La la la!!!
I'll keep it short for now 'cause I gotta leave soon ^^;;
Bishie of the Moment:
Done *^_^* If you wanna see him, then check out the intro section above. For the time being, the bishie in the spotlight is Sakuya Kira from Angel Sanctuary. *drools* Yes, I've been in a total Kira mood ever since I read the 3rd manga volume a few days ago ^_^
Stuff!!!
I was finally able to pick up some manga from the Mall.
Angel Sanctuary 3
DNAngel 3
Gravitation 7
Rave Master 10
AND...I finally got my Full Metal Alchemist in the mail!!! Thank you SO much to the person who sent them to me *^_^* I was able to watch the first episode and TOTALLY love it so far! I can't wait to watch more. Yay!
Checking out my studio:
I'm gonna head out like...now...to go check out my studio for the fall. Yay! I can't wait until I start moving in later next month. *grin*

Total blah!
Today is supposed to be a Happy Thursday, right? Instead it's more like an...Indifferent Thursday. I feel like...just blah!
And I'm currently listening to Metallica's Nothing Else Matters, so...that doesn't help my mood much =_= Good song, though.
Watch out where you're wandering!
As y'all have been informed several times, I am currently staying with my Aunt and her fiancee [the 'guru'] while I'm taking summer classes. Well...unfortunately the 'guru' hasn't been in the best of moods this past week due to a spat with my Aunt.
And I, sadly, was caught in the crossfire =_= I dislike being around displeasant people because it makes me feel a hella uncomfortable. But yes, being caught in the crossfire sucked! Therefore, I'm not gonna be using the 'guru's computer and Internet anymore. Total ceasation [at least for the remainder of my time at that house]! Which means...no more downloads =_= Sucks. BUT I WILL survive! I have other connections *^_^* Thank God!
Yay! Incoming Anime!
So yes. No more downloads for the time being. BUT, I will get them via other means.
-My Full Metal Alchemist should be on it's way.
-I've asked an online friend to send me the remaining One Piece episodes that I've given up downloading.
-And...I'll be getting Kare Kano DVDs for free from another online friend *^_^*
Ecetera for the next few days:
-I will try to post up the next 'bishie of the moment'
-gonna see if my manga volumes are in yet
-watch anime
-STUDY
-recooperate from my unpleasant exposures this past week!
EDIT:
Due to the 'kiddy'-fication of Rave Master, I was orignally planning on buying the DVDs. BUT...I read that the DVDs are ALSO gonna be EDITED!!! *screams* NOO!!! This day just keeps getting worse, I swear!

Interesting lecture topic: poop
Although the professor didn't outright say the word, a good chunk of the lecture revolved around 'poop': how it's made, how it moves, what's in it, and why it smells.
Okay, okay. The way he presented the material was just funny! Poop and...the importance of the butthole.
There. I said it. Now, I feel like I'm speaking 'elementary' school language again ^^;;
Yesterday I was SO sluggish! I seriously thought that I may have had some sort of sleeping disorder 'cause I was SO fricking sleepy =_= Anywho, this morning I decided to gradually dose myself up with some caffiene and to listen to some Metallica [which I haven't been listening to, of late]. And surely enough, I was a BIT more awake than I was yesterday. Thank goodness.
Anime. I haven't been watching any since Monday--my access to the computer had been a bit...restricted. Very sad. Hopefully, this won't last long.
Yep. My life is pretty routine by now. Hopefully y'all aren't TOO bored when you read through my posts ^^;;
Bishie of the Moment?
-Do you remember when I posted the 'Bishie of the Moment' pictures? Did you like them? Would you like to see them again?
I miss posting them. I feel like I'm not giving enough attention to my beloved bishies ^^;; It's a bit hard to post them away from home, but if you'd like I can start posting them again. You know what? I think I will, anyways! I'll try placing the picture in the intro area so that they can hang around here a bit longer. Mmm...bishies.
That's all.
Question for though:
What was the strangest/funniest topic discussed by your teacher?
-For me, it's currently the lecture on poop [...my poor memory is waning away. How sad.] |

