Birthday, me?

This is Monkichi-chan *^_^*

Another Year Older
You know, I think I’ve definitely reached the age when birthdays are just not as fun ^^;; Yep, today I have officially turned twenty-five, or 25. And…that’s 5 years away from…30 ^^;; Ah well! No special plans, so far! If I’m not too brain dead from work, then perhaps I’ll get the family to go out to dinner or something. If not, then it’s okay. I accept my old age *^_^*

Work: IV Pharmacy
Yosh, it was so much better on Wednesday than on Tuesday. My pharmacist supervisor lady actually spoke more to me & taught me how to do some stuff. On Wednesday, I got to practice my ‘sterile’ & ‘handling’ techniques when dealing with syringes & needles. And finally, I was able to officially prepare IV bags & TPNs [Total Parenteral Nutrition, or liquefied food] *^_^*

The scary part of work from Wednesday was when the old pharmacist lady started asking me knowledge questions ^^;; I was like, ‘Okay self, try not to give a dumb answer otherwise she’ll think you’re stupid & have no respect for you!’ So, I tried me best to recall my knowledge AND was able to successfully answer her question! Phew!!! Now THAT was frightening – but I survived *^_^*

Lastly, I met a very funny pharmacist dude *^_^* He totally looked and acted like Jon Stewart from the Daily Show. LOL!!! It’s good to now that there exists funny & adorable pharmacists – it makes me feel more at ease *^_^*

Anime
Chrono Crusade. I bought the 6th dvd volume a few days ago, and watched it. Man, the craziness!!! Mind you, I am also reading the manga – which is also good – but then again, I often get a bit confused with the meshing of the storylines. Hmm…it’s all SO dramatic now – I wonder how the show will end ^^;; Although…I did hear that it ends…sadly *_*

Naruto. The matches for third exam are pretty cool to watch. I love finding out the characters’ secret abilities and such. Also, I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to see Kakashi vs. Orochimaru ^^;; AND speaking of Kakashi, something tells me that…he’s hiding something. Hmm…

And in the End…
