One More Rant To Go
>.> I knew I was forgetting something in yesterday's post...
Ahem...
To begin with, there are four kids in my family (including myself, of course). There's the eldest brother, Eric. Then there's the next eldest, my brother Kyle. After that, it's Ducky, then me. We each have a main job in the house. I have to clean dishes every day, Ducky vacuums the house every other day, Kyle washes then folds towels over the weekend, and Eric... you see, he has the easiest job in the whole house, out of all four of us kids. He just has to dump the cat litter. That only takes like, 2 minutes. Yet, he gets paid the same amount of money as the rest of us.
I can't really understand that. When it comes to dishes, you MUST wash them every day, whether you're in a big family or not. And a lot of the time, they'll pile up, even if you're a really good dishwasher... person. And it'll take awhile to clean all that.
With vacuuming, it takes around half an hour (at least) every time you do it. And towels will take all day to wash, dry, and fold.
But with cat litter... only 2 stinkin' minutes, every other day.
And ya know what really steams my broccoli? Eric doesn't even do his job regularly! He's SO LAZY! Of course, almost everyone in my family's lazy (except me, of course! >.>), but he's REALLY lazy! I mean, come on! Only TWO minutes to take out the litter, and he doesn't even do it when he should.
I've been able to limit Eric's "activities" to five main things:
Sleep
Eating
Playing Video Games
Doing College Junk
Bathroom Time
That pretty much sums it up.
*shakes head* Lazy, lazy, lazy... he's so spoiled, 'cause he's the first child. After he turned sixteen, on the next birthday, my mom would be like, "*sniff* My baby's growing up!" Yet, not with the rest of us!
Maybe, that chain will end with me, since I'm the last child, and my sixteenth birthday is coming up. I can only hope...
Well! Now that that's out of my system!
^^ I've made 12 Tsubasa:RC wallpapers in a row! HOO BOY! That's awesome! And there's more to come, be sure of that. I just found this awesome promotion picture for the anime, that I MUST make into a wallpaper! I'll probably submit it tomorrow, so look for it. v^.^
That's all for now (I think). Ta!

Be Nice, Society Already Sucks
I'm considering adopting my subject title as a motto of sorts. It's very true, society does suck. -__-;
I should thank my sister for introducing me to that little phrase...
Well, tis time for me to rant a bit. If you hate to read long rants, I'd advise skipping down a few paragraphs.
To begin with, I am SO sick of school! I really, really want spring break right now! It's not like school is really hard, of course not. But, it's just getting on my nerves... everyone needs a break from life now and then, right? Well, I NEED A BREAK!! GAH! I'm about to pull my hair out, I swear! The worst part is that my break isn't coming til April. That's still a couple weeks left until then. *sighs* Oy... I dunno how much I can take of the crappy Shorter Catechism book! AIYAAAAH!
I was in a real bad mood about all that earlier this morning, and I'm afraid my sister, Ducky, suffered a bit because of that. >.< Poor Ducky... she has to deal with my grumpiness a lot. Once in awhile, that happens to me, I just get real nasty towards everything and everyone. And at that point, I just need to be alone to fume for a bit. Ah well, I'm feeling better now, thank goodness. I think writing it out in here helps too.
As for the next rant, this involves the subject title. Tis quite true, really. Society DOES suck, big time. So many nasty, evil people in this world, ruining it for the rest of us. I can't help but say that, even if I might regret it later.
And there's such an emphasis on being skinny, too. Especially with women. They have to have big boobs, AND be skinny. BUT, the also need to have some muscle (or maybe not), and they need to have nice legs, and all this other crap. OY! I can't stand it!
Admittedly, I'm not the prettiest girl in the world. I'm not skinny, and I'm not very... ladylike, but that shouldn't matter! People should like you for who you are, NOT what you look like! That's possibly overrused, that one statement, but it's such a true one, I can't help but use it.
And for guys, they have to have muscles too, or it just won't do. Which SUCKS!! Tis a good thing there are people out there who don't judge someone by outer appearance, or we'd all be doomed. (I'd have more to say about guys and unfairness, but I've never been a guy, so... oh well.)
There are so many things in this world that just stink, it's overwhelming. Somehow, we must deal with it though. There is a lot of bad, but the good helps to bear it all.
Anyway, can't think of anything else I'd like to rant about... for now. SO! For all those that might've skipped my rants, YOU CAN READ FROM HERE!!
Well, I'd talk about my visit to my grandparents house, but it wasn't all that eventful. Just sat down and watched Myth Busters for a few hours, ate, then left. That pretty much summarizes it. But, there are a few things that are worth typing down.
My grandmother gave Ducky, Mom and me some of her jewelry... again. Tis sad, whenever that happens. You know why she's doing it... she thinks she could die any day now, so she wants to give us her belongings before she passes away. She's 73, but she had a big stroke around 10 years ago (maybe it was 9...), which weakened her a lot. It was because she smoked a lot, and for a long time. She'd been smoking since she was a teenager, and was addicted. I remember being a kid, visiting my grandparents, and the smoke would always get to me.
Before Nanny had her stroke, she could talk in complete sentences, use both sides of her body, cook, and play Monopoly with us kids (along with several other things). Now, it's hard to understand what she says anymore, one side of her body is paralyzed, she definitely can't cook either, and no more Monopoly. It's all very depressing.
And right now, she's in a lot of pain. She fell a few months ago, which really hurt her, and just recently, she fell again and got a cut on the side of her head. Her back is almost always in pain now. I wonder if she'll be better in time for my birthday... I hope so.
Please pray for her... I want her to be better, as soon as possible.

