Tis I, Minako, again with my promised rant about my Photoshop Elements.
My PSE is an alright program. I can do layers, and color very primitively. (See my CG's in my gallery) However, on deviantART.com, I found a tutorial, and it required the "stamp tool." Lo and behold! PSE doesn't have the stamp tool! I was very upset and I came to a startling conclusion. I don't have Photoshop. I have Photoshop Elements. I.E. Elements of Photoshop. It's not that I don't like it! It's great for resizing and the basic things I need to do. However, for more complex coloring techniques, it doesn't live up to it's Photoshop name.
So if you plan on buying Photoshop (which I do sometime in the future when I need it..) make sure the box says Photoshop not Photoshop Elements.
