~ I love you all ~

EDIT:

Ok, so that was a cheap excuse for an update. Even worse than Shin's (whom you should all swamp with questions !) :p

Sara did a nice twist in the whole 'ask me and I'll answer' routine, which was quite nice to try out. Don't worry, I'm not about to copy her... today ~_^
It's been fun to read all the questions that have popped up on various people's sites and intriguing to see how each person tackles them. I doubt I'll be holding another 'session' anytime soon, but you guys are always welcome to ask whatever's on your mind *nods and smiles*

On another note;

James is a year older today, it seems (technically he's 1 year and a few hours older, because of the time difference).
I want to officially say that he's a great guy and deserves the best in life & love to come his way ^_^

Now back to my silly ramblings:

You know how you fast forward a movie and it all goes 'swoooosh' in front of your eyes ? You catch glimpses of something, that your brain can sometime make conclusions of, but mostly it's a major blur going past. Well, that's how my dreams were last night. I know I dreamt a lot, but it all went >______> and I can't remember a thing *lol*

Something else that seems to be flying past me, is the money on my bank account ;_; For some reason I feel like the more I try and save, the less ends up on the account O.o; Doesn't make sense, now does it ? .... Unless you actually take into consideration that I've blown a lot of money on needless things *cough* and given a big chunk to various family members. Then it's not so strange, but still annoying ! >:o
How am I supposed to do all the fun stuff I have planned, without money ? Exactly, so now is as good a time as any to really think about where my money goes *nods*

Time, however, is not flying by, haha. Not when I want it it to anyway *pouts*

SasukeUchiha is helping me get my hands on Naruto (not like that ~_^) and because I can't sleep with the computer on, it's taking its sweet time. Considering how people have raved about it, my skills in waiting should pay off :p
I've wanted to check it out ever since I befriended Azure, so I don't know why it's taken me this long to do something about it =\ Anytude, it is being fixed as we speak *nod*

There, I fleshed out the post somewhat *lol*
Take Care Everyone !

*rubs eyes*

Yep, got back from the handball game a little while ago. It was fun, but I can see why I haven't done this so much (going to games). It's very loud and if you're not completely nutty about the sport, you get distracted by all the odd funny stuff going on *giggles* But it was nice to do something with dad. And it was even nicer that it went as smoothly as it did.

We got in the car and drove off around 5-ish, got there around 6-ish and got in pretty quickly. (Sidenote: the arena was inside of the amusement park I've been blabbering about !!)
The team was warming up, which was interesting to follow (possibly more so than the actual game *lol*). At first they were just goofing about, but after a while everyone got this serious look on their faces and you just wanted to stand up and go "Sharkbeit, Ohaha !" … sort of ^_^;;

One thing that I realised, which was quite funny, was that the warm ups would've been enough to drain me and they played two 30 minute periods after that O.o;;; Gotta admire that fitness *nods*

When the game started it was kind of obvious they weren't really hungry for a win (the team I rooted for). They just messed up way too much and couldn't get any focus into their play. I don't need to tell you who won, do I ? :p
Yeah, haha. After the game was over we went straight home. So we were home sometime after 9 pm. It was long enough to think it was enough and still short enough to think about doing it again *lol*

Anyway. Suffering slightly from mixed emotions at the moment. Don't know why, or/and I'm just sick of it. Also too tired to work on defences. It'll go over. So saying it is really stupid, but honesty is slowly getting a hold of me *poisons it* .... *smiles sweetly* Ignore this paragraph.

There are a couple of people that I haven't asked questions to, but I'll get 'round to that tomorrow. Like I said "All questioned out". Sorry.

*huggles*

All questioned out

I remembered what I'd forgot to include in yesterday's post, so I'll do that bit now:

My sister owed me some money, so we went to the ATM. There was as smaller line and we promptly went to the back, being the good mannered people we both are *cough*
In front of us was a lady and her dog, an absolutely adorable thing. I made eye contact with it and just couldn't help but go "hello there, sweetie ^__^" and it came up to me. So I held my hand out like I always do, since some dogs are really shy and will get scared if you throw yourself at them. At this point I expected it to sniff and go "yeah, yeah. I said hello, are we done here ?", or something to a similar effect *lol*

But instead, it positioned itself so I could pet it and looked up at me, as if it were trying to say "ah, I know you want to pet me. Go on" *giggles* Me being in the giddy mood I was, leant down and almost devoured it with my gushing. When I was done I looked up happily at the owner and in that instant I realised that maybe I was supposed to ask for permission first O.o;;;