Hello all. ^_^
How is everyone? Hope you're all well.
Anywho, I suppose I shall make another Fai wallpaper today. >.> The last two times I made ones with him in it, they ended up getting lots of downloads. Better make the people happy then! lol
Also, as of this day, I have over 1400 downloads. ^_^ Very happy still, about all that. So glad that people still like my wallpapers, even if I use Paint (which shouldn't really make much of a difference).
On a different note, my brother is a jerk. -_-; I really can't understand him... he's always trying to annoy me, and get a rise out of me. I hate it. Just today, he insulted me by basically saying that I had no "real friends"... argh, it's enough to make me cry, and I'm not the crying type, believe me.
And you know what else? He's never once said that he loves me. *shakes head* Not once, and I just can't understand why. Even when I was being completely serious, and asked him if he loved me (in a brotherly way, of course), he didn't say anything... NOTHING!
See, what he can't seem to understand is girls need comfort. They need to know someone likes them and loves them. And not just girls, everyone needs that.
Even though he may get on my nerves, and doesn't even say he loves me, I still love him, and pray for him every night. I would hate to see him in any pain, or in any danger, so I pray that it won't happen to him.
I wish he would do the same for me...
Oh geez... I'm tearing up right now, just talking about it.
I gotta go, catch ya'll later.
NOTE: Won't be here tomorrow, have to visit my grandparents.
Ta!

Somebody, STOP ME!
v^.^ I've made FOUR Tsubasa:RC wallpapers in a row! Ah yeah! That's what I'm talkin' about!
Hee, they turned out to be quite good too. I wasn't sure if they would or not. o.O I'm quite surprised how popular the Fai one was, actually. Not that I'm complaining! XD
I just hope more people download the Kurogane one. >.< I LOVE KUROGANE!
Anyway, I suppose I'm taking Tsubasa requests. You know, if you want me to make a wallpaper of a certain character from Tsubasa, I will. Just ask for it. v^.^ I'd be more than willing to, trust me! I have quite a few pics, too... so, no worries! Besides, why would there be any worries?
Your an ice dragon! Congrats! Out of all the dragons, you are most powerful but do not like to show it. A rare and special creture, you have artistic style and are great at expressing yourself. You think friends and Familly are the most important, and are a hopeless romantic. But of course, as ice goes, you can be a little cold or harsh at times. But not to worry, you always apoligize later!
What elemental dragon are you? brought to you by Quizilla
Hee, this quiz reminded me of Kurogane's kudan from the whole Hanshin Republic part. ^^
That's all folks! Just this semi-pointless post! lol
Ciao darlings!

