   I'm coming home!

Finally, after 28 days, I get to hop on those planes and get out of this place! The first plane leaves today at around 4:00 PM. (that's 9:00 AM east coast time over there) In east coast time I should be there somewhere from 5:00-9:00 PM, assuming the plane doesn't catch fire, and plummet 45,000 ft into the ocean.

Oh yeah, BTW, I was on TV! Me and my mom were walking around the Helsinki harbor area, looking at what little sites there were, and somebody was shooting a video interview with some finnish person probably, and a camera guy turned around pointing the camera at random peaple, just as I walked by him. Now I just hope my tallents will be recognized by somebody watching that.

And that's all there is to say, so wish me a VERY safe flight, (since today is friday the 13th) and I'll talk to you guys soon!

...perfect day to be on a plane, fri. the 13th...

   Deer Hunter

Some real crazy crap went on yesterday. Two guys came here yesterday. I guess home. They had a "surprise" to show us. They took us out to their car, and there was a dead deer there next to it.
So later that night when I was in bed, still awake though, sleeping in the guest/living room, the two guys came in carrying a big heavy bag, and took it into the bathroom. I heard them cut something, followed by them turning on the shower. One walked out, and came back a couple minutes later with a huge saw. You can only imagine what for. So, for the next half hour I listened to the saw sawing, and the sound of bones splintering. I almost threw up a couple times, but managed to hold it in.
That had to have been the longest night of my life. When they were done, they walked out with the dismembered corpse in an open crate. I swore I saw an antler sticking out of the top.

So next time you go to sleep, think about this: There is a deer corpse in the room next to you being evicerated by two slightly drunken men.

So that's the only interesting news, that, and this kid that lives next door plays and collects Warhammer and WH 40k, so I went there and we played three games of Warhammer. I lost horrendously, since it was my first time playing.

And that's about it.

4 days to go...

I made it to a computer! Aren't you glad?

So nothing new of late. I'm here in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, at somebody's house. They have a computer... yay! Makes sense since I'm writing this post.

I had to sit through a three hour bus ride to get here. It was actually pretty interesting. About 1 1/2 hours into the ride, somebody came on with their dog. It just sat their and let people pet it. Really funny looking, kinda like a fox, but bigger. About 2 hours in, this little kid sitting in the front started making really loud and random noises for the rest of the trip. It was just as bad as the plane trip from Italy. I think at one point he hummed the melody to "Old Macdonald Had a Farm"

So I'll try to keep you guys updated as often as possible. Later!

I'm back with a whole bunch of stuff to say!

Italy

Day 1: We drove around a place called Carrara or something, then got a hotel in Lucca, a small quite town surrounded by a huge wall. Ate dinner there, then left in the morning.

Day 2: Went to see the Leaning Tower in Pisa, followed by going to Florence. Very nice places, both of them, with a whole bunch of touristy stuff. Saw a really huge cathedral in Florence.

Day 3: Went to a place called Sangimignano (I'm really not sure about the spelling) Visited Sienna as well, though I really don't reamember all that much though.

Day 4: I went to the beach that day. If it was that day, then it was a very nice beach, great hotel.

Day 5: Stayed at the same beach again. Went swimming and walked around the town, but there wasn't all that much to see.

Day 6: Went to a different beach, but It wasn't as good as the other. It had that "pebble sand" stuff.

Day 7: Went to Lake Como, and had a boat tour around roughly half the lake. Some really nice scenery there.

Day 8: We went to visit my mom's friend Pat before we got on the plane. She was in Milano, and we walked around there for a couple hours, and saw a really old gothic cathedral.

Flight back: Was horrible beyond all possible explanation. There were so many children on that plane. Scores of them, screaming, crying, running down the ile at the same time. One behind kept poking me and kicking my seat throughout the entire flight. (3 1/2 HOURS!!!) I wanted the flight to end more than I've ever wanted anything else.
I somehow survived, and made it back to Finland.

Not sure when I'll be able to update again, so be on the lookout.

   I made it!

I'm here at my mom's friend's house after a 4 hour bus ride. I just got here from eating some pizza, and I'm stuffed with satisfaction. so it's gonna be fun here; they have a dog named Funny, she's really fun to play with. And LOUD!!!

