bored
I'm bored! And sick. I hate colds. I took a two hour nap today. I was supposed to be playing video games, but my body said, "NO! You are going to sleep right now! Get a friggin blanket and lay down!" So I did.
In unrelated news, I think my friend had a breakthrough today. He's REALLY obsessed with Fight Club. It was a good movie, but he takes it too far. At first he just kept telling me to see it, and quoting things like, "Sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken." When I saw it, he went crazy. Almost anything out of mouth was a quote or reference to it. He started making me call him Tyler, he calls me Jack, he's read the book, and the worst part is that it's affecting me. Yesterday he was telling me something about us becoming multi-billionaires (by robbing convenience stores), and I suggested that we would buy Texas and use a giant space laser to write "Fight Club" so it could be seen from space. At least he's not as obsessed as he was a month ago. But he still wants to start a fight club in senior year. Actually, he told me not to say anything Fight Club related on this site, so if he sees this I'm dead Tuesday (3-day weekend).
Oh well. Off to play Animal Crossing: Wild World, I guess.

Ugh... I don't feel like writing anything. Nothing happened today. Except this thing that I kept saying all day. It was along the lines of "[Person 1], beware of [Person 2]! He is a vicious creature, a legendary mammal from the stars!" I said that to about six people today. I got a lot of stares. I like to say things just to get reactions out of people. It's fun. ^^

Well, my weekend went okay, I guess. I was going to see a movie with my dad on saturday, but he woke up at 4:30. In the afternoon. He's really lazy.
So... other stuff. Well, I like (most) cats, few children... Actually, I hate children. There's only a few that I can even tolerate.
I'm into RPGs, whatever the hell those Sonic games are, some sidescrollers (platformers?), and some other stuff. I can think of anything right now. There isn't really that much to me. Well, nothing that I'm going to put on the internet, anyway.

   school
So, school.
Today was okay. We had some cool thing in Japanese for New Year's. The teacher talked all about japanese tradition's, etc, and we got to play some games. There were also fortunes. I was the one of two or three in the whole class that actually got bad luck. Hehehe.
The rest of today was pretty non-descript.
I realize that no one who reads this would know anything about me, not that anyone reads this anyway, but I still think I should put some more personal stuff down. Not too personal, of course. I won't even give my name. Ever. But I'll wait till the next post. I have to go now. So yeah.

finals
So... finals. I wasn't stressed at all before today. At least I'm only worried about one class though. Japanese is easy, Govt/Civics is easy, Geometry is actually fun, Biology is only slightly challenging, and Health is stupid easy. I'm only worried about my stupid Lit/Comp class. I think I have an A or a B in that class, but I hate it. It's just so boring. If my friend wasn't in that class with me, it would completely suck.
By the way, why do people make such a big deal out of "Of Mice and Men"? It sucked. It wasn't some "literary masterpiece", it was just a mildly depressing and completely pointless story. Bleh. Now I'm off, probably to play Solitaire, because I'm bored!

   Grrr!
I just did a search to find pictures of Shadow when he's glowing red/blue, and most of what I found was instead terrible reviews for the game. I'm so pissed off! That game is freaking awesome. Yes the camera angles are sometimes a little glitchy. Yes, it's pretty hard to use the guns that don't lock on. But who the hell cares?!
Games are for having fun, not judging! The game is extremely fun, and the guns are really easy to use once you get the hang of it. This damn review went far enough as to complain about the "doom pits" right by the roads in the first level. It had some lame joke about the engineers who built the city's transit system. Well, the city was pretty odd looking, if you forget the fact that IT WAS BEING BOMBARDED WITH GIANT LASERS. It's not that hard to figure out, as you're dogding the friggin' things the whole level.
People like that, who go around judging games based on graphics or sound or gameplay without even mentioning whether or not it was enjoyable really piss me off.

Sleeeeeep...
Well, I'm bored, and tired enough to want to sleep but not tired enough to actually sleep, so I guess I'll sum up all the crap that's happened in the past few weeks.
I got out of school for break, then went to my dad's house for a couple days. Then it was xmas. I already posted about that, so I won't bother talking about it anymore, other than to say it's a nightmare. Then I went to Chicago to visit my sister for a couple days. We were going to go to some peace museum or something, but the directions were confusing and we left an hour late and it took us an hour to get there. Then when we did, some stupid person at the front desk eating a bagel told us that "The museum is closed today. But she'll be here for sure tommorow from 3:30 to 8:00." I assumed that by "she" the stupid person meant the owner or something. So the next day my sister called before we left, just to make sure they were open. The answer at the museum was a message saying that the museum was closed from Dec. 22 to Jan. 11. My sister left a message, and we were really pissed off. But the owner called us back, and was apparently pretty nice about it, so all we know is that that stupid bagel person needs to fired for wasting our entire freakin' day. Yeesh.
So then I went home on Friday and yesterday I went to my friend's house and slept over, except it sucked because we had to go to bed at 1. I'm used to going to bed anywhere from 3:30 to 5:30 (AM). And I had to get up at 8:30, instead of noon. It's only 10:45 now. I'm really tired.

Xmas!
I got a lot of stuff for Xmas. Well, at least more than I expected.
A new CD player to replace my old broken one, new headphones, Shadow the Hedgehog (YAY!), slippers that look like Gir, ummm.. Panda-Z, and some other stuff. And some money.
Panda-Z. It's hilarous. It's this anime about these robots, and one of them is a panda that pilots a bigger robot called Panda-Z, hence the name. Except there's no talking. The only dialogue is by itself after a scene, like those really old movies. But there's this awesome music in the background. And each episode is 5 minutes long. So, it's pretty awesome. Now, I'ma go play some Shadow.

   Winter Break!
I got out of school today! Huzzah! I'm gonna do so much stuff these next two weeks. Like, sleeping, and... videogames, I guess? If today is any indication, then I'm going to be bored out my skull for the next two weeks. I have a headache, so I'm gonna go... do something about it. Yeeeeeahhh...
