Cause those are his brothers. 22. 6' 4" reddish brown hair, hazel eyes, freckles. hes built strong, cause obvs, hes in the military. hes in special ops. supers. obvs. hes darkness, but hes got a good handle on it. he wont like, accidentally shroud you in darkness. if youre going crazy, its cause he wants you to. XD his second in command is Xavier, whos got power suppression. hes usually completely covered up, cause he cant turn it off, and if he shakes your hand, he could kill you. They all have the tattoos on the base of their necks, its a cross, like an X. which basically just means theyre a govt super. and the govt really does pretty much...own them. Vincent honestly doesnt remember most of his past. he gets like, nightmares? and deja vu and stuff, but for the most part he has no idea where he came from, or who he is. so he just...does his job. cause he doesnt really know anything else, and hes trying to keep his brothers safe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0wOrcxLwe0

Artemis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi0EqYRLwro 19. 6'1 Platinum blonde, short spiky hair, bright blue eyes. His eyes obviously go white when he's using his power, which is more or less weather but its generates the whole storm when he gets peeved enough. Artemis is skinny, but in the muscled way, not liek skin and bones. Like he'll be skinnier than you, but not anywhere near puny. You guys know him by Jericho, which is his resistance name. He's basically been helping to lead the resistance for two years, and he's probably the biggest nuisance you guys have. Just cause his abilities are pretty much...huge. They make Artemis out to be sort of this souless killer, I mean all the images youll get of him are when his eyes are white, so he does kidna look evil. Most of the time if he's seen, he's seen alone, and most soldiers have direct orders not to engage Jericho at all. XD His voice echos when he's using his power, it like...booms. Not that soldiers get scared and run but tornados and floods and natural disasters usually just destroy everyones capability XD He's gonna get played like he's heartless and he's fighting the guard for kicks? But obviously when you meet him youll realize what hes doing. At this moment, though, you jsut know Jericho. And Jericho's basically the white eyed monster.
