   Boring day!

Time of Post: 10:02 PM(MT) Ah, a lazy sunday for me! I woke up very late today and spent my afternoon trying to wake up the rest of the way. Then we went and visited my grandparents. My poor grandpa! He went for a ride on his four-wheeler and managed to roll it. He broke two ribs!! So now it'll be nearly five weeks before he's completely healed. Sometimes I think he's a little too active for an 80 year old. -_-" Err, well, other than that, how do you like the new layout? Just showing my love for Gravitation! ^_^ I dunno, but since I read it, I've been obsessing over it. Annoying the hell out of my family because I won't shut up about it, but ya know. . . ^_^" Eheh, and then when my brother asks to look at it, I avoid him. He's a bit of a homophobe, so I don't think he'd like a shonen-ai manga. Ah well, I love it! Question of the day: What is the best AMV(anime music video) you've ever seen? If you don't watch AMVs, you don't have to answer. Mine is one called "Love and Joy of Fruits Basket". As the title says, its a FB video, done to the song "Love and Joy" by Kimura Yuki. It was very well made, and the song is catchy as hell. It gets stuck in my head constantly. Ja mate ashita-ne!

   New anime!!!

Time of Post: 10:15 PM(MT) I have discovered a new anime to fall in love with!! Well, a manga actually, but ya know. It's called Gravitation. The main character is adorable! He's so clutzy. I bought the first volume earlier and just gobbled it up. I love the type of humor they use in it. ^_^ Sorry, I had to have my little freak out there. I also bought Juvenile Orion vol. 2, but I haven't read it yet. That's on the list for later tonight. Oh, guess what! My brother rented Full Metal Alchemist 2 (videogame), and it is sooooo awesome! I didn't actually play it, but I've been watching my brother and following the story. Very very good! Eh, well that's all for today. Sorry this post is kinda short. If you didn't see yesterday's post, be sure and check it, because there's actually a couple of vaugely interesting things in it. Ja mate ashita-ne!! ^_^ P.S. I changed my avatar.    Ack! I'm so sorry!!

Time of Post: 11:13 PM(MT) I haven't posted for two days!! ACK!! Yesterday, I have an excuse for not posting; my friend that doesn't give me computer time was over, and at the time I usually post, we were playing a game of Shanghai Louis. As for the day before that, I have no excuse. To put it simply, I forgot. >_< It was nearly two in the morning before I remembered, and that was too late. Sorry again. Anyway, I'd like to take a little time to post some belated birthday gifts! ^_^ From TravelingDesciple: From Mega-Matt: From nosferatualucard: Thanks so much!! I love them all! And I don't mind one bit that they're a little late. Gifts are gifts, neh? ^_^ In other news, I've written another chapter of my Gundam fanfic! Click hereto read chapter 5, or here for chapter 1(those who haven't read it and want to). I really appriciate it when people take the time to read my writing and critique me on it. I don't even mind it when people pick at it. Its just like with art; the only way to improve is to have someone tell you what's wrong with it, so you can go back and fix it, and not make the same mistake again. ^_^ Also, I've started work on a Fruits Basket fanfic, but I'm not sure if I'm going to post it or not. I'll have to finish the first chapter and see if I'm happy with it or not. Okay, well, oyasuminasai everyone! *bows* Add on: 6:57 AM(MT) Hey, I stayed up the entire night and finished a new artwork!    It's amazing!!

Time of Post: 10:41 PM(MT) Yes! I actually sat myself down and did some drawing today! I'm so proud of myself! ^_^ lol, well it was my mom's birthday present, so I hope she likes it. Other than that, I spent most of the day cleaning. Ugh. I really hate cleaning. Well, not cleaning itself, but being forced to clean the moment I wake up. Not exactly how I like to start my day. -_- Jerry stopped by again today. He's been swinging by a lot lately. It's rather odd. I guess it's because my house is on the way to his college, so if he leaves early he can stop by and chat. We trade music and stuff, so its fun. ^_^ Ja mate ashita-ne!!

   Yet another day of unproductivity!

Time of Post: 10:19 PM(MT) Eh, actually I did do something worthwhile today. I went to the doctor for my final post op check-up. Its official! I'm finally healed!! Now I just need to get some of that gel that makes scars less noticable and I'll be great. ^_^ I also made a vague attempt at drawing today, but it didn't turn out. I think I must have artist's block or something.-_-" I'll try again tomorrow. Sooo, has anyone gotten the new Harry Potter book yet? I did!! But unfortunately, my brother claimed it first, so I have to wait my turn. Ah well, it'll give me time to re-read the fifth one. *huggles Kyo plushie* At least my fanfic is coming along nicely. I think maybe that's why I haven't been able to draw anything lately; its been sucking away my creativity. Not that I mind, I enjoy writing it. ^_^ The links are a couple of posts down if anyone who hasn't wants to read it. Question of the Day: What is your opinion on Yaoi?    Eh. . .