Who loves orange soda? I do, I do, I do, I DO-OOOO!
Hmmm... where should I start?
Well, just today, I got over 200 visits for my site. ^_^ That's pretty good, right? I'm happy about it, at least. Heh, I'm actually starting to get noticed around here. More people are signing my guestbook (not too much more, but still more), commenting on my wallpapers AND (hopefully) downloading them... and so on and so forth. Tis nice, that it is.
Also, I made a great discovery yesterday.
You see, I've been spending my money on manga for awhile now... ALL of my money on manga, really. I can't help it, I'm obsessed (Tsubasa: RC helps with that!). Unfortunately, I always had to go out of town to buy manga, since I live in a little suburban place. Twas annoying, but that need not happen anymore! For you see, after Ducky, Mom and I went working out yesterday, Mom had to stop by and pick up our pizza. There's a bookstore right nextdoor, and we had gone there before, Ducky and I, and there hadn't been manga there last time we checked (which was awhile ago). Except, this time, I saw something in there that said "Manga". Yes, I could see it from our car, which was parked at least 20 feet away. >.>
Anyway, we decided to investigate. At first, we couldn't see anything, so we walked around for awhile, and when we were looking at this one shelf, I said, "Too bad they don't have manga here..."
But then, I turned around, and right there was a shelf-full of them!
"HAAAA-lleluhia! Halleluhia!"
Not much manga, mind you, BUT ENOUGH FOR THIS GIRL! Finally! I don't have to leave town to get manga! Tis a miracle! Yippee! I can have the next Tsubasa: RC volume sooner! XD
I plan on going there soon, so I can buy more InuYasha manga. v^.^ Hee hee!
Lessee... what else? I know there's more...
Think, think, think... >.<
Oh yes! NOW I remember! More Tsubasa drabble! lol
Ack! I can't help it! I started re-re-re-re-reading the first volume yesterday. ^_^ It's just so gashsplurned cool! It's the perfect manga for me, fantasy with some angst and comedy mixed in!
Plus, Sakura and Syaoran are in it, and I was previously obsessed with Cardcaptor Sakura before Tsubasa.
Also, Kurogane's a hotty! XD
I can't wait till next month, when the fifth volume is released by DellRey manga! Tee hee!
I have to make a couple Tsubasa wallpapers now! Gotta go!
o.o Wow, lots of exclamation points in this post, huh?

I've Got A Lovely Bunch of Coconuts, Dee-duh-la-dee-dee!
Lion King rocks.
Anyway, thanks to everyone who congratulated me on the downloads. ^_^ Makes me very happy, that it does!
In fact, I've already gotten another 161 from just two days ago. o.O Don't know how it happened, really... I'm used to getting 40 every day, but not twice as much!
Well, guess I shouldn't complain, huh? XD
Anywho, I have an interesting little story to tell. Tisn't about me, but I saw it on TV, on one of those disaster shows, you know... where people tell stories about what's happened to them, then they advise you on what to do if you find yourself in that situation.
... yeah, anyway. One of the stories was about this woman and man, who were at sea (doing something, didn't see this part of the show from the beginning). Their boat must've sprung a leak, so they had to take the life boat out and take some provisions with them.
They were at sea for a total of two weeks, with barely any fresh water or much food. o.O Can you believe it?
Technically, the woman lasted for two weeks, the man lasted a week, then drowned himself.
Well, now I'm getting ahead of myself. To continue, during that first week, the couple were constantly wet, so the protective covering on their skin was gone, and they had sores all over their body. From what I could see, they only had salt crackers to eat, and no fresh water. So, they were hungry, but more importantly, dehydrated.
The guy was so desperate for water, he snuck some sea water when the woman wasn't looking, and he just got more dehydrated that way. He started hallucinating, and then he eventually killed himself.
He apparently "couldn't take it anymore" and dove overboard. The woman tried to call him back, but too late... he dove underwater, and several minutes later the woman saw his body floating a-ways off.
The woman was smarter than to do that. She didn't kill herself, didn't lose hope. During her second week at sea, it rained, and she was able to drink some fresh water, which most likely saved her. And, of course, after so long, a boat came by that saved her.
That story really freaked me out, even though I'm not at sea at all really. It's just... scary. Think about it, being stuck at sea with no water, and barely any food. I can see why the man killed himself, but it was still stupid of him.
Anyway, the show suggested a few things, like soaking up the water in the boat with a towel and sucking on it, and if you go to sea a lot, to buy this machine that turns sea water into fresh water.
There were other stories, that would relate more to everyday life, you know... but that one struck me as especially scary and amazing.
Well, that's it for this post! XD
Ciao for now, darlings!

Finally! Never thought it would happen. *tear* Now, onwards to 2000 downloads! AWAAAAYY!

