First off, a little something for Boba:

"Always something there to remind me"

"While the rest of the world is speculating in whether or not John Kerry has cheated on his wealthy wife or not, I wonder why no one has noticed that the man challenging Bush wears a ridiculous resemblance to the composing genius that is Burch Bacharach.
The look-a-like-revelation is even more interesting when you realise that probably no one would have been surprised if it really was original-Burt campaigning.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger could become governor, Clint Eastwood mayor, Sonny Bono a congressman and Ronald Reagan president – then why shouldn't a man who's been awarded with the Polar prize, endeared the masses with his chart topping songs and has a photogenic smile, run for presidency ?

Thanks to lyricist Hal David, Bacharach already has several well established and steely sharp slogans.

While Arnold and Clint have taken the route of macho grunting "Hasta la vista, baby !" and "Go ahead punk, make my day !"; and John Kerry is campaigning with the pompous "The courage to do what's right for America"; Burt would be able to plea to a war sick world with "What the world needs now is love", discuss the infrastructure with "Trains and boats and planes", suck up to the Christian groups with "I say a little prayer" and show that he's in touch with his voters with a sweet "Close to you".

If he does a slight modification to his songs, he could also comment on an eventual election defeat with the nonchalant "A White House is not a home".
It probably wouldn't even be in his disadvantage that nearly everyone associates him with the slightly embarrassing and ignorant "Do you know the way to San José ?".

Lacking in the field of geography has up till this day never stopped anyone from becoming President of the Unites States of America."

Sorry for my sloppy translation ^_^; But I think the overall message got through, right ? I also hope that this makes up for depriving you of your pants ~_^

My hand feels a lot better today, thanks to everyone for kissing/whishing is better ^__^
(Arcadia is pure magic people ~_^ )

It's a lot easier tapping away on the keyboard when you've got both hands fully functioning.
So hopefully I won't be having any more accidents, or more inflamed fingers *rolls eyes and looks at hands warily*

What else...

I picked up my newly developed (heh) photos and had a quick look-through. I might be able to find something to post here, I'll have to mess about with it in PhotoStudio first though. They're obviously not very good, seen from a professional point of view – but I had fun running around with the camera ^__^

I think that's it for today. Or at least for now ^_^;

Take Care Everyone !
Remember that People and Objects are only as much fun as you make of them ^_^
