Find out something new
Here are your links for today, brought to you by Wikipedia, the (people's) free encylopedia. Read them and find out something new.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hominid
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushmeat
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ape_genocide
So there you have it. I was actually looking in the Homo genus to see which one lasted the longest, and got side tracked by that.
Lookie there, another problem in the big fat mess called "Africa"! God, that place is a wreck I tell you. ~_~

I LOVE IT
I'm COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY OBSESSED WITH FULL METAL ALCHEMIST!!!!
I'm serious. COMPLETELY OBSESSED. I'm waiting until an entire box set comes out on dvd. I want a custom made pocketwatch like Eds. I'm crazy!!!
God, I love it so much. I'm freaking obsessed, I know, but I just love it immensely. *sigh* ^_________^

Oh Yeah. Who's Good?!?
*does a silly dance that looks like a strange version of "Thriller"*
Who's the best? I AM, YO!
Everyone's always telling me not to mess with the registry. In essence, they're saying "Roxanne is too stupid to be messing with the registry. She'll end up deleting the keys you need to boot up your computer. Or she'll destroy some random key and her computer will self destruct."
But I just deleted registry keys for Serif's Draw Plus 4.0, because it came with no uninstaller and I can't do it using Add/Remove Programs. And guess what - NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY COMPUTER!!!
So "AHAHAHA. NANNY NANNY BOO BOO!!!!!" to all you people who thought I was to incompetent for the registry. NYA NYA I AM TEH R0X0RZ. XP *continues to be all hyperly and excited-ness*

I'm a wreck
Really. I'm insane. I've had a bit of a bad day and a good day.
The afternoon was alright (I spent it with my friend; we shopped and went swimming in her pool! ^_^). The evening left me sobing like a lunatic around 10:40 P.M.
I had a cup of tea when I finally stopped crying, around 11:30. And I ate food and watched Samurai Champloo, and I felt better.
I know now it's "technically" 1:00 A.M. the next day, but for the record, tea and Unborn Lord Xion have turned around my Saturday. I'm so happy now, you have no idea. *Dances strangely* I know. I'm insane. ^^;;

Random stuffs
The heat has been unbareably hot this week. On Wednesday, it reached over 100°F (37.7°C) at one point. Today was 88°F (31.1°C) but the rest of the week was around 95°F (35°C). Unbearable I tell you! *_*
Here's some recent thoughts on New Jersey, oddly sparked by Ken's "Unification" thread on GroupSounds.
New Jersey? We're okay, we just happen to be the state of Corruption and Toxic Waste! =D You all should realize the only reason our former governor "came out of the closet" was to divert media attention from the fact that he was involved/people around him were involved in unbelievable corruption.
And the ironic thing is, John Corzine, the Dem. Candidate running for Governor in Nov. is a millionaire. I suspect the Dems chose him over Codey (who probably would have won - he's a wholesome guy with a wholesome wife who seem committed to our state) because Corzine has his own money to run his campaign. The Dems didn't want to raise money for Codey. And besides, Corzine has given money to a LOT of people (gov't officials) in his party. Pay to play is still going on in NJ, and it's terrible.
Bah. I love New Jersey, but it sucks, too.

gente
People can be so stupid sometimes.
I feel like I'm the only one who isn't.
But I know I am, too. Guilty of the same sins I so deplore. And I can't read their minds, either.
Of course, nor can they read mine. It all contributes to stupidity.
I'm going to sign off now. I was watching The Incredibles, and I'm watching the bonus stuff on the DVD now.
She says Adios!
Says Adios!
And do you know why,
She won't break down and cry?
She says Adios!
Says Adios Goodbye!

I thought this was slightly amusing
Threat rating: Medium. Your total lack of decent family values makes you dangerous, but we can count on some right wing nutter blowing you up if you become too high profile.
What threat to the Bush administration are you? brought to you by Quizilla
I guess that stems from me being a woman, and left-wing, at that. XD

Dejimon to hagane no renkinjutsushi
Solo said that the London Expo he had completely fallen in love... "...with Fullmetal Alchemist. It is one of the absolute best things I've ever seen and I love it."
I love it too.
For me, I love Digimon so so so so so much. It just stirs up all these emotions in me everytime I watch it. Emotions of happiness and sadness and empathy and awesomeness. It is my absolute all-time favorite anime, especially season three. I have yet to find words that can even begin to adequately describe how strongly I feel about Digimon.
I mean, jeeze, I loved it so much I even had the guts to tell everyone at school that I loved it. And they all thought I was a freak, and teased me for it. But that's how much I love it.
And after Digimon, I've seen a lot, including things everyone says are "great" like Cowboy Bebop. But Digimon was always my favorite series (I do love Spirited Away, but it's a movie, so... yeah), and remains to be so. But when I saw FullMetal Alchemist, I set it right along side Digimon in my heart. I love it so much, it has become another of my absolute favorites, and every time I watch it I get so emotional (not necissarily weepy, just so caught up in it). I love FullMetal Alchemist so so so so much, too.
Gosh, I just don't know how to write how much I love them. Every time I watch those shows, I get so caught up in them. I empathize with the characters, cheering them on (seriously - I'll verbalize it), or being concerned about them if they fall or stumble. Or if peril comes their way and the episode ends (cliffhanger), I'll say "Oh no! What will they do to get out of this mess?"
And every week, with Digimon, and now with FullMetal Alchemist, I just can't wait to watch the next episode. FullMetal isn't coming back on until Samurai Champloo is done, I think, but I can't wait for it.
Just like I have done with Digimon, I have fallen completely head-over-heels totally in love with FullMetal Alchemist.
I don't know what I'm going to do when I meet Vic Mignogna (Ed's American Voice actor) at AnimeNext. I love Ed so so so so much, I'll end up screaming (for real) and drawing attention to myself. Someone will probably have to threaten to have me thrown out, at which time I'll stop screaming. And I'm not even exaggerating. Seriously. This is how much I love FullMetal Alchemist.
I pray for the words to come to me, so I can adequately express how much I love Digimon and FullMetal Alchemist, because I'm sure all that above was just rambling to you...
*sigh*

More selective by osmosis
No, the title makes no sense. Don't listen to it.
I'm not one to make screen names. Since my AOL subscription got cancelled, so did my moonbeamxvi screenname. And you can't use it again.
So, I finally thought up a new one, though.
I know a lot of you know my "Tsarina" screenname, but I'm going to be more selective about who can see me on it, adding only a couple people to it. If you want to be on the Tsarina sn, send me a PM on myOtaku (or Otakuboards but I don't know if I'll read it in the next month)
Everyone else's name is going on the new SN. If you get an IM from me on it, don't be surprised. If you're not sure if your name is listed there, go ahead and send me a PM via the two method described above.
SO those are the changes, just to let you all know.

Blah
Forget it. I'm an inevitable procrastinator. Just forget trying to tell me not to comment on myO's and stuff. It's not going to work. *_*
That's horrible, I know, but what are you going to do? Me = procrastinator!!! XD
I'm goign to an elementary school (my first, actually) tomorrow to teach little kids about Chemistry and such. The trick is convincing my teacher to let me out first period, because I missed it today (I told her I was going to band class. Which is where I went. I don't have band b/c my schedule couldn't fit it, but I'm in it, so I practice with them sometimes.)