She didn't give me any evil looks, but she didn't look like she was about to give me a medal for appreciating the cuteness of her dog either. In fact, there was little facial expression to talk about, making it hard to tell what was going on in her head. Hehehehe… The dog didn't seem to mind though, so it's all good :p

Now I will spend the rest of the day preparing for the handball game tonight !
See you all later
^__^

Must... not... use... thistle...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Gah, that color was addictive O.o; Not to mention the grey and the little bar-breakers (whatever I'm supposed to call them *lol*). Right now I am soooo tempted to go wild on the layout, but I shall restrain myself.... for once :p

Today has been rather good, so far. I had a sing-along with Des this morning, which was quite lovely. You should all go see his latest installment of The Daily Otaku, by the way. Or go to his site ;)

I also went shopping with my [older] sister and found two wonderful tops ^__^
One is a sort of tank-top (I'm not very good with what different styles clothes are in, heh) and the other one has long sleeves and is very silky and feminine *giggles* I feel so girly !

We alternated taking pictures of each other out on the porch, with me wearing my tops and my sister wearing her funky 'japanese schoolgirl' type outfit *lol* A few of mine turned out pretty decent. My hair was dirty and I couldn't bother washing it, so I just stuck a cap on my head *grins at Azure* I might be convinced to show them *teases*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
This is what the tops look like. Hehe, my face will show up eventually :p

Eeeep, pretty/happy days make me go loco ! ^___^

Anywhooo. There was no handball for me yesterday, but I will be going to a game tomorrow. Possibly on Sunday as well, it depends on who wins. Expect a silly report from me when I get back from that adventure :p

And since I can't think of anything else to add to this post.... I'll leave the floor open to any questions you guys didn't get 'round to asking last time.

Yes, I am stealing/copying my own idea O.o;;;

Shin's Question

What is the capital of Assyria?

Well, I'm not in school and I'm not planning on going there, so that information is useless and therefore I don't have to answer :p

... *looks in Atlas*... Dimashq (Damaskus) ?

Panda's Question

If you were trapped on a elevator with one anime character who would you want to be stuck with? Who wouldn't you want to be stuck with? What would you do while stuck?

I'd like to be stuck with Sasuke from Naruto. Someone I wouldn't want to be stuck with ... hmmm. The grandpa in Ranma 1/2 (can't remember his name, forgive me).

What I would get up to ? Well, it depends on who of the two I got stuck with, obviously. Hrm. If Sasuke, then I'd enjoy his presence as much as I could. If Grandpa, I'd knock him unconscious and break out of the elevator :p

Arcadia's Questions

If you could have any kind of superpower, what would it be and why?

So many to choose from *lol* . . . invulnerability, I guess. Flying and super speed would be fun, but if I was invulnerable, I wouldn't have to run from anything. Forgive the vague deepness ^_^;

And since we're on the subject, who is your favorite superhero/heroine?

I'm not really knowledgeable in the world of comics, but . . . Nightcrawler stands out.

Azure's Questions

1. If a tree falls down in the forest and no one is around to hear it, do the animals put the tree back?

No, they use it as a stage and do silly impressions of humans ! ^__^

2. If you had the chance, would you kick Shin in the nads? Seriously. C'mon, you know you want to... ;)

I wouldn't, no *shakes head and smiles* But I would thwap him with a pillow ! >:D

3. You've become quite popular here. Can you give us a short story about how you came around to OB and myO?

Ah well… I've visited theotaku.com for years, but was never aware of the Boards. When the announcement for MyO went out, I wasn't really interested at first, to be honest. But I needed something to do with my time and upon closer inspection, I decided to give it a go. With both the Boards and this here place ^_^ That was sometime in October last year.

4. Do you have a rival (in a friendly, competetive way)? If not, would you want one? Maybe on OB or myO?

Nah, I'm too busy battling myself to have any kind of rival :p

5. How many times have you honked at Shin's myO? Honestly. ;)

Honestly ? … Probably around 5 times or so.

Kinetic's Question

If you could be stuck in an elevator with any celebrity, who would it be? Would you do anything kinky? (I had to be straight-forward, since you're so darn elusive).

Ehehehe... why are you people so determined to know who I'm interested in and what I'd get up to with them ? >___>;
Anyway....Domimic Monaghan seems like a fun guy to be stuck with. Easy going, funny and could probably make the waiting more enjoyable. And believe it or not, I'd not get up to anything kinky. Shock, horror, surprise.

I would like to use this update to give a big THANK YOU to Adam for working so hard on everything that is related to theotaku.com.

He is Adamant (hehe) about making sure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves. He's implemented tons of cool features for us to play around with and devotes an awful lot of time perfecting them. Not to mention how available he actually is when there is a problem of sorts.

