Done.
I went out yesterday and bought a tie, shirt and a pair of trousers for my presentation, with the help of my mum :)
Also got my haircut, Grade 3 shave on the back and sides, with a french crop on the top.
After that I came home and spent most of the day working on my presentation, the slides, the speech etc...
I did play a few games of JailBreak on the mothership server. kicking ass as usual :D
I got up this morning as was a bit nervous about doing my presentation, i had practiced it alot the night before but i was sure i'd miss a few things out that i would like to say.
i put on my suit and i must say that i looked very smart and i felt a strange confidence that comes with wearing a suit, you almost command a kind of respect that comes with it.
After my first lecture (system's architecture) i walked over to the room with most of seminar groupand after the first few people presented it was my turn....
I stood up and gave out some A4 handouts that i made loaded up my slides, took a look at my notes, started the stop watch on my mobile phone (Nokia 3310), and started talking.
I think I talked a bit too fast but I kept my cool and apart from pausing a couple of times to look at my notes and catch my breath, I think it went well.
It was meant to be 8 minutes long but the stop watch showed around 6 and a half, if I was thinking on my feet I could have loaded up the Dell website to show off some of the features that I talked about to pad out the extra time. I didn't think to do this until I sat down :(
Overall I'm glad I did it and that it is out of the way.
I had another lecture and a couple of seminars before I could home at 4pm.
It's the last day tomorrow and i'm very glad it is, I'm starting to fade now, and the weeks are feeling longer and longer and I really need a break to restore my energy level's.
I don't think I've mentioned it before but I have an illness called Myalgic Encephalopathy or M.E. for short.

I'm going to bed soon, I'm all mosturised and cotton suited (can't find a website to describe this, hehe) and i've taken my anti-histimine pill (the drowsy kind).
Goodnight People.