Time of Post: 10:41 PM(MT) Not much of interest happened today. My friend, David, came over for a little while. I haven't seen him since school got out, so that was nice. Other than that, my sunburn finally started peeling. My nose hurts!! >_< At least that was the only thing that got burned badly enough to actually peel, neh? Ok, I've seen this on a couple of people's sites, and I just have to post it because I think it is unbearably cute. Chibi Kenshin hitting a little white ball with his sword! How much cuter can you get!!! I think this is one of those very few things that will warrant a high pitched fangirly squeal from me, sooo. . . . EEEEEEEEEE!!! KAWAIIIIIIII!!! *ahem* Now that that's out of the way. . . I've found another fanfic to fall in love with. Seriously, I can't tear myself away from it!! I really want to print it out so I can curl up on the couch to read it in comfort, but the printer is out of ink and I can't find a new cartridge. *sigh* I guess I'll just have to wait for me padre to come home and find one. Ah, well, ja mate ashita-ne!!

   ~yawn~

Time of Post: 10:27 PM(MT) Hello hello! ^_^ I'm in a pretty good mood today if you can't tell. No real reason, I just have this kinda "I'm tired, but I'm happy" attitude. *shrugs* Its nice though. Maybe its because I've been reading Hellsing on and off for the past few hours. I dunno, that manga makes me happy in a sadistic kinda way. So much blood and violence paired with lots of lovely vampires makes for a good manga in my opinion. ^_^ Ok, now that I've weirded everyone out, how was everyone else's day? I went to Boise with my dad to run errands because I was bored and I convinced him to swing by borders and I got vol. 2 of Naruto. One major plus about that manga is that its $2 cheaper than most manga. $8!! I'm used to spending $10+ on my manga, so this is a welcome change. Umm, I finished typing up a new chapter of my fanfic.    Posting late again, I'm sorry!!

Time of Post: 12:21 AM(MT) Ah, yes, I'm posting a bit late again, but I have an excuse this time, I swear!! I just got back from seeing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Ok, well actually I got back a couple of hours ago, but I also bought Kingdom Hearts while I was out, so I've been a bit preoccupied with that. ^_^ Anyway, Charlie and the Chocolate factory was great! Quirky, but great. I loved it!! Of course, I'm biased because I love Tim Burton movies. I always have, ever since I saw Nightmare Before Christmas when I was little. Heck, I even loved Edward Scissor Hands before I was old enough to really understand it!! I'm just odd like that. ^_^ Well, now I have to gush about an anime I have discovered. Can you say 'Naruto'? Yes, I know its already really popular, but that's why I decided to try it. Its not really the sort of thing I would've picked up on my own, but I'm glad I did. The story is a lot better than I was expecting! I especially love the whole 'Ninja Centerfold' thing. That had me giggling for quite some time! And getting weird looks for it. >_< At least I piqued my brother's interest too. I think I caught him at 'centerfold'. He was like "Excuse me? Could you repeat that whole sentence?" Somehow I think he only listens to half of what I say. I won't complain about it though, because I do the same thing. >_< Question of the Day: Which do you prefer, anime or manga? I prefer manga myself. I just think it has a much more personal feel to it, and the stories tend to go a little deeper. Not to mention there's almost no restriction on what they can put in a manga. ^_~ Ja mate ashita-ne!!

Oh, and if anyone's wondering why I'm posting a little later than usual, its because I've been watching DNAngel. I got the first dvd for my birthday and I've been watching it with my parents. So far my dad really seems to like it, which surprised me. Let me tell you one thing though, its quite different from the manga! Umm, other things I got for my b-day; Saiyuki vol. 4, Hellsing vol. 3, Naruto vol. 1(all mangas), a couple of cds, but not the one I really wanted, eh, I do like the ones I got, Full Metal Alchemist the game for PS2, and some goodies. That's not everything, but those are my favorites. Oh! Oh! And I got an awesome shirt!! Its a Happy Bunny shirt that has the white one holding its ears saying "Make the stupid people shut up." I love it to death!! Also, Jerry stopped by earlier to wish me a happy birthday, and Kim called a couple of hours ago. That was really nice, I was starting to think she'd forgotten! And of course, my Grandma called. ^_^ Yes, yes, overall a very happy birthday! Thanks again everyone!! *hugs and cheese cake to everyone* Ja mate ashita-ne!!

   Today is truly a momentous occasion!

Time of Post: 10:26 PM(MT) Yay! Today is my birthday! (well, technically, tomorrow is my birthday, but due to the time difference crap, today is my birthday to you guys) Anyway, I hope that I get lots of cards. *hint hint, nudge nudge* lol, anyway, just to make my sweet 16 even sweeter(yup, I'm 16 now!!), I just checked my stats, and I've officially hit 2000 hits! Thanks so much everyone!! Me thinks I'll have to do a pic to commemorate this!! Ahem, on to the birthday stuff that I've already gotten from people here on the Otaku, here they are! From Ishigaki Mitsuo: From Lordsesshomaru: Thanks guys! I love them!! ^_^ Umm, on to my camping trip! I had lots of fun!! Got quite sunburned, but eh, I'll live. Besides, my milky white skin needed the sun. -_-" Leme tell you though, that creek water was COLD!! I loved every minute of it though! I also got a lot of writing done. Two new chapters of my gundam fanfic!! I'm in the middle of typing them right now. I didn't get much drawing done though, mainly because every time I took out my sketch book, one of my relatives would ask to see it. Sorry to those who are still waiting for requests, I'd planned to get them done while I had some free time in the mountains, but eh. -_-"" At least I know I my relatives are fans, neh? ^_^ Oh! And guess what! Tuesday was my Mom's birthday! Yupyup, our birthdays are a day apart! Funny thing, its the same with my dad and brother's birthdays. They're on the 2nd and 4th of August. Weird, neh?
