Chalenge accepted: Arnold is now Governor of California... Do you think there should have been a recall in the first place?? Who live in CA, if any of us? and lastly, do you think a candidates personal life should be a media frenzy and effect campaigns the way they do? (Oh, wait SomeGuy is Canadian...is it ethnocentric to think he's know what I'm talking about anyway, or is it no giving him enough credit to think anything else?)

Too many questions, one leads to another!!!! anyway, my answers:

No! I do not think there should have been a recall. I think it sets a dangerous precident that if you don't like what a politician is doing one guy with a lot of $$ can totally get you kicked out of office. Davis inherited A LOT of his problems, and he was not doing a bad job. I don't live in CA, so I might not have the most informed opinion. He was too liberal for conservative and too conservative for liberals, and when it came down to the wire, he sold out to the liberals in order to try and save his office.

I live in Kansas.

I believe a candidate's personal life can show us the moral fiber they have or lack. I personally don't care if arnold was in to group sex in the 70's... He's republican now... I don't care if Clinton inhaled or not, but I do agree with his impeachment: not because of what he did with Monica, but: HE LIED UNDER OATH, it's a crime, I would have gone to jail for a year, he should at least have been disbarred. As for who had sex with whom when... Who cares? not me, infidelity is something that you should handle with you signifiant other, not hte rest of the country.

Finally: Yes, it would be ethnocentric of me, but I give Canadians at large more credit than I give most American at Knowing what is going on with their neighbors, and SomeGuy gets Extra credit, tell you professors, extra credit!!! Molettta said.

I don't know as there is much else to tell about Jordan and I. In May 2000 I moved to a city about an hour away to go to school. I came back to see him almost every weekend. May 2001 I moved from Ks to Colorado for a summer. He came out to see me for a week, and it was good ;) I moved back to KS and he moved to a town 20 minutes from the city I lived in... Still good.

I got really bored in the city and boredom is a very dangerous place for me. In order to save myself I moved to where I live now. a drive of 1 1/2 hours from where Jordan lives. I used to go and see him a lot, but my Credit cards are maxed and I am making bigger payments to them, so my trips are fewer and farther between. This brings me sadness. I don't know, we have problems that really are dumb, but htey still matter. Not enough to mention here, but I love him, really I do. Love at first sight does exist, I guess.

No more story... It's not much. Four years has a lot of info, and while it has sentimental value, It's too much to convey and my fingers get tired from typing

Don't get Credit cards, they're of the devil.

Still thinkin' (Please don't think I'm conceited)
This is long and rambly, be warned, you can skip it if you like, I'm just venting.

So... This is a truth that I have been wrestling with for a while. I am not as smart as I would like to think I am... NO, listen, When I was young, I was socially inept and the only thing I was known for is being The Smart Girl. I lived in a really small town, and I hated EVERYONE, so I buried myself in books. Then I grew up and so on, I moved to a town where the high school was the size of my old town. I started to experience the there were people as smart as me, but they didn't think on the same level as I did. THen I met Jordan and he did, and we opened each others minds further. Then I went to college, and it was great, I could discuss poilitics, current events, books, anything with interesting and intelligent people. Now I am a drop out, and none of my current friends think like that, and I am falling out of the habit. I love my friends, but their complacency makes me complacent and dumb.

Another Episode
So, I saw Jordan almost everyday. They didn't have TV, so we were just talking and listening to music and playing music. He plays guitar and sings, oh God can the man sing...

Anyway so things progressed, I asked if he wanted a gift for Christmas and he said no. He went back to his parents house for X-mas, So, I didn't see him for a couple of days there, but he returned with a gift for me...*growl* On the 27th of Dec. Jordan and Chad moved to a house and out of Bricks. I got rip roaring drunk, again. (Once again, not a condoned action) and for the first time I stayed the whole night, but I was on the couch... GROUNDED on my 19th birthday, I still lived at home and I laughed at my mother, but stayed home that night anyway.

Side thought...I have NEVER been grounded... my parents never did that, as many bad things as I have done, and they number in the millions, bad things, not my parents.

New Years' Eve-- Party for NYE and a housewarming for Chad and Jordan. Big party, lots o' fun ;) So, I am drunk once again...It's New Years Eve, c'mon. Jordan was mixing drinks in the kitchen and I am sitting on the counter talking to him. My friend, Snotrag (I Know...) said, "Jordan, your girlfriend is HoT!"

I looked at him and said, "Am I your girlfriend?"

"I guess so."

Me- "I don't see why not."
