Breaking News! *news music plays*

Minako (insert last name here) here with the latest news on my internet situtation. It appears to be that I have gotten a computer in my own room, every day. Thus causing massive updates every day to my various websites, to be listed at the end of this newscast. (Insert mass jubilation here) Heh heh, that was fun. If you didn't "catch my drift" in the newscast, I have a computer now, and I'll probably be on it everyday now. However, it's a modem so it's fairly slow. Meh, I have the internet, all is well with the world for the moment. So, yes, I have Orientation tomorrow. I'm excited, yet nervous. Yes, most of the students there are a year younger than me, (that doesn't bother me) but it's just the fact that school is starting so soon. It just feels like an eternal summer, and I'm coming home...like I'm going to school in the states, but alas...I'm half-way across the world with a return ticket dated on June 6th* (*date likely to change.)...OF NEXT YEAR. *sigh* I still have a mini-trip to Helsinki to see my dear friend I met at a Finnish language camp on Saturday (It's her birthday and I'm not necessarily leaving on Saturday...), and if plans go well, to meet SamSandy too. (See my "Friends" drop-down box.)I'm very excited for that. *giggle* Anywho, I still have to call my cousin(?) He's my dad's cousin so I don't know what to call him...I've decided to take a train, but I don't have the time schedule on me. I'll have to ask my grandma for that. Yeah. Maybe I'll call tomorrow, after the school-orientation-thing. *shrugs* That's about it. I'll be posting my websites if you want to check them out (have I already done that?) I'm back...for now

Hello again! I got a chance at the computer so I'm updating! Well, there's nothing much new except that I'm back here in my "hometown" for the moment, and school is starting very soon! I have an "informational meeting" for newcoming students on Monday (I figure it's like an orientation.), and on Thursday, August 12th, I start school. However, I will be making a stop-over in Helsinki, so SamSandy, expect a pm via OB soon, ok? (if he sees this...) Sara, I sent you a letter today. It will be in the same package as Comrade's, so don't be startled if you see two names on it! You are a Grammar German speaking, Nazi, camp counselor! A.K.A: a Grammar Hildegard. (I bet you'll be cracking up on this!) For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, don't worry about it. It's sort of an inside joke... Anywho, that's about it for me. Hello. Alas, Tomorrow morning I am leaving my little Internet-haven here in Jyväskylä! I have thoroughly enjoyed having the internet everyday, but I dread going back to not having it. *sob* I will TRY to survive. *sniffles* Heh heh Anywho, nothing much new. I went shopping with my 12 year old cousin today. It was..*cough*...ok. She just kept bragging and bragging. I replied, "Really? Oh. I see, etc." Don't you hate people that brag too much? Grr. Anywho, nothing much else new. I'm just doing a post on all of my sites before I have to leave in the morning. *sigh* Take care my friends, for tomorrow is another day. Live like there's no yesterday. I got that quote from my dear friend Sara. She wrote it in my yearbook, but I don't know if she got it from somewhre or made it up. It's still a good quote though.    Hola.

Hi. Tis I, back from a weekend away...(More like a day) to bring some news. The wedding went...ok if anyone was wondering. Kind of boring, but ok. I went to this biiiig store today, that had little stores in it! (It's not a mall!) But I got a personalized baseball cap with "MINAKO" across the front. Thus, if you see a girl, walking around in Finland, with a blue baseball cap with my myO name in silver letters, you're probably looking at me. Heh heh. Oh yes, I will also be posting some art here today. (Also at deviantart.com at the name dark-raven06) Stay tuned for that. Well, that's about it for me. No really big rants today. My quote for today is from Teen Titans, the episode, "Date with Destiny." In said episode, Robin is forced to take a girl, Kitten, to her Junior prom and beleive me, he doesn't want to. Hi. I decided that red text would be easier to read...yeah. I'm not in a really happy mood, but I'll try my best. For my banner AND/OR BUTTON, makers: Liam: A banner is like a big button. And I would like one of...hmm...haven't really thought of it...perhaps one Nick Wolfood from Trigun or one of Robin from Witch Hunter Robin or for more inspiration, any character will do, go to "My Favorite Anime." Hi! *waves frantically* Has anyone else noticed the new private messaging feature? I think it's an über spiffy idea! (I probably shouldn't use über because it means "about." Sara would scold me! *laughs*) Ghosthero Yes, Finland is very cool, and I'm enjoying it! Well, today I have more shopping (*teehee*) and that's about it. Hello! Tis I, Minako, back with another post! Nothing really much of interest happened today...I got a new sketchbook and some colored pencils, so if I do some scanning, expect to see some colored art! ^_~ I spent money...and lots of it...(for me at least). I was in Tampere, a bigger city here in Finland, so I was shopping. Heh heh. That's about it. I have a very good quote from Inuyasha to share with you! It's from the episode, "The Flesh Eating Mask" or something of the sort, and Souta is talking with Inuyasha at the end. Souta: I have a new hero and I bet you can't guess who!! Inuyasha: Damn. *Sigh of relief* I'm ACTUALLY able to get onto the internet! (at least for a few days) Alas, I am at my beloved Aunt's house with her husband and lovely 6 month old daughter. Their internet is free so I can be online for as long as I want! *evil laugh* Ahem... Oh have I missed myO! I miss checking up on people's sites everyday! *sob* Hopefully I get a (sort of) permanent computer in my room soon, so I can keep up with all the sites that I have! I also don't have a scanner, but I do see one here next to the computer! *rubs chin* hmm...MAYBE I can borrow it! heh heh. I've drawn a new page of my little comic. It doesn't have anything to do with the page that is up now, but I got inspiration from my little cousins. Hopefully, I am able to use their scanner. That's about it for me. I'm BAACK! Ok, not funny. I actually got access to a computer and now I'm updating all of my sites! *phew* Sara The time difference, from Central time is 8 hours ahead and could you please go onto the OB and pm me your mailing address? I don't have it! Thank you! Everything's ok but the kids are getting close to irritating. I'm just used to being alone, and BAM! There are 3 kids that want you to see what they're doing AT THE SAME TIME! *grr* Heh. Oh Well. On the 18th I'm going to a Stevie Wonder concert, big whoop. I'm not a huge fan of his but hey, I can get away for a while. On the 19th, I'm headed to Jyväskylä to visit my dad's family. It'll be nice to see my 6 month old cousing, Siiri.