It's August. Really?
I am once again fascinated by the flow of time during the course of this summer.
Weekend:
Good. I did most of the things I said I was gonna do. Everything went well [with the exception of NO manga purchases *sighs*]. I FINALLLY took my siblings to watch Spiderman 2 and it was SO good! I've alway's been a huge fan of Spidey--so seeing him again made me happy! I can't wait to watch the return of the Green Goblin *wink, wink* in the next movie. *^_^*
Goodbye, Saiyuki:
My sister bought Saiyuki 12 dvd over the weekend. Sadly, I didn't have enough time to watch even a single episode =_= This 12th volume marks the end of the Homura Arc--the 2nd season. Will I be able to wacth more afterwards? The answer solely depends on whether or not my sister will buy Saiyuki Reload. I will NOT purchase Reload anime BUT I WILL purchase the Manga when it comes to the US *^_^*
Lastly, I have decided to bequeth my entire Saiyuki season 1 dvds to my sister once I leave for school this fall. I figure that she'll be more happier with more Sanzo ^^;;. Teehee.
Presents via Mail:
I finally recieved all 62 episodes + OVAs of Hunter x Hunter in the mail from an online friend. THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! Yay! I shall start watching this show in the Fall *^^*
All I need next is Full Metal Alchemist -- which should also be coming sometime from another online friend, AND I'll be set to start the upcoming school year.
I'm SO happy. Anime life is doing good.
My Fall Studio:
I called the lady today. She told me that I can start moving my stuff into the studio whenever I'm ready [just as long as I don't start living there, of course ^^;;]. Hehe. I'm quite happy about this. Actually, I won't be moving my stuff into the studio unti September-ish. *^_^*
Summer School:
Today, Monday, marks the beginning of the end of my summer session. It feels GOOD. 3 weeks left and I'll be DONE!!!
Mwuauhahahaha
...I still miss Zach [ex-lab instructor] *sniffle*
EDIT: I found out that the daily lab quizzes have returned for this session...NOO!!!

Gomu Gomu no Picture!
This is the first time I've changed my profile picture *^_^*
As you all are most likely informed by now, I'm currently watching a Shounen Anime called One Piece--which I shall say again, is absolutely GREAT!!!
My name on myO is Monkey Orange, right? *looks up at the top of the page* Yes. So, I figured who best to illustrate me than Luffy from One Piece. That's right. It's no other than your's truly, Monkey D. Luffy!!!
I can't help it! I totally LOVE Luffy! He's SO zaney and wacky that it's just SO adorable *^_^*
What can I say? I have a thing for monkeys ^_^ Especially the zaney ones *^_^*
That's all. |

Almost completely drained, but am still alive and kicking!
No misfortunes today. I'm just drained of energy ^^;;
Blasting 'dem tests and quizzes outta the water!!!
Math test #2 = A *^_^*
Lab Quiz #2 = A *^_^*
Horrid Lab Report that took 4ever = A *^_^*
Almost...done...
Punch! Attack on Exam #2!!!
Ever since my mediocre exam score from last week, I've been seriously prepping myself to do better this time around!
I've once again switched my method of studying: going from the new methods BACK to my normal method from my undergrad years.
Although my lack of energy right now has resulted from the insane studying these past few days, I have a good feeling that I'll do well on the exam tomorrow ^_^
If ALL goes well, my Happy Thursday tomorrow will INDEED be a happy one! *^_^*
Addiction! One Piece is crack!
Seriously. I'm only into the third episode of One Piece and I'm already addicted. It's the story! It's the characters! It's the music! It's the action! It's TOTAL pirate goodness *^_^*
What is it with me and Shounen Anime?
*is presently addicted to BOTH One Piece and Prince of Tennis*
Musically...I am STILL addicted to Metallica *^_^*
TOO MANY addictions! ^^;; Still, good stuff *^_^*

