Happy Thursday! ~I attended a Board of Pharmacy meeting in Portland yesterday, and it was quite boring ^^;; But hey, at least I didn't have to be at work ^^;; ~I spent quite a bit of money doing some online shopping ^^;; I registered myself & sis for Kumoricon, bought Full Metal Panic season 1 DVD thin pack, and bought 3 manga & 1 novel from Amazon. Ah yes, I also had to pay off my very icky speeding ticket from last weekend. *feels poor, very poor* ~How can a person battle with the garden hose??? Well, I did (>_<) Mum told me to feed her plants while they were gone -- which is usually my dad's job. Well, I TRIED to...but the hose was being UNcooperative!!! Argh! It was...difficult because I encountered numerous kinks, and leaks, and being too short, and then...the hose was covered in nasty stuff. *sigh* And then...I suddenly felt sad & missed my family very much ^^;; ~Ah well! I shall return tomorrow for visits *^_^*

:::Quickies::: ~I watched Grave of the Fireflies a few days ago…it was so sad ^^;; ~My supposed trip to Yellow Stone National Park this weekend was cancelled. Cowards!!! ~I STILL have Friday off from work, so I shall relax & be happy *^_^* And…perhaps drive off to visit a few friends from school. ~I discovered that a friend from pharmacy school is doing a temporary internship at the hospital where I work…so now I won’t feel alone…because my friend is there, too! ~Well, my family is now gone. They’ve all left for their 3-week trip to Asia. *sighs* I dislike being left out ^^;; Ah well! Life goes on, I suppose. ~I know that I haven’t been visiting y’all as often. My apologies. BUT, I shall try to do so this Friday once my week has calmed *^_^* So, until then, I wish you all a wonderful week! *hugs*

Monkey Orange Goes to the Resort Yep, I am currently at a very nice resort & spa thanks to my aunt who is ALSO there for a law conference *^_^* Mmm...spa, swimming, tennis, and...ummm...other resort stuff, I guess ^^;; The worst part was driving there on Friday [yesterday]. I was actually notified of the trip at 5:00pm, got off work at 6:00pm, left town at 7:00pm with my sis/bro & 2 cousins, drove for over 3 hours in pitch darkness & through the mountains/woods *_* PLUS, I got a speeding ticket (>_<) *sighs* All I can say is...this better be a good weekend! *shakes her fist in the air* Arggggh!