And I'm not writing this entry because I feel guilty about swamping him with about 20 greetings all at once last night for him to look through, but because he's worthy of the recognition !

We're all thankful for the love and attention he puts into this place, so I figure the least I can do is take a post and show how grateful I am ^_^

Thank you Adam !

" He would sometimes walk up to me, holding his hands behind his back. He never said ' left or right ? '. Instead he asked the most elaborate questions, such as ' If the moon were to come down and cross the street, which way would it look first ? '. No matter what answer I gave him, I was always rewarded with a single red rose. "

[ Like thorns on a pretty rose that pricks and draw your blood, his words that day ]
…his lips, his eyes, his scent after those ridiculously long showers…
[ stab and bleed my heart to an early grave ]

I peaked into the living room and found him immersed in unpacking something out of a big cardboard box. Observing him, I debated with myself whether or not I should ask him. On one hand he might dodge the question with jokes and vague hints. But on the other hand I was dying to know.

As I stood there contemplating what to do, he started talking to the cushions on the couch as if they were babies.

'Whoooo's teh most curious cat yoo ever saw ?.... Gawfeeld ? Nah, he was juss lazy... Teh Sheshir kitty ? Nuh-uh, dat wassunt a pwoper cat '

I instantly picked up the tone in his voice, the one he put on whenever he felt particularly mischievous.

'Who?... Oh, yesssss. She is one dweadfuwwy curious cat ! ' He giggled, pleased with himself.

Shaking my head I mused about how in tune of my presence he always was. If there was one thing I could be absolutely certain of, it was that I would never be lost with him. Since he had obviously noticed my hovering, I decided to dare the plunge. Taking a deep breath, I entered the living room as casually as I could.

"Why only one ? "

He fumbled with the plastic wrappings, doing mock anguished faces. Tossing a scissor to the side he looked up at me, smiling.

'This thing blew a pretty big hole in our savings and you didn't seem too keen on trying it out, so I figured one would be enough '

I laughed softly and knelt down to ruffle his hair. "You silly man." He pretended to purr as I combed through it with my fingers. 'Meow ? '

"The roses, why do you give me just the one ? Hmm ? " I asked again, determined to coax it out of him.

He tilted his head, breaking away from my hand.

'Do you really want to unveil the secrets behind the giving of the one rose ? '

I threw my head back, raised my arms to the air and exclaimed in a dramatic voice "Dare I open the gates that will reveal the origin of this mystery !? Whatever will I uncover when I…"

In the middle of my Greek tragedy impression, I realised he wasn't cheering me on. He just sat there quietly, still tilting his head. But the smile was gone.

' Because you are my one and only '

" I forget how long I held on to the hope that he would find me, feeling more lost as each night passed. There's no telling how many mornings I woke up and expected to look into his eyes, only to be met with the nothing that had forced its way into his place. I lived and was thankful, but all the same I died.

Time went by and I began devoting myself to saving others like me, inspired by the thought that it might be his life I rescued one day. But it was never him. For each person I saved, he slipped further away. Until finally, he was gone.

Believing that what I accomplished was for a greater good, I moved on.
Surviving on promises that my future would ensure some measure of peace, I erased myself.

… Then one day, I found you. And it started all over again… "

[ The pretty rose wilted and died, just as your voice faded and silenced ]
…my one and only…
[ its thorns remain to protect a fresh new bud, that one day will flower ]

"..This level is filled with doors. These doors lead to many places,
hidden places..."

That was the quote I was talking about. During that scene they talk about how difficult it is to even access these doors, that it takes a lot of effort to accomplish such a simple thing as opening a door.

In your life you'll come across many doors, some you will be able to open quite easily and others you will have to work at to reach and step through. Maybe you will have found a door by accident. Or you will have searched for a long time and wonder if you're ready for what's on the other side....

But I'm much better at being silly, so I'll leave the deeper philosophical issues to those who can actually handle them =^_^=

Sports

I've never played a sport 'professionally' because I hate taking what could be a relaxing recreational thing, and see it turned into seriously stressed out competition. All the fun is just drained out of it when you freak out over whether you win or lose a game. Otherwise I would've loved to play volleyball, it was the only sport I attended during the last year of PE in school (so basically I attended 3-4 classes in one year) *giggles*

There was a summer when I did 'soccer camp'. It sounds flashy, but all I did was cross the road to the towns soccer field *lol* It was fun though, since we were taught all the basics and how to actually play the game (instead of just being given a ball and kick on it, heh). And it was kept at a fairly lose pace, meaning most people concentrated on having a good time and getting better acquainted with the sport.

