   Got the pic done!!
That's right, one new pic today. Not a whole lot of thought behind it, but I like the way it turned out.
Oh! And guess what! I've gotten my mom hooked on Furuba too! She usually doesn't like anime, but I convinced her to watch a couple of episodes, and we ended up watching the whole first dvd! Plus, she wants to see the other two! Yayness! ^_^
Well, in other news, I'm still sick. I hate having a cough, but at least its not slowing me down at all. (well considering its sunday and I never do much on sundays except lie around, but you know. . .)

   Wow!!
You know, I think my favorite anime has officially switched from Love Hina to Fruits Basket! Much as I love Love Hina(haha!), the art is clearly designed to please guys. Now Furuba on the other hand. . . *imagines and smiles*
^///^ Heehee! Well, I was very pleased with the third dvd. And the Finale was awesome!! I'm so glad that the manga series runs even longer! Oh! Speaking of manga, Tokyopop is starting a free manga magazine!! Its on their site if you want to sign up for it. And like I said, its free! Completely and totaly free! (which is really good cause I'm sorta broke >_<).
Oh! and one more thing! You know how they publish fanart in the back of a lot of mangas? Well, I sent in a copy of that pic of Hatori that I did awhile ago. I hope it gets accepted!^_^

   Sorry I didn't post yesterday. . .
But my Fruits Basket dvd box set showed up in the mail. Its a set of three dvds with 26 episodes total. I simply couldn't tear myself away (funny thing is, now I've got my brother hooked too). I managed to get through the first two dvds yesterday, and later today I'll be watching the third. Oddly enough, the second dvd left off at almost the same place I am in the manga.
Well, in other news, I'm sick today. I did go to school, but came home during lunch. I probably would've thrown up if I'd stayed, but I feel a little better since I'm now at home and comfy. I probably won't go tommorow either, but not just because I'm not feeling well. My school is doing this big 'fake accident' drill. They're going to set off a smoke bomb and have ambulances and policemen show up. Then us students are going to get 'evacuated' to a safe place, which means we get to walk about a mile, sit for an hour, then come back. Lame, huh? I'm sick enough that I don't want to go puttering around in the cold, so I think I'll just stay home.

   My Car broke down. . . again . . .
I swear, that thing is a piece of crap! This time its the transmission, which will be extrememely expensive to fix. I hope that only a band is loose or something, because the engine is running fine, it just won't shift gears. T_T Of course it had to break down right after I got my license!
Meh. Well, moving on to more fun stuff, in art we're making tessalations. I did three faces that will fit into a pattern and repeat. I'll try and post it when its finished.

   Well, I didn't have to get up this morning. . .
No body woke me up, so I got to sleep in. In fact, I just woke up about 15 minutes ago. That would mean that I woke up at 1:30 -_-
Oh, and I have an edit for last night's post: The song "So Cold" isn't sung by Breaking Benjamen, it's sung by Crossfade. My mistake! Sorry guys! I guess that's what I get for posting really late.

   nnnnn. . . I don't want to get up tomorrow. . .
But I must! If I skip out on church again I think my parents will do something drastic. -_-
Well, the results are in on the Yuki fanclub contest aaaaannnd I did not place! *fakes a smile* Oh well, like I said in my comment, I'll just have to try harder next time.
Moving on! I have two fanarts to submit! One is a pic that I mentioned doing a little while ago, but just never got around to it. Its that picture of Makoto out of chibi form. I really like the way it turned out! The other one is a picture of Nica, and I think it really captures her personality. I wrote some song lyrics next to the pic, so you guys get to see my awfull handwriting. Just in case you can't read them here's the lyrics:

   The Pope died!
I'm not Catholic or anything, I just thought it deserved a mention. Pope John Paul II died last night at 9:37 in his personal apartment. God rest his soul.

   Guess What! Guess What!!
I've finally done it!! Done what, you ask? I got my drivers license!! Yesyesyes!! I can drive by myself legally now! ^_^
But of course the picture of me didn't turn out to good. I don't look horrible, but its not the best picture of me.-_-'
Actually its an interesting story. I was only supposed to take the written test today, then wait like a week to take the driving portion, then another couple of days to turn in my test form, buuuut, I got lucky! Normally, you have to contact someone to test you, set up a meeting and THEN take your test, but there was an examiner whose student didn't show up, and he offered to test me and tadaa! I passed! ^_^ Congrats to me!
Oh! And we also got my brother a new car today. Its a Suzuki Sidekick, 1992 model. Its a pretty good car, not really my taste, but Scott really seems to like it.
