To sir, with love
Arrr, today I got some exercise done and it felt good. Even better to take a long shower afterwards. Mmmm, nice.
After not doing much for at least a week (though it's probably more than that) I thought it'd be a lot harder to get started, but thankfully it wasn't. Even managed to push myself a little harder, going faster on the bike and doing a few more sit-ups ^_^
Not to fret about me going too far with this, because compared to Ben ... I'm barely doing light-weight exercise :p
The gym doesn't attract me, so if the time comes to add more effort and focus on muscle groups, I'll just use the work-out machine that we bought a few years back. And walking is something that should be a part of my daily routine .... but one thing at a time, ey ? ~_^
Strike a pose !
It struck me that I need to practice some more with my camera, but it's not easy to find visual scenery around here that would make for good targets. I tried stalking my skateboarding neighbour, but gave up pretty quickly >>;;;
Then yesterday, or possibly the day before that, I took a silly picture of Schnookums. It turned out really well and the idea formed to put him in different settings, with varying light, to get a better feel for the camera ^_^

Well, Schnookums is also trying to be fit and sometimes fight me over the equipment. But he grows tired rather quickly and sneaks off to work on his tan.
Lately he's been getting itchy feet and can often be seen carrying around my suitcase, staring longingly into the distance. It'll usually go over if I give him a lift on my bike.
(And yes, I can see that some people will think of Panda right now. But I'd like you to think of this as a tribute, rather than a rip-off. Because it's not meant to ride on the success of Panda and her panda-ness, even if that is a pretty good wave to catch ~_^)
EDIT: I was talking to Sennen the other night and we got onto the subject of cereal. Specifically, Cap'n'Crunch. It's not sold around here anymore, which is a shame since it was my favourite cereal .... the only cereal I ate, haha. So I've decided that, if possible, I shall scout around and try to get my hands on a box or two. Somehow. Some way.
