Day 2 of no chocolate
Evil: Eeeehehe, one could hope :p And thanks, you saucy sweetie.
Molly: Strangely enough, the bigger packs weren't always more economic. A big pack of rice cost the same as two smaller ones (which equals the size of a big one). I'll try to translate my findings into English, soon!
Shanny: XD Maybe that's my future career! Hehe. There's a pretty big super-store in the town were moving to, so I'm gonna hafta make a trip there with my super-dandy list ~_^
Pyro: That's comforting to know. Not that long books are scary, though ^_^;
Tell me about it. "This might come in handy some day. Oh, this I gotta have" and so on. You end up with things you never knew you'd ever need, and more candy than you should eat >>;
John: I'm the drunk supermodel and you're the bush =D
Easy on the compliments there, bucko -^_^-
Uh-oh. Dad pointed me out to a 'free-to-download and customize' calendar this guy had made and instead of shamelessly doing so, I opt to meticulously copy it from scratch =D It's not as noble or whatever as it sounds. I simply couldn't get it to bend to my will properly :p
The Grocery Experiment is nearly done, from the looks of it. After the new calendar project is complete, I shall attempt to break it down into understandable English *trembles at daunting task* At least I'm not bored stiff XD
Apart from playing around in Excel/Database, I've studied my work/study options a bit further. Suddenly everything is clearer and tangible, which is surprising. From expecting to despair with angst-ridden panic, I've been pleasantly surprised as to how optimistic my future actually is/can be/will be. Mimmi is not a lost case, gasp!
(By all realistic likeliness it won't be a dance on fine-woven silk but that's ok.)
There's even the possibility to go abroad to study/work. Finding links to the UK wasn't hard, though the amazing thing is I found a link to information about doing the same in Australia! England or Australia, both possible destinations =D
But don't worry because that isn't likely to happen;
I'm only daydreaming here! >:o
Breathe again, please -.-;;
Ehum. It makes me bubbly and happy to finally be able to grasp the idea that so many have tried to make me see: I've got potential to do almost anything. When you have no idea what you want out of life, it doesn't matter how convincing someone sounds as they say that. Until you've got some faint notion of which direction to take, you're blind.
The prospect of living by myself has gone from "XD!!! As if that would ever happen" to a "Totally doable, shock :o", although I'd honestly rather room with someone than be totally on my own, heh. |