Tuesday Misfortunes: I'm okay, really (*^_^*)
Of all the luck!
I had feeling this morning that my Tuesday was gonna be a bit off--it has been, so far.
Misfortune 1.
Early morning: My hair was acting wiggy! It totally didn't want to cooperate at all. How annoying =_=. Wait. Did I just talk about my hair with you guys? ^^;;
Misfortune 2.
Beginning of morning class lecture: Apparently my coffee container sprang a leak around the lid area, and dripped coffee onto my shirt. Again, how annoying. =_=
Misfortune 3.
Death of ANOTHER pen: It's true. Yesterday, I managed to grab another blue pen from my Aunt's place [it had a nice grip too]. BUT, as I began to take my notes--it died!!! Once again, I resorted to my black pen. Annoying.
Misfortune 4.
Distraction during lecture: my eye contacts. Yep. This time, it was my contacts that were acting wiggy. I was like this, =_+
I laugh in the face of adversity!
I'm actually amused at how this day has been so far. AND it's still the morning!!! ^^;;
Hopefully, there will be NO MORE annoying occurances. Please.
WE SHALL SEE!!! |

Of pens and hot weather!
I was SO happy I finished that horrid lab report on Friday. As a result, I was able to completely relax over the weekend--AND it was nice *^_^*
I don't usually visit the MyO sites on the weekends, so my apologies ^^;; BUT I WILL try to get around today.
Yay, for new Anime!:
When I came back to my Aunt's last night, I discovered that my download for One Piece finished *^_^* Yay!
I hypothesized that the 'guru' must have left the computer on so that the downloads could finish. He either did that because he knew how much I wanted them, OR he just wanted them done with because he's annoyed with me ^^;;
Whichever it is, I don't mind as long as I get my stuff *^_^*. And since I NOW have my stuff--that means that I can start watching tonight--well, after I finish my homework, right? It's ALL about CONTROL, isn't it? Control.
Death of the Pen:
It's true. My favorite and treasured blue pen DIED today during my morning lecture. I was shocked. BUT it IS a pen, and they are SUPPOSED to die sooner or later.
Luckily I had another pen, BUT it was black. I prefer blue. Oh well. I shall scavage for a blue pen later today when I get back to my Aunt's place.
Heat wave over?:
Both Panda and I live in the same region: the Pacific Northwest.
Therefore, we've both been experiencing some nasty heat for the past few days. AND it was icky!
Luckily I spend most of my days in the buildings at school which have air conditioning. BUT when I was home over the weekend, I actually had to be out in the ickyness! AND it was ICKY! SO HOT!!! *sighs* Methinks it should be cooler for the next few days. And when I say 'cooler,' I mean around the 80s 0_o
All this hot weather reminds me of the time I spent in SW USA where the temperature was constantly above 100 degrees. The hottest I've ever experienced was 118 degrees in Death Valley--ICKY!!! It feels like you're actually baking in an external oven =_=

Things are finally looking better!
So yeah. I kinda had a breakdown yesterday ^^;; BUT I'm better now *^_^*
I spent most of my Thursday afternoon getting started on my mountain of schoolwork. AND I felt very accomplish. Yay! ^^
Today I shall try to finish up my horrid lab report [very time consuming] so that I can focus on the usual A&P studying on the weekend--and studying for my Math exam on Monday. You know what? That's STILL a lot of stuff to do despite my so called 'head start' on Thursday. Ah well. At least I was productive, right?
My downloads are FINALLY picking up *^_^* Hopefully I'll have something to watch before I drive home this evening.
I missed watching my Anime SO much this week. My bishies...*sniffle*
BUT, all was NOT lost! I'd like to thank Panda for posting up her bishilicious pictures of the Saiyuki boys--they were great eye candy! Mmm...
That's all I got for now.
Have a great weekend y'all *^_^* !!! |