As for watching and following sports, I started doing that to get a chance to spend some time with my dad. I'd sit down and watch whatever game was on telly with him. During one World Cup (soccer), I bought this sticker album. Dad helped me get stickers and we'd fill in the scores together. When I got a little older I'd go to ice-hockey games with him and my older sister, who was rather fanatic about her favourite team, hehe.

But I've never really applied myself to follow any sport properly, over many years. I tend to slip in to different sports and follow them more or less enthusiastically for a shorter period of time and then move on to the next one. Or leave it completely *lol*
Last summer I followed the Swimming in Barcelona pretty intensively. I'm usually not very patriotic about my country's teams, which was probably for the best. Sweden didn't do very well, haha. The Australian and American teams were much more interesting to follow... at least the men's team...

The only time I really root for Sweden is in Handball. Now there's a sport that I can follow easily. It's fast paced and the periods are short enough to keep my drifting attention span *lol*
Also, Sweden's team captain is one funny fella and the team has some really great players. Though some are getting a bit old and will probably quit (or have quit). Seeing them gone will be weird at first, but there are plenty of younger talents ready to jump in, which I noticed when I caught a game yesterday.

It was the finals of 'Challenge Cup' (a European tournament), between a local Swedish team and a local French team. I missed most of the first period, but the second one was gold. Top quality with beautiful goals/saves/passes, contained adrenaline and not to mention that the Swedes were ripping up the French pretty badly in the second half-time, hehehehe. The French were good, but they were kind of foul most of the time (they kept shoving their hands in people's faces, among other things). I know that you have to be a bit rough to play the game sometimes, but I'd rather see a team win on skills and finesse *nods*

There's a game on Tuesday, not far from where I live, with the team that won. I'm thinking about going ~_^

.... I really had no idea I was into sports as much as I am, haha ....

I couldn't find any decent pictures, so here's a short clip on how it looks.

Windows and doors

I was watching Hook last night and what Peter (Robin Williams) said about the windows really made me jump to attention. In the beginning of the movie he says to his son: "What did I tell you about the windows ? Always keep them shut !".

In other words, he is shutting out life and opportunities. But also the world inside of him (memories specifically). By closing the 'windows', he distanced himself to what they gave to him when they were open (the kids/wife, etc).

When I thought about it some more, I remembered the scene in Matrix Reloaded, where the Keymaker talks about all the doors (my favourite scene in the whole movie, possibly). How there were many doors, … Bah, I can't remember the exact quote. I'll look it up *nods* Or maybe someone else can fill in the blank ? ~_^

My point is: doors and windows are alike. Though windows give you the ability to look through them before doing anything. Unlike doors, which you usually look at, before stepping through or closing. Some doors/windows need to be closed, as a sign of moving on (even if they brought something wonderful into your life, when they were first opened).
And at the same token, if you look too hard on any of the two … you might miss out on something even greater.

At the end of Hook, Peter has changed quite dramatically. He's no longer afraid, nor does he run from what he fears. He keeps the windows open…

Eck, I could've said that better. It didn't come out as I planned … but there you have it. I think you all got what I was trying to say ^__^

Another silly post, from an equally silly person ;)

Oh, right. I promised to post up the result of the quiz thingy *looks for it*

I awarded points a bit differently in this one, adding more points in various places. The more silly approaches got a higher score on the first two questions, but then it appears I changed it. And changed it back again with others ^_^;;;; I've never had a great sense of consistency >_>;

1. If someone were to pinch/grab my ass, how would I react ?

Shout for everyone to hear "Hands off pal !" >:o 5p
I would turn around, grab their ass and say "Thank you" ~_^ 10 p
The person obviously mistook my ass for another, so I pretend it didn't happen. 5p
I had no idea my ass was that big -_-;;;

It all depends on the situation and who the hand belonged to. If it were some creepy sleaze, then I probably would react according to the first option. If some cute stranger did it, I'd think it was an accident. And if someone I knew better did it, then I might go with the playful second option :p

2. What compliment am I most likely to give to a guy ?

Nice Pants ~_^ 10 p
Dude, that's a nice car !
You smell/feel really nice =^_^= 5 p
*squeal* U r soooo adorable *squeal*

I obviously take notice of the pants *lol* Not to mention it's not too embarrassing to say/hear.
I'm very sensitive to how things feel and smell, though. So it's more likely that I'd say that their scent or touch is appealing =^_^=

3. I would prefer to...

Tickle 5 p
Grope
French kiss *slobber*
Cuddle and kiss 10 p

Groping would create some good laughs, but I'm not a groping person. Tickle fights are always fun, but I'd probably lose repeatedly due to my sensitivity ^_^;

4. How far would I let you go on a first date ?

You mean I would stop you ?
I'm a date, not a street girl -_- 5p
First base (kiss) 10 p
Far enough to make you want more 5 p

This required me to think about actually going on a date, which ..... *gestures* But I think a kiss is enough for a first date. To me anyway, heh.

