with what others give me :<
It's getting hard to tell if there is any progress being made or not on my Photoshop adventure. On one hand I am struggling to keep it simple but not void of ... emotion. Figuring out how to not make the image look flat, while maintaining the simplicity, picks at my brain every waking minute. Aside from when I eat and watch tv :p
Another thing that needs to be separated from my strangle hold is the Last Exile competition storyline. Why there's suddenly a level of importance in it baffles me but I suppose it has to do with affirmation and desire to fill that thirst of aknowledgement. Writing is something I'm vaguely good at. With not so many other significant talents to applaud, I'm relying on it for my fixes ^_^;
PS: Oh! Buzz was pure hilarity! It suited the entire Mimmi-family so incredibly much that it was slightly scary XD My dad and I went head-to-head once, after eliminating the sisters, and I lasted surprisingly long. At least considering he's a teacher and hoards information about almost anything D:

My trial version of StyleXP is over. Everything looks icky. I think I'mma gonna hafta borrow mom's wittle card an' get mahself hooked up. Fo' real.
Despite, or maybe because of, going to bed early last night I am feeling very frustrated today. It's all a mix of grumpy, stressed, fidgety and a tad of angry O.o And for once I can put down every single reason for why, haha. But never mind.
The Lovin' posts will continue some day soon but right now my mind is too scattered to focus. My writing contribution to that Last Exile contest is pretty much done, or it will be once I convince my brain that it is. On one hand I'm downright pleased with it and then it all looks like a B-movie script that a 5-year old could do better.
Mebbe I'll translate it to English so you all could marvel in my unoriginality when it comes to storyline and naming characters/countries.
3 hours until the two sisters come over to eat dinner and play Buzz. That means 3 hours to work on my frustration over an image in Photoshop for 2 hours and 59 minutes. Wheeeeee!

MC rocks my house
The girl who had the best intro ever, with the Repeated Offenders. That right there was a sign on how awesome she would turn out to be. Always whipping up an impressive layout for it and her MyO, as well as writing sensationally brilliant narratives, this was someone I couldn’t miss out on getting to know. MC has defied the gruesome challenges that school has thrown at her, shook her fist at life when it became difficult, yet managed to contain the essence of a warm and loving person.
Her bouncyness is contagious; all of her writings are enthrallingly great to the point where her world is just like the movies and you want to cry when she’s sad, cheer when she’s happy and munch on popcorn when the entertainment is sprawled out in front of you. I wanted to be MC’s friend so immediately that I never entered lurking mode (to my memory). If you’re not familiar with her yet, you’re missing out. Although it means more for me >.>
I arrest in the company of a criminally wonderful gal like MC :3
