Obsessing Over The Tsubasa-ness
Today, I counted all of my Tsubasa wallpapers, and I have over 100! I'm actually not sure over the exact number (somewhere around 105), but still! That's a lot, half of all my wallpapers! I should give myself a round of applause! lol

In other Tsubasa news, I tried to download the first episode again, but it was going to take too darn long, so I gave up. :( Sorry tangertine! Thanks for trying to help, anyway. You're a good friend!
But! I did download the opening theme song from the same site, and I'm in the process of downloading the ending song. ^_^ So, at least I'll have those to listen to over and over again until I can buy the first Tsubasa DVD! lol

Whelp, today, I had to take a chemistry test. *sighs* I hate chemistry so much! I don't know why we're required to take it for college... it's extremely annoying!
On my last chemistry test, I missed 9 out of 15 of the questions. It's all those stupid conversions you have to do! You know, from nm to m, grams to liters... etc. I'm not very good with those, and my last test had a lot of that conversion crap in it. Geez... I hope I did better on the test I took today. I can only hope!
I think I did do better, 'cause there wasn't that much converting in it. ^_^ I'm good with all other questions that don't involve converting, so yay for me! lol

[I Like Cheese]
Oh my... I'm happy right now. Want to know why, boys and girls? Because my wallpapers have been getting tons and tons of downloads ever since the Tsubasa hub has been up. Seriously, over the past few days, I've gotten almost 200 new downloads per day. Tis awesome! Makes me all tingly inside.
In fact, a couple days ago, my wallpapers got over 8000 downloads, and now they already have close to 600 more! Wow.... I don't think I'll ever get used to this... I doubt it'll last long, though. -__-; Oh well!

I'm not sure if there are any Tsubasa DVDs out yet. There might be some soon, I'll have to check...

I also fixed my intro bit. The images I had up there were too big, it was kind of annoying me. So, I made little buttons that will take you to the full-sized images if you click them. Now, my intro looks much cleaner! ^_^ (I have a sort of pet peeve about that. Eheh...)

Now, I Know What You're All Thinking...
"How can she be on right now? Isn't she supposed to be at her grandparents?"

Well, YES! I was going to go to my grandparent's house, but something came up... or, rather, something died. Let me explain.

This morning, my whole family was all ready to go. We got our stuff together; our overnight bags... our manga (*cough* >.>). We had to take two cars: the van, to carry a bunch of stuff, and our dog; and my mom's car. Before we left, the van died on us. I dunno if it was the car's battery, or some other doo-hicky, either way... no one could drive it at that moment.

So, we waited around a bit, to let it recharge, to see if we could still take it. But, alas... twas not meant to be...

Since we couldn't take the van, we either had to have four out of six of us go in Mom's car, or take two cars (my mom's and the corvette).
Now, before I go on, I just want to say... don't think we're rich 'cause we have three cars! We're just upper-middle class.

Ahem... to continue.
And also, our dog (Nicodemus, Nick for short) couldn't go with us, because he wouldn't be able to fit in either of our cars. So, one or two of us would have to stay home to take care of him, and whatnot.
(I can already hear the wheels turning in your heads. Heheh...)

In the end, Eric and I stayed home, and the others left in my mom's car.

I'm glad I was able to stay home, 'cause I had some chores to do (mainly laundry... bleh!). At the same time, I'M SO LONELY! My brother's been in his room pretty much all day (like always), so I've had no one to talk to. PLUS! I've had to take care of Nick all day... lazy ass brother... *pouts*

Heh, I was so lonely, I called my mom's cell phone. I just really wanted to hear their voices again! I swear, tears were in my eyes when Ducky got on the phone. *sniff* I dunno how I'll endure another day!

...

Anywho! On the bright side, I was able to make three new Tsubasa wallpapers today, AND I changed my theme to Tsubasa as well. Heheh... I know I said I'd do Lufia, but I changed my mind, gashsplurnit!

Also, an AWESOME episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender was on earlier. Of course, they're all awesome... simply 'cause of the bending that goes on. Seriously, all of you out there who are reading this need to watch that show! It's on Nickelodeon, new eps Friday nights at 8:00 PM.

Then when I got on about an hour ago, I checked my wallpapers, and they had gotten at least 200 more downloads! Wow... that's very good! ^^

Man, I was so busy earlier, moving all of my Tsubasa wallpapers from "Miscellaneous Anime" to "Tsubasa". It took me hours! I have at least 85 Tsubasa wallpapers now...
Heh, I found it humorous that, before I started transferring my papers over, there were two pages of wallpapers in the Tsubasa section; when I was done, there was 9 (10 after I submitted my new ones).

*sigh* I'm still bored... nothing to do! Aiyaa! There's are TVs, video games, manga, books, DVDs, and plenty of other stuff to do, yet I'M BORED! Ugh...
So lonely... I'm so lonely... (song reference)

Okay... Quick Post!
Remember that post I made, about a week ago? The one where I said, "I'm all nervous and excited, but I can't tell you why"?