*looks at points awarded* Maybe they're all a bit contradictory to each other, but at the same time not... In a way, they all work together.

Let's move on before I get too philosophical over this one :p

5. What would I want as an anniversary gift ?

Something expensive and shiny, preferably from Tiffany's
A tender kiss and soft spoken words of affection 10 p
That you remind me a week before, so I can think of something to give you 10 p
I've always wanted the moon and unless you can go without, you'll get it for me >:o

A persons love would be the greatest gift I could be given in the first place, so *nods* (and let's face it, I would probably crack first if I held out *LOL*.... hrm. Let's get back to the quiz results, shall we ? >_>;;)

6. If I had a stressful day at work/school, what would you do to help me unwind ?

Bring out the PS2 and challenge me to a game of Tekken (you might even offer to/let me beat you) 5 p
Look at me worriedly and ask "Had a rough day ? ^_^;;; " while planning your escape to the weekly poker game
You would tell me that I deserve it for breaking free from the stove.
Give me a massage 10 p

Massage all the way. But playing a violent video game would probably help too *giggles*

7. What liquid would match my personality (in my opinion) ?

Lava 10 p
Water 5 p
Milk 5 p
Sweat 5 p

Ehm... *LOL*... The hormones were raging when I did this, remember ? Yeah, lava.
Milk would be my second choice, but due to my 'increased points system' the others were awarded 5 points too, heh

8. Which is the sexiest accent *ever* ?

Russian
Australian 10 p
British 10 p
American 10 p
I have to choose just 1 ?! Ok… Australian…no, British… though American accents are rather attractive as well… Oh, the agony of narrowing it down ! ;_; - 10 p

What can I say, I love accents *smiles sweetly* The more I thought about it, I realised I couldn't narrow it down to just one. Though I can't help but think that a Russian accent is more funny, than it is attractive *hides*

9. What is my favourite word to use when naughty situations occur ?

YES ! 5 p
Nooooooooo !
Naughty ~_^ 10 p
Rawr 10 p

I think I use Rawr more than Naughty, but naughty is such a fun word *giggles*

10. How much did this help in ridding my hormones for Spring ?

... I think I need surgery to get rid of anything -_-;; 10 p
Immensely. You are now perfectly innocent ^_^;;
It would've helped, but I got lost in the motions while doing it >>;;; 5 p
... You mean this had a purpose ? O.o;;; 5 p

I think the options speak for themselves, haha.

Thanks again Everyone, for playing along ;)
You've been a wonderful participating crowd ^___^

RAWR !

Yes, I've spent the last couple of days feeling miserable. I was planning on copying and pasting stuff to pretend I wasn't going through this avoidant and absent mood.

BUT NO MORE !

Hehehehehehehe--- *cough* ^_^;;;

Ok, so it's almost 10 pm over here. My sister came home unexpectedly (at least it was since I'd forgotten she was coming home *LOL*) at 6 pm and asked me if I wanted to go see "STAMP", which is a Danish group performing STOMP *grins furiously*

If you don't know what STOMP is.... then you obviously don't *gestures dismissively*

At first I was simply happy that she was home and didn't plan on going, since I wasn't feeling too well. The thought of wild bashing of various objects and sweet music created by "noise", soon changed my mind >:D

I had a great time !

It was only two men and one woman (she came from Brazil originally, ay caramba !) but they did splendidly *nods feverishly* At one point the audience was included, at least we were given permission to join :p My section did the hand and feet thing (Queen, you know ?) and then there were two other sections doing something else. With surprisingly little effort the entire auditorium created a symphonic masterpiece, conducted by the group ^____^

One of their performances strongly reminded me of a track from a video game, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out which one *pulls hair* I bought a CD they sold after the show, so hopefully it'll be included there. Hehe, I shook the guys hands and thanked them for a fantastic evening and when I went up to the girl, she pulled me into this huge hug and thanked me *lol* She was so bubbly and happy, I couldn't help but to laugh and feel overwhelmingly happy ^__^

When we returned home, it took us a while to calm down. Hehehe.

*inhales and gestures wildly* Next time there is a STOMP show in Sweden, I am soooooo not gonna miss it !

Take Care Everyone !
I Wuv you all :-*