There's also cable TV, PC games, DVDs and other great stuff! (All this is a Godsend for me.)

So I'll check back here tomorrow, or atleast I'll try presuming my plane for Italy doesn't leave tomorrow.
Later everybody!

Here again, doing stuff.

I'm really not sure how much more of this I can take. It's not a vacation, it's punishment. Only a week has gone by, with three more to go. I've seen nothing of interest, except this computer here in the library. What I wouldn't give for one of my games or DVDs. I know, I'm too addicted to TV, games, etc., but they're like a part of me. Yeah, that's pretty sad, I know.

It's 2:15 PM here, so that annoying 7 hour time difference leaves me with only a couple of sites to visit.

Nothing new has happened, but I leave tomorrow to go to one of my mom's friends house, and it's alot more fun their because they have neat stuff to do.

So I might be here again tomorrow, might not, so, until next time! ^_^

Guess who went to the library computer again!

My title says it, I'm at the library, on its wierd European computer. The keyboard is really confusing. The ? sign is above the + sign by the 9! It's horrible!

So anyway, I'm really glad I got here again to say hi to everybody. Here it's 7 hours later than on the US east coast, so not many people have updated, sadly meaning I can't get to all that many sites. <_>

Vacation update!: Me and my grandpa went fishing yesterday. We weren't even getting a nible, and it was getting kinda late, so he said he'd cast one more time, and he caught a trout! Or some fish that looked like a trout (long and slender, sharp teeth) We're probably going to eat it tonight. That's right. We didn't let it go. I was surprised at that actually, when grandpa started decapitating it. I'll spare you all that details of its grim execution.

So that's all for now, and I'll talk to you guys again whenever I get the chance! *Hugs everybody*
Later!^_^

Greetings from Finland!

I finally had a chance to get to a computer in a library. So let me tell you what's been going on.

Arrival: We took two planes to get here; the combined time was about 7 hours (excluding waiting at the airport) Once we landed my grandpa picked us up and we were on our way.

Up until now: We've just mainly been walking and riding around town (the town here is called Pori), looking at the sites, etc.
They have the Pori Jazz festival here, held annually. It's not to hard to guess what it's about, now is it? Me and my mom went to see the Stevie Wonder concert on sunday. It was pretty neat. Mom met some old friends, and that's it there.

When I'm not out, I'm sitting in my grandparents house looking for something to watch on their 13 TV channels, reading, listening to music, which I can't do anymore because my player ran out of batteries. *curls up into ball on floor*

So this is how it's been, in the land where the sun doesn't set until around 1:00 AM.
I might get a chance to use the computer again on saturday or sunday, because were going to visit a friend who has one.

So up until then, I miss you guys, and I'll talk to you as soon as I can!

I'll see ya when I see ya.

Tomorrow I leave for Finland and Italy. Am I excited? No. I really don't want to leave for a month, but I'm being forced to go because nobody would be here otherwise.

The plane leaves tomorrow at 8:45 PM, so I might be able to get in another post.

And the movie that comes out tomorrow, I, Robot, I will go see with a friend around noon, because when I get back in August it might not be playing anymore.

I might be able to get on a computer at one point or another while I'm in Finland or Italy, so stay tuned for the next month.

As for now, I have to go pack.
See all you guys later!

So many bruises...

I went to play paintball with iggy this weekend, and it was a lot of fun. We only played three games though. The first one was good; me and iggy were the only ones left. The second one was also pretty fun. I was using iggy's old Tippmann 98 custom, and it got hit with a yellow paintball. The last game was awful. I got hit 4 times. In the begining of the game I had my sleeves rolled up, and got hit on my forearm, but the ball didn't break, so I was still in. Iggy's gun was messed-up somehow, so he had to step out. Later, I was the only guy left on my team, going against four other people. I was pinned behind this baricade. It was being hit by so many paintballs, the the paint splashed over my visor so I could hardly see. The eventually bunkered (flanked) me, and pounded me with a paint barage. I was hit three times there, in my leg, arm and head. (my hair turned slightly pink...)
In that game though I think I might of gotten one or two people out.
So that was paintball on saturday. I still have those bruises... the pain...
