   ...a sticky situation, indeed

Remember the guy who has a crush on me, yet I only consider him a friend? Well, he had a pretty bad weekend and a pretty bad day, today. Over the weekend, his good friend died. And then he also found out that his grandmother is dying. And today, his textbooks were stolen ^^;; He asked me if I would accompany him out-of-town so that he can visit his dying grandmother. I was reluctant because Mid-terms are coming up. So then I asked him, "Do you need me to go with you?" He replied, "Yes." So I said, "Okay, I will go with you." Yet, I still feel reluctant to go. Is that wierd? Bad? He is a friend in need, so I can't say 'no,' right? Ock. I have a hard time with saying 'no.' But since he needs someone to be there, then I shall be there. Was it a good decision? Am I doing the right thing? I feel really wierd. ^^;;

   When inspiration strikes!

Wow. I've made 3 posts, 3 days in a row. Either I have lots of free time, or I'm just a lowly procrastinator -- I'd say the latter ^^;; Today is such a beautiful Friday *^_^* All my worries have been cast aside, for the time being. I dunno. Why am I feeling so good today? It's not like I've progressed far in my studies or anything. I think my 'relaxed' mood has something to do with what I did last night. I was sitting in bed and watching the news. Suddenly, I felt a strong desire to write. You see, I had wrote a story a few years ago for a class, and it was dedicated to my sister. Because it was for a class, I made the story pretty short and brief. My sister LOVED my story. She kept on telling me to add more but I was like "I don't have time." PLUS, I kept teasing her with a certain 'scene' that I said I'd write...someday. So yesterday, it came -- the inspiration. I grabbed my laptop and wrote the next section of my story for the mext 3 hours. Man, I felt SO happy and content afterwards *^_^* Well...I should have used that time to be studying, but hey...whatever! *^_^* I'm gonna print out the section today, and add it to the online goody that I bought recently, and THEN give them both to my sister as a belated birthday gift. *^_^* She's SO gonna love them both! Yeah, I'm strange. *^_^* Well, mum's on her way to pick me up from school so I gotta take off. Have a wonderful weekend, guys! *hugs all* EDIT: I'm a slow typer, so the section turned out to be a measely 2 pages, single spaced ^^;; Still, it's pretty good, methinks!

   Happy Thursday!

I remember that during the summer I would always title my Thursday posts as "Happy Thursday" -- because Thursday was my last day of class during summer school *^^* Anyways, I'm doing a bit better today. I spent 6 hours studying at the library yesterday, and my brain was like mush afterwards ^^;; I think I'm gonna take it easy for today *^_^* Oh yeah, I have a new Professor for my Drug Foundation class -- a class with different professors every week or so. THIS particular professor is pretty...cute...well, in a nerdy-cute way. *^_^* Man, I feel so lazy now ^^;; Last weekend I smuggled some Saiyuki DVDs from my sister's room and took them with me to campus. Simply to put it, I'd rather go back to my complex, lie on my bed, and watch them ^^;; Must resist all temptations!    Slowly losing her sanity?

I had a pretty good weekend -- unproductive as usual ^^;; This week is gonna be filled with busy work, so I will most likely not be able to visit your sites. Sorries.    Oh the drama of my life!

Do you believe in love? I do. But the question is...will I ever find it? There have been 3 guys in my life who've I've been great friends with *^_^* And in the end, it is THEM who develop one-sided feelings towards me. I always find it hard saying 'no' to those I care about, so I end up going with the flow. Afterwards, I feels SO uncomfortable with the situation that I am forced to put it to an end. ^^;; And then the ackwardness begins. Perhaps...I'm NOT destined to fall in love. Perhaps I am unable to reciprocate. Why is it that the guys that I like, do not like me? Why is it that the guys that like me...well, I cannot return their feelings...and it's SO hard to deal with? Life is...strange. I hate confrontation. I hate these situations. ^^;; Yesterday, I was called...uptight. ^^;; I guess being called uptight is better than being called other things. Please. I hope he got the message. I truly adore him as a friend, and...only a friend. *sighs* Yes. Monkey Orange has some issues. Later today, in lab, I get to inject myself with saline...lovely. ^^;; Never really 'stabbed' myself with a needle before so it should be...interesting. *sighs* Thank God for the MLK holiday weekend. I REALLY need to remove myself from this bloody campus before I self-combust ^^;; Wish me luck! EDIT: Post-Injection. It wasn't THAT bad ^^;; The needle was VERY tiny. But...it DID sting a bit afterwards ^^;;

   Another case of the Mondays...