::A Fun Weekend:: ~Friday: Our family went out for some yummy gelato in the evening – which is Italian ice cream, pretty much. The pistachio is VERY good, and the white chocolate raspberry too! Mmm… ~Saturday: We went to Uwajimaya, a Japanese grocery store that also houses the Kinokuniya bookstore, where my sister and I spent an hour looking at stuff. Then, we went to Sushi Land -- a very cute sushi bar that serves sushi on a conveyor belt. Lastly, went stopped by the outlet mall where I did some good shopping. *^_^* ~Sunday: I received several phone calls from my friends – ahh, to be loved! Later that day, our family went over to my grandparent’s place to celebrate my grandpa’s & baby cousin’s joint birthday party. It was quite fun! ::Monkey Orange & Road Trip:: Yes, yes. Although I will not be able to accompany my family on their trip to Asia, I will STILL be able to at least go somewhere. Remember when I mentioned above that my friends called me on Sunday? Well, one of them invited me to go on a mini-road trip to Yellowstone National Park. He said that there may be a group of about 10-15 of us who will rent a big van, and drive over to Wyoming. “Get Friday off!” he said. And…I DID!!! I emailed my manager dude and he gave me the day off! Hehe…I also sneaked in another day “off” [which he also approved] so that I can go visit my other friend later in August. Yay!!! And now my 3 weeks alone…won’t be SO alone ^^;; ::Life at the Pharmacy:: Well, this is my last week working in Outpatient before I rotate to Inpatient. Even though I prefer working in Outpatient, I also sometimes get tired of it. ^^;; And yesterday, Monday, was INSANE. First, Mondays are always crazy-busy, PLUS I was the only Intern present that day ^^;; Sure, the technicians helped me out, but still…the craziness. Yeah…I’ll be the only Intern present this week, save for Wednesday, so…I don’t think that it’ll be a very pleasant “last” week ^^;;. ::And in the End:: By having talked with my friends, I felt a bit better about myself because I wasn’t the only one struggling with frustration during my internship ^^;; There are others, too *^_^* Yeah…we should, like, form a support group. LOL!!! Anywho, I would also like to say THANK YOU to the Mouse because I received his goodie in the mail *hugs* The music is awesome!!! *^_^* Lastly, I shall visit y’all tomorrow for proper updates AFTER my exhausting tennis class. ::Yakitate! Japan:: I love pastries! Perhaps that's one of the reasons why I enjoy watcing this show -- NOT! I like watching this series because it's FUNNY! Just imagine: Take Iron Chef and combine that show with...Naruto or Prince of Tennis or even Dragon Ball Z, AND you've got Yakitate! Japan. Bread battles...bread-tasting facial reactions...all TOO funny!!! *ahem* Believe it or not, I'm actually in a pretty good mood today. *grins* ::Work:: Work on Friday [yesterday] was insane because I was the FRONT person who recieved and logged orders from the patients. Since I'm still new at it, I was quite confused & slow ^^;; I think I spent more time asking questions than actually logging the orders ^^;; Eh. Aside from that, I really enjoyed working my colleagues because they were really nice -- yay! Thus, I was happier as I left for home. Sadly, 'happy' work days like those are rare for me ^^;; ::Anime Purchase:: I have decided NOT to purchase Hellsing now because it's quite expensive. Instead, I think I shall purchase Full Metal Panic season one because the thin packs was newly released -- and quite cheap compared to the standard box set *^_^* Have you guys watched FMP before? I haven't ^^;; ::Visit Campus:: I've been feeing insecure without my textbooks and classnotes with me, so I drove down to campus to retieve most of them. Yes, I'm a dork. But you know what? I think that I'm doing this mainly to set my worries at ease. Will I actually study them? Who knows... ^^;; ::Weekend:: I think I will have a GOOD weekend this time around *^_^* It feels good to NOT be cooped at home, you know? I am a wanderer...I need movement & dynamics *^_^* ::All in All:: Thank you, guys, for still coming to visit me. *^_^* And...for listening. *big hugs* Although I will be a bit busy this weekend, I shall try my best to visit y'all! Can you believe that August is right around the corner!?! Insane, isn’t it? School starts in TWO months for me ^^;; But then again, I kind of miss school ^^;; I figured that since this summer already sucks, then why not just dive back into school ^^;; Work: Blah. Need to study, but too lazy…which is very bad. Family: Blah. They be ditching me soon. Anime: Blah. Not much time to watch. *sighs*

Have you noticed??? It’s kinda strange, but for the last few days when I visited my OWN site, here, I noticed that the advertisements near the top of my page were related to pharmacy. Strange. Do I really talk THAT much about pharmacy? ^^;; Anyhow sadly, I didn’t get to do ALL the things that I listed on my last post ^^;; My weekend was very laidback and quite uneventful. The worst part was most likely when I watched One Piece dubbed. *cringes* Dude, this show has simply been edited to DEATH!!! My bro caught and episode on Saturday and told me that Smoker’s cigar is edited OUT, so therefore he has smoke just RANDOMLY coming from his mouth (>_<) Also, some how the rockets that Don Krieg launched at Luffy ended up being suction cups that almost killed him. *shakes her head in disapproval* Despite all those annoyances mentioned above, there were also several highlights that made my weekend not SO disappointing *^_^* ~I took the siblings to watch Charlie & the Chocolate Factory -- which was…interesting, to say the least *^_^* I just think that Willy Wonka, as a character, is simply fascinating. The Oompa Loompas, on the other hand, have always been kinda strange. ~I have decided what my next anime DVD purchase will be: Hellsing. What can I say? For some reason, I’m suddenly in a dark, violent, and gothic mood ^^; Hmm…I wonder why? ~I also got to chat with the Mouse for the first time *^_^* Although…I think that I might have chatted a bit too much ^^;; LOL!!! ~Anywho, if you guys would also like to chat with me, then just PM me and we can trade screen names *^_^* And I think that’s about it for now. Well, it’s back to the workweek!!! *hugs*

