hello^^
hello everyone!^^i'm so happy that track started yesterday^^but i'm in so much pain ,my legs really hurt!we had to do like 20 suicides and 10 slides(which are like suicides but at every line you stop and do 10 push ups run backtounch the next line and then 10 crunches!)but this year seemed way easier then last year.Oh and we had to do army crawls!to raise our endurance(the coach said)but really i think it's for their amusement^^