Err... It's Monday. My weekend was just a bit TOO short. And do you know why it's like that? Answer: I no longer have Friday off! Sucks, really. Last term, I would normally go home on Thursday, use Friday to do school stuff, bum around on Saturday, and get ready to go back to campus on Sunday. And now...I no longer have the extra Friday. Therefore, my weekend was even MORE useless than my other weekends from last term ^^;; *sighs* Well, on Saturday I was able to spot and purchase a limited edition Juvenile Orion manga volume 5 WITH box!!! SO HAPPY! The box came with 2 very adorable key chains of Tsukasa and Tominori *^_^* Yep, yep. And today [Monday], I have officially recieved my very own student pharmacist NAME TAG!!! Woo hoo! I now HAVE a name! It's a pretty cool tag, actually -- with magnets on the back INSTEAD of a safety pin. Yes...I was very...fascinated. *_*

   A very bland day

Nothing too exciting today ^^;; On Monday evening, my friend [Mia], her boyfriend, and myself were supposed to study, right? Didn't happen ^^;; We ended up going to dinner, and seeing a movie called Life Aquatic -- starring Bill Murray and Owen Wilson. To put it simply, the movie is about a marine documentarian who seeks revenge on a shark for eating his friend [and some other stuff]. All in all, the movie was...random. ^^;; It wasn't horrible, it was just...random ^^;; But...there were also some pretty funny moments *^_^* On Tuesday I went to my Pharmacy Law class in the evening, and reunited with my...'pharmacy shadow supervisor' guy from last year *^_^* He will be the Professor for this class -- which is totally cool with me because he's SUCH a nice man *^_^* Yep, nice people, rock! As for this morning...I battled with my hair dryer, a computer printer, a photocopy machine, and a soda machine. ^^;; I don't think that technology likes me much. Next, I only had one class today -- and I'm feeling SO sleepy right now ^^;; Sometimes having free time scares me...a lot. I know I should be spending that time studying, but I end up being a bum -- a sleepy bum ^^;; Ah well. I think I'm gonna go back to my complex and take a mini-nap. I shall then study some more until I pass out from exhuastion. Sounds good. *^_^*

   New beginnings for 2005!

Okay, I may be a few days late but...HAPPY NEW YEAR! Before I begin my usual posting, I'd like to wish my sister a happy 15th birthday! And of course, today is also Panda's birthday as well *^_^* Alrighty! I have officially started Winter Term. It's SO exciting *sarcasm, of course* No, really. I think that I have a better chance of doing better academically this term as opposed to Fall term ^^;; Ack, enough of school talk! Anime Stuff: I FINALLY finished watching Full Metal Alchemist this past Saturday -- it was SO good. This show is definitely rated high on my list of 'watched' stuff *^_^* Ed and Al...I love them SO much. I can't wait for movie *^_^* Fruits Basket. I've decided to re-watch this show. It's lite and cute -- perfect for starting off the new term *^_^* Oh yeah...and did I mention it's full of yummy bishies *^_^* Ahh...Shigure. New Laptop: Yep. I just registered my laptop to mooch off of the school's wireless Internet. Yippee. I wonder though...if I'll be able to download some goodies *^_^* Mwhauahahaha! So, did you guys have a good New Years?

   Much love, and well wishes for the New Year!

Hiya guys! Well, my Christmas has been officially over for the past few days ^^;; All in all it was...okay. For some strange reason I just wasn't all into the holiday season that much. I think it's a result of old age ^^;; My favorite gifts were my laptop, MP3 player, and a book [from my sister]. Yep, nothing very exciting. I spent Christmas Day hearing mum nag at my dad. Then, our family went over to my dad's side where we had NO Christmas celebration because that day marked the 1 year anniversary of my grandfather's death. We had some Buddhist monks over for chanting and ceremonial stuff. Afterwards we went over to mum's side for a family Christmas gathering. Again, nothing too exciting. Grandparents were a bit cheap with money gift >_< $20 measley bucks? Ock! I'm a student who hasn't even bought her textbooks for winter term! *sighs* It's the thought that counts, right? ^^;; I love them, nonetheless. Alrighty. I've got less than a week of break left before I head back to campus. I'm gonna enjoy it as much as I can *^_^* Gonna get my hair chopped off tomorrow, and it better look good dammit! Okay guys!    Merry Christmas Eve, and Merry Christmas!!!

Although I’m posting on Christmas Eve, it may already be Christmas in other parts of the world ^^;; I’d just like to say that it has been a wonderful year for me personally, and for posting on MyO and OB. I’m glad to have befriended many kind and unique individuals. I enjoy reading all of your posts [when I’m able to, that is ^^;;]. Because through reading the posts, I am able to learn so much about you – which is always fun and interesting.
