Li'l rant-agious me
Ugh... I'm really pissed off right now, and REALLY need to rant about why in here.
I shouldn't even be letting this get to me, it's very stupid, but still...

I recently joined this forum, about a few days ago, and I had posted in a thread called "Green Day". I like Green Day, so I posted something along the lines of "I saw the video for Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and shortly after decided to buy the CD. I've become quite a fan."
Then, when I went back to that forum today, some jerk replied to it, saying something like "SOMEONE's trying to fit in!" There's more, but I won't go into it too much.
And, after thinking about it, that really pisses me off. People with his/her attitude really piss me off.
For one, I am not the type of person that tries to "fit in" with "the crowd" or buy whatever's popular at the moment. Definitely not me. Secondly, that guy (or girl... whatever!) doesn't need to flame me about it. I respect his opinion, and I respect the fact that he doesn't like Green Day, but once he flamed me, that was it. I'm still fuming about it, it's horrible!
And I've seen some of his other posts, and they're pretty much the same thing... *sigh* idiot...
People like that make you wanna leave a forum. I'm close to doing just that. But first, I wanna respond to that guy's post and tell him exactly what I think! Without breaking the rules, if I can. Or maybe, I shouldn't post at all. I dunno... I just need to get all this outta me. @.@

Okay, now that that's over with, how's everyone been? I've noticed I've never asked that before, but there's always a first time for everything!
I hope you've all been better than me lately. Geez... first, the fight with my sister, and now this! It's not that bad, I guess... but it's enough to piss you off, that's for sure.

Don't worry, the rant is over. ^^ You can all go back to your normal lives, and forget about li'l rant-agious me!

Sister vs. Sister
-_-; Oh boy... where do I start?

Hmm... well, first of all, today I had a fight with my sister. Sorta... mainly, it was me... yelling at her. Yeah, that's a very good thing. *sighs*

The fight was over online time.
... yeah, very good reason to fight with someone, don't you think?
Okay, enough with the sarcasm.
Anyway, here's the deal. Sometimes, I'm online for upward of three hours, sometimes! Not all the time, but still. I'm on longer than I should be. And my sister (I'll call her Ducky) sorta criticizes me about that. But, you see, she's on for three hours sometimes too. That kinda pissed me off. What was going through my head was "at least when I'm on for that long, I've already done school and my chores! What a big, fat hypocrite!"

Which is a really, really bad thought! I love my sister! She's so, so nice!
But, anyway, I decided to tell her how I felt... well, more like yell it at her. I dunno why I did, I just started to speak without even thinking. Then, after awhile, she left the room to go to her room and closed the door.

Shortly after all this, I started to feel very bad. I tried to knock on her door, to apologize, but she yelled at me to go away. That's completely understandable too. I was just yelling at her, so...

Anyway, the next thing I did was almost hypocritical... I got online. XP Eheh... well... let's move on.
I started chatting with one of my friends, and I told him about what happened with me and Ducky. He gave me some good advice after awhile: slide a note under her door, apologizing for what you did, etc.
And so, I did that. Apparently, it worked. Maybe 20 minutes after I did that (I dunno how long it was), Ducky came out of her room and hugged me. ^_^ I'm glad that the whole tension is over now.

I didn't mean to hurt her feelings, that's for sure. But, I did mean what I said when I thought she was being a hypocrite. I still stand by that, but... >.> Ducky needn't know that at the moment, right?

500 Downloads! Wheeee!!
^^ Hee, I've hit the 500 mark on my wallpapers! Me so happy! AGAIN! lol
Heh, I always say that when I get a certain amount of downloads, but it's true! It's nice to know that people like your wallpapers enough to download it. v^.^ Thanks everyone!

And thanks to the people who commented on them as well. I really appreciate that. It helps a lot.

While we're on the topic of wallpapers (gee, I've said that word a lot in this post already, huh?), I submitted six today, technically. O.o I don't do that often... I think CrazedMiko inspired me, in a way. She's always submitting so many wallpapers every day, and they're all good! I'm so jealous! XD Well, good for her anyway.

MANGA! Yaaaaaaaaaaay! v^.^
Hee, me so happy! Me got new manga today! Wheeeeeeeeeee!! The fifth Bleach volume, and the thirteenth Ranma 1/2! YAY!
Phew... thank goodness I did too. I don't know how much longer I could've gone on without a new one! I'm seriously addicted to manga. o.o Maybe a little too much... just maybe...

Hee, the lady at the store (where I bought the manga) was cool too. She reads manga, and she's an adult! I never thought I'd meet one in real life! She was very nice too. She told me that she started reading manga because her teenage daughter does, and she wanted to know what her daughter's into. Heh, that' neat. o.O Sometimes, I wish my mom would do that...
Oh well, I at least got all my siblings to read manga. Yes, all three! v^.^
Unfortunately, they don't read all the manga I've started, but at least we all read Naruto and Bleach, and both of those rock! So, mission accomplished!

OH! I also got the .hack//legend soundtrack, FINALLY! Man, it's hard to find that CD where I live! X.x
At least now I don't have to worry about buying that. Now I just have to get the FLCL soundtrack.
Yes, HAVE to. *nods*

Anywho, on to something else!