Well! I was excited and nervous 'cause I had submitted a Tsubasa:RC quiz to theOtaku! ^^ And, I didn't want to tell you guys about it until it got approved. Hee, and it was! And there's also a Tsubasa hub! *dances* I'm so happy! I can't BEGIN to tell you! All that crap from earlier, GONE! I'm too happy to care about some dude who really wants my picture!

That's all I wanted to say. Heh...
Well, I will miss you all over the next two days! Ta!

Must... Update!
Whelp, I'm forcing myself to update today, since I won't tomorrow and most likely won't Saturday as well. Bleh...

I forgot to mention this in my last update, but my Fullmetal Alchemist wallpaper (the super popular one) has gotten over 200 downloads now. VERY good indeed. ^_^ I hope it gets up to 400 eventually! Hee...
And, you know how I said I'd start making Lufia wallpapers Saturday? Well, I think I'll submit a few today. It's really easy, actually. Usually, I'd need to find a picture of the character I'd want, erase the background, then paste it onto a new background image. The whole erasing part takes an hour at the least, so it takes a long time to make good wallpapers. BUT! This time, I've found character pictures that make it very easy for me to "erase" the background. ^^ Heheh, no work at all, really! Just have to find a suitable background image!

I'll also probably change my theme to suit what type of wallpapers I'm making at the moment. Makes sense, right? I've been making FFVII papers, and that's been my theme, so why not change it now? I've had this one for almost two weeks now (I think). And, even though I love it, I just want a change.

Now, to something of importance! WARNING: This is an extremely long rant! Proceed with caution!

See, there's this guy that I talk to once in awhile on MSN messenger, who I met on a forum. He's nice enough, but a couple nights ago he creeped me out. He asked me "do you think I'm hot?" Now, this made me uncomfortable... I tried to be polite though, so I said, "Well, I've never seen a picture of you before."
That was mistake number #1.
He then sent me two pictures of him, and again asked me if I thought he was hot. This is were I started to get creeped out. I just said, "You are pretty handsome."
^ Mistake #2, right there.
THEN! He asked me for my pictures! Whoa! Dude, NO!
Again, I tried to be polite by making up (valid) excuses not to send him my picture, but he kept pushing it.
Now, keep in mind, I was already thoroughly creeped out, and now he was really bothering me.
So, I just outright said, "I don't want to send it to you." But, he prodded me some more about it. Then, I got angry at him, and pretty much said, "I already said I didn't want to, you should respect that instead of pushing it."
Thankfully, he got off after that, because "he'd never seen me so defense before!" (And yes, he did say defense instead of defensive.)

You think that would be enough, but NO! Just today, not too long ago, we "chatted" again. He started out with saying "hi, how are you?" And I said, "good, I guess..."
Then, him being the idiot that he is, said that I must be really insecure if I wouldn't send him my picture. Oh, you KNOW I hate that! I am NOT insecure about my looks! I don't care that much at all about it! And that's exactly what I told him. You could just tell I was pissed!
He said something about, "if you're not insecure, post your pic on AC (the forum I met him on)"
I didn't want to, and he probably already knew that. Yet, he kept pushing it! Geez, can't he just believe me when I say I'm not an insecure person?
Before anything else could be said, I signed out of MSN messenger. I'm still pissed at him. Although, you gotta look at it from his perspective... I would right now, but I'm just too angry (and that's a perfectly valid excuse!).

*sigh* Anyway, just had to get that off my chest. Thanks to anyone who read all that.

Kiss - Kuchizuke by L'Arc~en~Ciel
Heh, I really like that song. ^_^ It reminds me of Trigun, for some reason.

I joined yet another club!
Errr, village... umm, anyway, if you look in my intro, you'll know what I mean! The idea for it was a very good one, indeed. Just PM SsaiyanShinobi if you're interested in joining, or check out her MyO journal for info on it (she just recently posted about it).

Well, I now have a pretty good idea what character series (wallpaper-wise) that I'm doin' next. I made a poll on a forum about it, and I put up five options that I would like to make wallpapers for. And, Lufia won.
~For those of you who don't know, Lufia is a very fun video games series (up to III anyway, I haven't played IV however). The first game was for the Super Nintendo, as was the second one. The third is for Game Boy Color. I have II and III, and they're both fun. I just wish my SNES was working, so I could re-play Lufia II.

Anyway, I'll probably start making Lufia wallpapers Saturday. Tomorrow, I'm gonna make a Sephiroth wallpaper, therefore ending my FFVII paper series. Then, my family's going up to help my grandparents' move Friday, and we won't be back till at least Saturday afternoon (maybe later).

By the way, if any of you want your buttons on my site, please leave the code or URL for it in your comment or in a PM. Heh, ^_^ Steptoussai asked the same thing in her journal, so I'm sort of copying her. Eheh...

