Craftworld Miel'sha - chapter IX
Ugh...everybody is after me. At the play one person(much stronger than i) told me to sit down, and another(also stronger that i) told me to stand up and not to take that s**t. So i was standing up and siting down, and one was hitting my arm, the other was grabbing my neck and strangling me. And today everybody was hitting me. I have no feeling in my right arm! I need to take self defense lessons or something so people don't bother me. he's my story, which i know wont hit me.
The Chaos Lord stood there, a demeaning, maniacal look in his battle hungry eyes. He was massive, atleast 7 1/2 feet tall. His armor encompassed all but his head. On his backpack, which provided some power to his armor, were three spikes sticking out, each mounted with heads of past victoms. Hopefully theirs would not be included. His Chaos power armor was very thick, and powered by nano machines and other technologies, to the point that it had a mind of it's own. His hands were power claws, able to rip through thin armor plating. He unsheathed a sword, that looked rather strange. It curved left and right, and faces could be seen on it. Apparentally whatever the sword killed, that victem's soul would be imprisoned in it. The Lord pointed the sword to them, and spoke something in his foul, gutteral language. The team broke left and right, and the Lord charged them. The rangers took up firing positions in the trees, and the gaurdians, with their supernatural speed, managed to barely dodge his attacks. One gaurdian stuttered, and was immediatly hacked down by the huge sword. His waystone tryed to save his spirit, but the sword was stronger, and absorbed it. The rangers continued to fire their long rifles, but to little effect. The shuriken simply bounced off his unholy armor. Another guardian was cut down, his spine flying out his stomach, and landing on the ground with a splash of blood. The lord continued his dance of death, his eyes a burning orange, that made him look even deadlier. The guardians continued firing their weapons while doging the attacks. One lucky hit severed a power cable, and his sword arm fell to the ground. But he simply tossed the sword to his other hand and continued to attack, with a renowed vigor. Another hit on one of his power cables from Al'thae, and the area of impact detonated, and blew out a chunk of his armor. Extremely frustrated, and seeing that he was slowly loosing the battle, he pulled out a melta bomb. Usually attached to vehicles to destroy them in a burst of magma, he threw it at the guardians, who had been recently fighting at the base of the trees, where the rangers were. Auriel, seeing that that bomb would kill them all, grabbed it and sprinted at the Lord.
"Auriel! What the hell are you doing!?" screamed Al'thae. The Lord was caught completely of guard, and Auriel shoved the melta bomb in his face. She quickly looked back to her squad, and a single silver tear flowed down her cheek. She motioned with her lips to say "Al'thae, I love you." And then the bomb detonated. |