... okay, what else has happened? Hmm...

... is my life so boring, I have to struggle to find something to talk about? o.O That's not good.
Well, I've already talked quite a bit about the manga I got... so... I guess I don't need to say anything else, but still! It's easy to go on and on about manga, 'cause it's awesome and I'm addicted to it! The REAL challenge is ranting about something else OTHER than manga! *nods* That's right!

o.O Obsession, Part II
Huh... I'm posting twice in one day again... weird...

Anyway, you might be wondering why this post's subject is "o.O Obsession, Part II". You might've also noticed that I changed my picture to one of Mamimi from FLCL. And finally (but not really importantly), I also changed the color scheme of my site again.

If you connect the dots, you'll figure out that my newest obsession is of Mamimi from FLCL. o.O Weird, I know. I'm still obsessed with Tsubasa: RC, trust me! But, this is just a second one, a "Part II"...

I realized I was obsessed with her when I changed all my pictures on these forums to her, AND I've made five wallpapers of her recently. o.o I submitted three just today (they have yet to be approved, but still). It's one of the strangest "obsessions" I've ever had!

But, oh well! I'll just have fun with it, while I can. XD

Grrr I say!
Man... this whole report on the Great Awakening is really annoying! I can't seem to find any books that have enough info on it!

Luckily, I found one site that might help me. It has some good information. Enough to write a seven page report, anyway. Oy... this whole predicament is most aggravating!

If anyone has any good sites where I could find more info on this, I'd very much appreciate it if you could give me the link. *bows*

My computer must die!
Holy cow!
Usually, I don't post twice a day, if you look back at all my posts, but this! THIS must be typed out!

You see, I was typing something, replying to a friend's PM on a forum, when my computer just froze. There was nothing I could do but move the mouse around. Couldn't click on my other windows, so I couldn't close them.

Nothing...

I didn't even have that many windows open! Just three, and I had been closing one of them.

I just don't understand why it froze like that. Gah, it's extremely annoying when that happens... -__-; let us all hope it never happens again!

For if it does, you shall be reading another post, quite like this one, when/if it happens.

Tis very frustrating. I don't like having to get info for reports from the internet, so I like to use books instead. Just 'cause... I mean, our library just got a bigger building and new books a couple years ago, so you'd think they'd have lots of stuff. But NO!

They have an encyclopedia of jokes, but not of the Great Awakenings!

They have books on religions in Asia, but not on the Great Awakenings!

They have manga... which is very cool, but nothin' on the Great Awakenings! ACK!!
And I need to do this report! It only needs to be seven pages long, so if I could just find the right book or website, I could finish it!

Oy... I could use some help on this, if anyone's willing to...

My wallpapers have now gotten over 300 downloads! *throws confetti* I'm so very happy!

Thanks to all who liked my wallpapers enough to put it on their desktop! *tear* I couldn't have done it without you!

And trust me, you shall be seeing bigger and better wallpapers in the future! I promise you that!

I'm too sexay!
Man, I have had the weirdest experiences on forums, but this one takes the cake!

You see, I am a forum junkie. I like to join them and talk to people, and be silly (of course). There's this one forum I've joined where all of these guys keep telling me "I like you"...

... yeah... for one, why can't this happen in real life?? -_-; Just my luck that they do this to me on the internet!

The reason I'm bringing this up is because, just today, it happened again. I posted on this thread called "What anime power do you want to possess?"
Here's what I posted:
"That's easy... I'd want the ability to make all guys fall head over heels in love with me, like Miaka. *rolls eyes*"

Then, someone responded to my post shortly after:

"I think you already have, you just don't know it yet **. *wink*"

Immediately, my reaction was to laugh. For you see, I am a geek. I'm not used to guy's doin' stuff like that to me, not anywhere!

Of course, here's my response:

"lol That made my day! XD"

And then (yes, there's more!), this guy PMed me, saying something about lots of guys liking me.
... what I did next, I don't quite know why I did it. But, I replied to him. I was trying to be polite, 'cause it's obvious he's one of those guys. In his next PM, he said that he liked me. And, again, I was trying to be polite and responded with a "Wow, I'm flattered!"

Afterwards, he sent me one last PM, saying "Is it okay if I flirt with you?"

I said no. For you see, I have a boyfriend of sorts, and I think it would be wrong to flirt with someone when you're dating another guy (or girl... whatever).

He hasn't PMed me back yet. Go figure.

This whole thing just reminds me of something my brother ranted about awhile ago (he still rants about it, but whatever). Something about how girls lead guys on... like, you know, when a girl can tell a guy likes them but don't really say anything. Then, when the guy finally asks her out, she says she can't. What my brother was trying to point out is: If you don't want to go out with us, just tell us you're not interested right away, instead of prolonging it.

Now, the girl's reason for not doing anything sooner would be "I didn't want to hurt his feelings." Well, either way, his feelings will get hurt, so just don't lead the poor guy on.

Yeah, that's pretty much what my bro was ranting about. And it's a good point too. So, this post is for all you gals out there! ~.^ lol
