*sigh*
School has been busy, but not as busy as I'd like to claim. My English teacher hasn't given out SO much HW yet, and I will cherish that time. =) ^___^ (She makes you do this 40 page essay during the year about an author, and you have to read and analyze 3 of their works. It's tough. REALLY tough and time consuming.)

I was having a discussion with someone around the 9th of Sept. in Gym (but we were in the auditorium b/c the class hadn't officially started gym stuff yet).

And I was telling this person how I wantewd to go to Harvard because it's prestigious. And she said, "well, what about the classes? They've got to be good, too. It's not just about the name." And I had read articles that said it's hard to personally communicate with professors, and how there's like... 60 kids in a class and all, so I agreed. And I though about it and tried to explain.

So I explained howthis next bit was true, but basically I said, "I guess I've always been taught that names mean powerful things." I wanted to tilt my head back and laugh, because I got that line from a Harry Potter fanfic (A Year Like None Other - Google it NOW, and read it!!!). But it's true. There's always been this stupid idea in my mind that names mean powerful things. And I know it's stupid and conceited to think that way, but it really is like trying to tell Draco that just because he's a Malfoy shouldn't mean anything. (And that's a tough thing, in case you don't read Harry Potter)

Calculus is easy because it's the AB class, not the BC class, but my mom is pretty much telling me not to go to BC, so what can I do? :/ *makes a face* I can never do what I want. And right now, I just want to cry over that.

I've been reading a bunch of HP fanfics lately, mostly about Snape, and usually with Harry in them (Spurred on by A Year Like None Other. READ IT NOW!)

And because of that and school, I haven't been posting on Otakuboards. I think I'm going to do that now.
