Well, this is going to be my last post before the big trip. in the morning, i'm off to missouri. i'm sooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've almost finished packing...... the kayaking trip yesterday was awesome. my friend, daniel, saw this wild duck, jumped out of his kayak, and tried to catch it. it was hilarious! he fell face first into the water after tripping over a log. then, later, i suddenly realized there was a crawfish in my boat. ( for people who don't know what that is, it's like a mini-lobster. at least that's kind of what it looks like) i very quickly pulled my boat on shore and another friend of mine helped me get it out. she had never seen a crawfish (some people around here call it a crawdad) and thought it was one of the ugliest creatures she had ever seen. it seems really funny now. i apologize in advance for not updating for ...... a WHOLE WEEK! wow, i'm really going to be gone a long time! anyway, i hope to talk to everyone when i get back. bye. ^_^
