   Not feeling well? Talk to your pharmacist!
Hi guys!

*^_^* Life feels SO much better near the end of the week. My days are less busy, and I get to actually sit down and zone out for a while. It’s NICE! Eat some food. Take a nap. Watch some anime. Read some manga. Go online. Just nice! *^_^*

Sadly, such tranquility does NOT last as long as I’d like it to. For next week, I’ve got assignments to complete, regular lectures to study for, quizzes, MIDTERMS, and internship interviews with SIX different companies. ^^;; I don’t cry. I don’t have fits of rage. I just laugh. Laugh, and…maybe freak out for a while ^^;; But it’s life. I suck it up and move on. Give it my best with NO regrets *^_^* …and then I whimper in sleep – just KIDDING! It’s tough, but I always manage to get through.

Oh yeah, I got 16/17 on my 1st drug quiz. *^_^* What ticks me off the most was that it was open-notes. Dammit, it should’ve been 17/17. ^^;;

Enough of school-talk, already!

Goodies for me?
I recently received a package in the mail from an online friend. *^_^* I got the stuff on Wednesday [a horrible day filled with tons of schoolwork], and was SO happy! Getting that package was seriously the highlight of my day. The package had episodes of One Piece 41-108, Prince of Tennis 124-128, Kyou Kara Maou 14-18, Hunter x Hunter OVA 3 GI Final 12-14. *big GRIN* Thank you SO much! She’s a total life saver *^_^*

Tonight I’m gonna try to download & burn episodes of One Piece 112-113, Bleach 2, and Haru Kanaru 1. I think PoT 133 is out, but I’m not sure. I shall check. At this moment, I don’t have much time to watch all of these cool and wonderful shows ^^;; BUT, I still gotta pile up my reserves while the resources are available, right? Aww…I love anime.

Did I tell you guys? I got my plastic…err…credit card in the mail a few days ago. MY name, MY address. *grin* I have been EXTREMELY frugal these past weeks, so I think it merits a bit of fun and rewarding spending, ne? It won’t be much, I promise ^^;; Just maybe..oh…5 or 7 volumes of manga. Hehe. I still need to finish 1 more new manga that I haven’t read yet ^^;;

Discourse, time! Part One: Pets, my Goldy!
Sorry to say, but I was never the typical child who grew up with a dog or cat. Why? Simple. Mum. Mother does NOT like animals. Actually, she just prefers NOT to take care of them. Therefore, growing up, my only pets were…fish.

Fish. Such creatures are easy to care for. Sure, they’re not exciting and you can’t play catch with them, BUT they are good pets in their own simplistic way. Fish live in a small area [usually in a corner of the room], they eat few flakes of food, and their poop doesn’t come in a notable and stinky pile ^^;;. My oldest fish lived for 7 years! It was a goldfish who started out the size of a pinky and grew to be 3 fingers wide & almost 1 hand long.

And then…one day Goldy puffed up and couldn’t swim. Goldy still breathed, but was handicapped. I wanted to take Goldy to the Vet clinic, but mum and dad gave me strange looks. *sniffle* Goldy died. I cried. The end.

As the years progressed, my parents became more flexible toward the issue of pets. My next pet was a duckling, named Hugh the duckling. *^_^* To be continued.

Question for thought
-Which of the 20 common amino acids exhibit a chiral carbon atom?
Hehe, just kidding! How about this question: Ever had pets? What kind? Name?

Have a great weekend, guys!
