Indefatiguable!

Sure you've heard someone rag out, "This work is indefatiguable!"

And you should be glad you haven't. "Indefatiguable," which means "tireless" in dumber terms, is a word I loathe. It's extremely pompous, extremely terrible-sounding.

Don't use this word. Use other, better, words.

Anyone else have some words they hate? What about some words they love?

Personally, it's hard to limit myself on what words I love. I'll just list: cauterize, romp, servile, tendril, limp, languid, swath, somber, mellow, opaque, feeble, libertine, gobbledegook, lust. . .

Could list more, but that's enough. For now.
