I take the time to say ..... [Edited]

My mom's sister is having heart surgery today. She's had a heart murmur (I think it was) all her life, but for some reason or another the doctors decided that surgery was now inevitable.

She has a husband, daughter and twin boys, and I am certain that her mother (my grandma) would not get by without her.

Hopefully it'll go just fine, but it is heart surgery. It's surgery, period.

Grandma told mom that the surgery went ok and that they're keeping her in a respirator (standard procedure) until tomorrow. So far so good ^_^

Thanks for all the thoughts/prayers. I am beyond grateful to be part of this wonderful community *wipes tear*
