   *sniffle*
*sniffle* why?!? why won't the backround picture come up? i am trying so hard to get a backround picture up...but everytime i find a nice pic it either comes out small and it tiles the whole backround, or it won't show up at all!!..*sniffle*...if - if there is anyone here who is an expert or someone who knows how to put the backround pic up please HELP ME!!! *sniffle*