And another thing. My wallpapers reached 7000 downloads. Very good indeed! I hope to reach the next 1000 very soon! All I gotta do is keep making wallpapers... shouldn't be too hard, right? As long as I make cheapo ones once in awhile. *rolls eyes*
Ya know, the wallpapers that I take an hour or more on making don't get nearly as many as the ones where I take 5-10 minutes to make. I find that a bit discouraging. *sighs* Oh well, I'll still make the one hour wallpapers, just 'cause I feel proud of myself every time I make one. ^_^

Little Asian Children
Someday... I swear, I'm gonna marry an Asian man, so I can have cute little asian children.
Really! No laughing now! I'm quite serious about this. (Well, not very serious...)
When I was at the mall yesterday, I saw several adorable asian kids. Ohhhh! I want one! Or two, or even four!
Have you seen these little darlings? They're adorable! Oh me, oh my! I'm gonna have one someday, I will! They're too cute...

Man, last night's anime was very sad. I cried on Fullmetal Alchemist. It was SO sad! I don't cry very easily, but... this was too much. My sister saw it coming, too. *sniff* Awww man...
Ghost in the Shell was pretty sad too. Not cry-worthy for me, but still pretty sad. I wonder... does this mean the series is almost over? Or even already ended? I dunno...
(POOR TACHIKOMAS!!)

Well, let's get away from all that sadness!
I found the coolest Final Fantasy VII wallpaper, of Vincent, today. Just a few minutes ago, in fact. I'll probably make it my background in a matter of days. Heheh... although, I do like my theme now.
Anyway, speaking of FFVII, I'm over halfway done making the character wallpapers. I made a Tifa one today, and yesterday I made a bad-ass one of Red XIII (he's always bad-ass lookin', though).
Once I'm done making character wallpapers for FFVII, I'll need a new series to make wallpapers for... what do you guys want? Hmm? Of course, I'll still make Tsubasa wallpapers, but do you want anything else? I will make it, if one series (of anime, manga, or video games) gets enough votes...

How Was My Day, You Ask?
Where should I start?
Well... I was able to find all the manga I wanted, and more. I got:

Naruto, vol. 6
Bleach, vol. 6
Tsubasa:RC, vol. 5
Ranma 1/2, vol. 22 & 23

And, I also got the first volume of the Full Metal Alchemist manga. Heheh... I couldn't help it! It was just sitting there, waiting for me to buy it! I haven't read it yet (the only manga I have read so far is Tsubasa XP), but I will soon! Probably later tonight, after I've read the Naruto manga....

ANYWAY! Manga wasn't the only thing I got at the mall! I also found this super cool bag. Oh my! It's very cool, I must take a picture of it sometime, to show to you all. It has this really neat pattern on it, tis all oriental and stuff (has dragons on it! Wheet-whooo!).
I bought new headphones, too. Needed 'em, since my other ones broke on me (stupid pair of cheapos!). One needs headphones if they are to listen to their new L'Arc~en~Ciel CD. Yes, I have gotten that, just yesterday, in fact. Tis awesome. Still, the best song on there is READY STEADY GO. Meh, but I'm not complainin'. Heheh...
By the way, who here thinks that $20 is way too much for headphones? *raises hand* Tis too expensive.

Also, got something girly. Some pretty earrings. My mom gave me and Robin $100 each before we went shopping, and boy did we put that money to good use!
And, on top of that, she bought us all pedicures. Oh my... that's the best thing I've ever experienced! It was... delightful! Very relaxing, indeed. My feet have never looked prettier, too!

I've also realized something while shopping with my mom and sister. I'm a tomboy. I prefer to shop for manga and anime than shoes and jewelry. Meh...

Well, I'm very glad to be home. Twas a pretty exhausting day. Just having to be away from home for 7 hours will drain ya. ^_^ I'm happy to be on here now, updating my journal and working on wallpapers.

Speaking of which, I need to go finish that Red XIII wallpaper. >.> So, ta!

Thank Goodness It's Friday!
'Cause tomorrow, I get to buy manga! *dances* I'm so excited! I NEED to get the newest Naruto volume, and then I also need to get the next Bleach, and the next Tsubasa...
Aiyaa! I wish I had more money, so I could buy more manga! Heheh...
What I find weird is that I have a ton of relatives, LOTS! My dad is the youngest out of ten children, so I have lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. So, you'd think I'd get more birthday money every year. But nope! I only ever get some from my Uncle Lawrence and Aunt Beth (my uncle is my mom's younger brother, by the by), and some from my grandparents.
I don't mind it, I just find it a little strange. Heheh...

I submitted a very cool Aerith wallpaper today. I worked on it for over an hour, and it came out quite nicely. ^_^ I found the perfect background image for it. When I saw it, I knew I had to use it for an Aerith wallpaper! The background kind of looks like the life stream from FFVII, or it at least reminds you of it. So, yeah... I'm proud of it! ^^ Check it out, if you feel like it.

And... I suppose that's it. I can't think of anything else to ramble about, so... I'm letting you off easy today. Just be thankful for that!
