IT!... is done.
I finally finished my civics project! Now the rest of the day will be spent doing God knows what. Maybe some games. And you guys, of course.
Summer vacation is almost here! Just have to survive this week, then the next. I'm going to Finland for a full month, so I won't be able to update for a while then.
So enjoy the rest of your day! ^_^

My brain is working double overtime.
I've had two projects, finals, and tons of homework in the last few days! Luckily, a few of my finals are over with, and one project(science) is done. My homework is done for today, so for the rest of the day I'll be working on my project for civics. (It's pretty big, too!)
So I probably won't have time to get to any sites! I'm really sorry! ^_^; But thats' what life is like. All work, no play. Later everybody!
Oh yeah, the comic!

D-day: the sixtieth anniversary
"Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen of the Allied Expeditionary Force!
You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hope and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts, you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.
Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is will trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.
But this is the year 1944! Much has happened since the Nazi triumphs of 1940-41. The United Nations have inflicted upon the Germans great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned! The free men of the world are marching together to Victory!
I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory!
Good luck! And let us beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking."
-Dwight D. Eisenhower

........blah................
I really have nothing to say for today. Nothing even remotely interesting happened. I have finals starting, so I gotta study, and a PE project due friday. Other than that, nothing. Ummmm... I played Halo, and ate some lunch... and thats it. Maybe something neto-spectacular will happen tomorrow. Until then, I can only dream.

I'm bored... what else is new?
So I really didn't do much of anything today. I did buy a cell phone cover, and a new anime DVD, but that's it. The DVD is really good. It's called "Kiddy Grade", and it was just released a couple months ago. You can check it out at kiddygrade.tv if you want. I'd recomend it.
So that's all for today.
I don't know what the deal is, but I'm still not able to get to pennyarcade for some reason, so I'll go with this!

Lets go again! Lets go again!
Hershey park... was... GREAT! I had a really awsome time! So her's the story: We left at 5:30 in the morning, then arrived at the festival at nine AM. We played through our three songs, got the group photo, and left to the park, arriving at 11:30. First, we went on a ride called "Tidal Force", and got completely soaked, so I was walking around dripping for the better part of the day. I went on all of the roller coasters (except two crappy ones). One, in particular, was by far the best. It was called "Storm Runner", and was brand new. It went from 0-72 mph in 2 seconds flat! At the end of the day, we went to the award ceromony for the festival. I think our school got the most awards, or atleast the second most. I was glad to leave though, and slept all the way back. I got home at midnight, and went straight to sleep.
So that was my day at Hershey! Woot!
Sorry, but I can't get in a comic, cause the sight I go to is apparently down. |

Tomorrow is gonna be fun!... Why don't I care?
Yes, so tomorrow, the entire orchestra, band, and chorus of our school go to Hershey Park for a music festival thingy. I should be exstatic, but I'm just really tired. (I havn't been sneaking depressants!)
Anyway, besides that, after school today, me and a group of friends were hanging out outside the school, torturing cicadas. One kid was using the cicada as a soccer ball, and when he pick it up, all that remained was the upper body (wings, head, legs) and it was still alive. So then we tore of a wing, and another wing, and another, until all the was left was a head, a wing, and a leg. It was STILL ALIVE after that! Somebody else just outright tore the head off a cicada and threw it at somebody.
Well, that was my day! Enjoy this comic!

Gamesday: The convention of gods... and nerds who live with their mom.
So, saturday me iggy and Matt went to the Baltimore convention center for the Gamesday convention. Gamesday is a big convention thingy that has all sorts of stuff for Warhammer, Warhammer 40k, and Lord of the Rings. It was for iggy's birthday (not until June 20th). He came and picked me up at 7:30 AM! We then picked up Matt, and were at the convention center by around 8:30 AM. We got our tickets and signed up for a few sceduled battles, and then waited. Last year a few minutes before the doors opened, everyone was screaming: "STORM THE GATE! STORM THE GATE!" in unison. This year though, they all just slowly walked in. They had so much to offer though. The convention had a food court, mega battle (very large scale miniatures battle across multiple tables), free battles (take your own miniatures and battle on tables for however long you like) scheduled battles (watched over by a staff member/judge. Has a certain objective. Includes very nice senery and predeployed miniatures) a tournament, store, bathrooms, displays, a "how to paint better" place, a other great stuff. So we were there from when we got there until 6:00 PM. My legs ached so badly once it was over. So we went to Burger King, then back home. The best way possible for me to spend a saturday. Can't wait till next year!