Oh, and just so you know, this won't be a very long post, just wanted to tell ya about the downloads thing, and post this awesome quiz. v^.^

Oh dear, how very bored I am!
That reminds me... I remember hearing about something on the news about kids today, and how bored they are even though they have TV, video games, books, etc.
... yeah, never actually saw it, but I heard about it! Bet it would've been interesting...
Unhappy days are here again for me, peoples! I have started to go to the gym. Yes, you read right, the gym... I can hardly believe it myself, really. But, I do need to get in shape, and hopefully lose a few pounds. For the past couple of years, I've pretty much just stayed at home all day. Barely went on any walks. Although, my argument for that is I didn't have any comfy shoes! >.>
Anyway, back to the gym thing... I'm pretty sore from yesterday's workout. Not as sore as I was the first time, mind you, but still. Man, I better have some muscles after this, or I'm gonna be rather angry.
You know what else? My mom is actually thinking about entering The Amazing Race. o.O You know, that show where people have to... umm, race to a certain point... yeah.
Apparently, the show is looking for families of four next. If my mom does enter us, it'll probably be her, my dad, Ducky and me (my brothers most likely wouldn't want to participate).
I can't even imagine us being on that show though. I don't think we're interesting enough. lol But, you never know, there's still a chance we might get on, if my mom does indeed enter us.
... man, I kinda hope she doesn't now. -_-;

TYPE SUBJECT HERE
Well, I was able to check everyone's otaku journals, like I said I would... and, thanks to those who visited my sister's site. ^_^ Twas nice of ya!
Today, I finished the stupid standardized tests. Oy... the whole thing is very annoying... let me explain it to ya:
Last December, Ducky and I had to take our standardized tests, and of course it's annoying to have to do such things. Well, anyway... we took them, and it was easy. Too easy. For awhile, we actually thought we were smart.
HA! It turns out, it's not that we were uber smart, it's because my mom ordered the wrong tests... we had taken 5th and 6th grade tests. -_-; What a slap in the face!
I don't blame my mom for it, they label the stupid tests in a weird way, so it seemed like it was for 10th and 11th graders, but really it wasn't. Ugh, so annoying!
My mom ended up ordering the RIGHT tests, and we didn't take them until a few days ago... if that isn't procastination, I dunno what is!
Anyway, it's over with, and I'm glad. Now, I can concentrate on my report again. I talked to my mom about it, and asked her if it's okay if I just write it about someone FROM the Great Awakening, instead of the whole Great Awakening itself. She said yes, so now I'll most likely write something about Jonathan Edwards, which shouldn't be too hard. Remember, it only has to be seven pages.
And, I already checked my library's database, to see if they have any books on him, and they do. Thank goodness... XP
Alrighty then! That's pretty much it...
OH! And, please check out my Tenchi Muyo wallpapers. ^_^ I submitted a few more today, and would like to know what y'all think.
Heh, I'm THIS close to changing my site to a Tenchi Muyo theme. v^.^
Ciao for now darlings!

Oh my...
@.@ My computer's being screwy again... aiyah, I won't be able to check anyone's otaku journals tonight, but I will tomorrow! I just don't have the time at the moment. I should be getting off as soon as I post this.
And... remember that li'l argument I had with my sister a few days ago? Over the online time? Well, Ducky made a pretty good point later on. That I'm on for longer amounts of time more than she.
BUT! I know why! I didn't used to be on for three hours every other day. It all started when I joined theOtaku. And when I started submitting lots of wallpapers daily. See, before I joined this place, all I'd do was go on forums, and that doesn't take very long (as long as no one's on that I know >.>).
But now... yeah, a little too much to do. I'm gonna try and fix that, by not submitting so many wallpapers every day. Maybe just one or two, but that's it. Otherwise, it takes up too much time, looking for pictures and then making the wallpaper(s) itself. (So THERE Ducky! :P)
Today, I posted on that forum (you know, the one with the Green Day thread and the jerk), replying to that guy's post. Hee, I'm so proud of myself! I don't care if I do get in trouble for posting what I did, although I doubt I will, since that other dude is always posting nasty stuff and he hasn't been banned yet. I'm just glad I did something about it. v^.^ Yay me! lol
Oh, and one more thing. Ducky (my older sister, for those who are wondering) joined theOtaku yesterday! Her name is Mistress Duck.
Now, I'm not saying you have to visit her site, but I would very much appreciate it if you did.
Remember, that's M-I-S-T-R-E-S-S D-U-C-K. Got it? Good.
Well, that's all for now, just a short li'l update.
Ciao for now darlings!
~ Love and Peace! v^.^
