Of pens and hot weather!
I was SO happy I finished that horrid lab report on Friday. As a result, I was able to completely relax over the weekend--AND it was nice *^_^*
I don't usually visit the MyO sites on the weekends, so my apologies ^^;; BUT I WILL try to get around today.
Yay, for new Anime!:
When I came back to my Aunt's last night, I discovered that my download for One Piece finished *^_^* Yay!
I hypothesized that the 'guru' must have left the computer on so that the downloads could finish. He either did that because he knew how much I wanted them, OR he just wanted them done with because he's annoyed with me ^^;;
Whichever it is, I don't mind as long as I get my stuff *^_^*. And since I NOW have my stuff--that means that I can start watching tonight--well, after I finish my homework, right? It's ALL about CONTROL, isn't it? Control.
Death of the Pen:
It's true. My favorite and treasured blue pen DIED today during my morning lecture. I was shocked. BUT it IS a pen, and they are SUPPOSED to die sooner or later.
Luckily I had another pen, BUT it was black. I prefer blue. Oh well. I shall scavage for a blue pen later today when I get back to my Aunt's place.
Heat wave over?:
Both Panda and I live in the same region: the Pacific Northwest.
Therefore, we've both been experiencing some nasty heat for the past few days. AND it was icky!
Luckily I spend most of my days in the buildings at school which have air conditioning. BUT when I was home over the weekend, I actually had to be out in the ickyness! AND it was ICKY! SO HOT!!! *sighs* Methinks it should be cooler for the next few days. And when I say 'cooler,' I mean around the 80s 0_o
All this hot weather reminds me of the time I spent in SW USA where the temperature was constantly above 100 degrees. The hottest I've ever experienced was 118 degrees in Death Valley--ICKY!!! It feels like you're actually baking in an external oven =_=
