Dejimon to hagane no renkinjutsushi
Solo said that the London Expo he had completely fallen in love... "...with Fullmetal Alchemist. It is one of the absolute best things I've ever seen and I love it."
I love it too.
For me, I love Digimon so so so so so much. It just stirs up all these emotions in me everytime I watch it. Emotions of happiness and sadness and empathy and awesomeness. It is my absolute all-time favorite anime, especially season three. I have yet to find words that can even begin to adequately describe how strongly I feel about Digimon.
I mean, jeeze, I loved it so much I even had the guts to tell everyone at school that I loved it. And they all thought I was a freak, and teased me for it. But that's how much I love it.
And after Digimon, I've seen a lot, including things everyone says are "great" like Cowboy Bebop. But Digimon was always my favorite series (I do love Spirited Away, but it's a movie, so... yeah), and remains to be so. But when I saw FullMetal Alchemist, I set it right along side Digimon in my heart. I love it so much, it has become another of my absolute favorites, and every time I watch it I get so emotional (not necissarily weepy, just so caught up in it). I love FullMetal Alchemist so so so so much, too.
Gosh, I just don't know how to write how much I love them. Every time I watch those shows, I get so caught up in them. I empathize with the characters, cheering them on (seriously - I'll verbalize it), or being concerned about them if they fall or stumble. Or if peril comes their way and the episode ends (cliffhanger), I'll say "Oh no! What will they do to get out of this mess?"
And every week, with Digimon, and now with FullMetal Alchemist, I just can't wait to watch the next episode. FullMetal isn't coming back on until Samurai Champloo is done, I think, but I can't wait for it.
Just like I have done with Digimon, I have fallen completely head-over-heels totally in love with FullMetal Alchemist.
I don't know what I'm going to do when I meet Vic Mignogna (Ed's American Voice actor) at AnimeNext. I love Ed so so so so much, I'll end up screaming (for real) and drawing attention to myself. Someone will probably have to threaten to have me thrown out, at which time I'll stop screaming. And I'm not even exaggerating. Seriously. This is how much I love FullMetal Alchemist.
I pray for the words to come to me, so I can adequately express how much I love Digimon and FullMetal Alchemist, because I'm sure all that above was just rambling to you...
*sigh*