They got me a mini ice-cream cake & sang me a song! >>> My old pharmacist supervisor guy thinks that I'm an insane Intern to needs to cut-back on my quest of being a perfectionist ^^;; He says that I need to take it one-day-at-a-time. ^^;; >>> Gonna watch Charlie & the Chocolate Factory today! >>> Gonna finish reading my novel and 3 manga this weekend! >>> Gonna study more pharmacy stuff this weekend! >>> Gonna watch more anime this weekend! >>> Gonna play some videogames with my bro this weekend! >>> Gonna try to play some tennis this weekend! Peace Hello friends, I hope that you are doing well today *^_^* As for me, I guess that you can say I’ve been doing well too! =Work= Slowly, it gets better ^^;; I learned how to enter prescriptions into the computer system; I answered a phone-in question regarding drug information; I am counseling patients more often. But you know what? I still need to brush up on extra info to be on top of my game. Which means…studying *gasp* Nah! I’ll just look over some info *^_^* Hmm…also…do I smell…payday? =Tennis= Enjoying. Of course, it’s always nice seeing my ‘cute’ instructor, too *^_^* But yes, I think that I’m really getting into this sport, in a lazy way, even though I’m still pretty bad. Eh. =Purchase= My Kumogoro plushie came in the mail on Tuesday *^_^* What is it? Well, if you’ve seen Gravitation, or read it, then you should know. If you haven’t, then…it’s pretty much described as a pink bunny with a red bow tie *^_^* Very cute! I also have some manga that should be arriving soon – muchos thanks to the Mouse *^_^* =Old Men Talk= Yes. It’s been weird overhearing the old pharmacist dudes at my work converse about their ‘old man’ issues, like hip problems and sigmoidoscopies. ^^;; I feel a bit out-of-placed, you know? Well peeps, life is still busy, so I probably won’t be able to do proper visits until tomorrow, or so ^^;; Gomen!!! But until then, have a great day! *hugs*

Blah Hi everyone! How are y’all doing today? As for myself, I’m doing alright so far *^_^* My weekend was very nice & relaxing. *^_^* Gifts from Afar Yep, my bro & sis came back home from their orchestral competition in Vienna, Austria. AND…they got first place for best chamber orchestra!!! I am SO proud of my little buttheads *^_^* Man, I wish I could’ve been there too! Ah welll!!! Anywho, they brought back gifts for the family and themselves – most notably are the chocolates, sunglasses, and shoes. *^_^* Hehe, my sis bought me a cute handbag from Venice, and I took it to work yesterday *^_^* Lucky, kids. Being Ditched Yes, the abandonment. It’s not really that they INTENDED to abandon me…it’s just that I couldn’t get the time off from my new job. You know, 3 weeks is quite a long time to take off from a new job ^^;; Anywho, for those of you who asked, my family [minus me] will be going to spend 1 week in China & 2 weeks in Vietnam. Man…it sucks that I can’t go, but then again…I guess staying home and making money is…okay. I just don’t like being totally alone, you know. The least the could’ve done was to leave behind one of my siblings to keep me company ^^;; But then, that wouldn’t be fair to them ^^;; Hey! They ALREADY went to Europe, man! ^^;; Work Life in the Outpatient pharmacy on Monday was STRANGELY calm…for a Monday! Well…I’m NOT complaining. ^^;; I like things clam *^_^* But yes, it was good seeing the old crew today *^_^* I definitely feel more comfortable in outpatient than in Inpatient/IV ^^;; Ah yes! I got to do ONE counseling today – yay! I shall attempt to do some more tomorrow! Yep, I gotta keep practicing! Anime Retired I have decided to retire Tsubasa Chronicles and Meine Liebe from my collection of fansubs. To be honest, both of these shows are slow in development – especially for Tsubasa. At 15 episodes, I’d like to be able to notice a more deeper storyline, rather than “Let’s travel to this world, get the feather, and move on…” Well…is that it? I need more to work with, man ^^;; The same goes for .Meine Liebe -- which is just…slow & a bit boring ^^;; New Love I finished downloading Yakitate!!! Japan and watched the first 3 episodes. Oh my gosh!!! This is quite some funny stuff – especially THOSE facial expressions! LOL!!! I recommend y’all to try out this show! Funny, funny, funny!!! And a bit silly, but still good.
